Called before hand and gave him my name and told him I was coming from Vegas came into the office and he looked me up and down with a nasty attitude. I told him I’m with my little sister and two kids we are going to knots berry farm in the morning. He told me I can’t stay there I asked why? He said because you can’t I said ok I understand that sir but can you please tell me why? I’m extremely tired and have kids in the car I don’t want to drive tired can you please tell me why he said no tossed my money and card and told me to leave I just wanted to know why if I’m being refused service I was calm I didn’t give any type of attitude or smart comments I told him I came before and the guy ran my name and everything was fine I just lost my card. He said doesn’t matter I’m not allowed there. I’m still here speechless as I sit in my car he walks up to the window of the office and waves and smiles at me. I’m extremely shook and lost for words I really don’t understand I honestly don’t. Incase someone wants to watch cameras as proof this happened around 10:30 he waved to me around 10:40

This hotels pictures must be from 20 years ago because it doesn’t look like this at all. The carpet has stains everywhere the wallpaper on the walls are old and full of stains or filling off. I have stayed at better motel 6 than this place the owner should be ashamed to be having people stay at his hotel. Me my wife and one year old daughter had to walk around all the trash the cleaning lady had in the hallway just to get to our room that has a smell that makes you want to throw up. Completely disappointed I ask for a refund on this room they said no so I had to pay for another hotel and this poor I uncomfortable one also.

Welp one star since the front desk person was really nice. The room rates I think are a bit much for what you get! Yes it’s cheap but I’ve encountered cheap but decent places before. If you have high standards then this is not the place for you. And roaches … also live there. Check out is at 11AM sharp! Otherwise there’s a friendly knock reminder, which is totally fair since others might be waiting to check in.

I will put no stars if I could. I can't tell what's worse… the stench, the Vagabonds hanging around outside with stuff in garbage bags, the nappy rug or the bathroom shower and or nappy covers and Raggedy sheets. This is the next best thing to sleeping at a crack trap house. I am so disappointed that it was non-refundable and booked online. The pictures could not possibly do this place any justice I promise you will be severely disappointed in person. I'm sure they were just happy to have someone have booked a room here. They need to throw the entire Inn away.

Wonderful little "mini-vacation" Motel… tucked away in the beautiful community of Claremont. Great walking/shopping area. Sunday Farmers Market makes it a week-end-get-a-way paradise… (when you've just had enough of life's push and you need a break. ) Home away from home. Start with complementry breakfast from 6:30 till 10:00… (for a good sleep-in). Crystal clear pool. Park-like settings. Charming grounds… rose gardens. Great restaurants! Shopping… Super King Market (One of my favorites) … even Claremont Toyota within walking distance (for car repairs… or a new one! ) Kind staff cares to please. On my top 10 Favorite Motels List! P. S. The Management alone rates 5☆'s… from the "cleaning crew"… (always fast and helpfull… their best P. R. ) to the Guest Manager and his Wife… who are filling in for Sam (The Manager's) vacation time. Sam keeps the quality high and the price reasonable!

Everyone is very nice here from the front desk to the house keepers. Any time I have any questions about anything they will help me. The housekeepers make sure if we need anything but not knock on the door.

It is a nice and conveniently located motel, close to downtown of Claremont! I had a pleasure to stay at this motel few years ago, and I do not regret the experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff would respect do not disturb sign. Without that, the neighbors were not loud. Moreover, they had a wide selection of channels to choose from and Wi-Fi service was fast!

Came here at 7:38pm on Wednesday, January 24th 2018. The man working was very rude. He kept asking me over and over if I need a one or two bed, and didn’t give me a chance to reply. I told him he was being rude. He said that I was the one being rude and he refused my service. He would not tell me his name. He would also not tell me the name of the manager or owner. I was perfectly nice to him until he started giving me attitude. I’ve given this place lots of business but I will never come back. Update: It’s rather funny that the owner only responds to positive reviews.

You get what you pay for. Its not a new building but It's maintained and clean. No complaints. I think its better than most.

Love it Mane but it's really pricey.

Simple inn. Nothing special. Might not be a good fit for most.

It was a little dirty. I feel the deposit was a bit much. Quiet though and at the last minute with no reservations. Perfect.

This motel is very outdated and the lobby is very unkept discouraging customers from considering starting in the establishment. It was worst when entering the hall tho get to the room with the dirty carpets. The room was a lot nicer though although the shower head needed to be replaced.

The pool is the best part about this place. 9feet deep and always clean. The staff is responsible, yet easy going.

This is what happen when u don't send more MONEY on a room HOUSE keeping lie and take your shoe yes they where TOM'S MADE FROM HATIT PLUS SHE GOT A TIP 5$ where just nice ppl but she not I stay there AUGUST 26 TO 27 IN ROOM 217 2017 WAS JUST THERE NEVER AGAIN GOD SEE YOUR ACTION LADY WHAT U DO TO OTHER COME BACK DON'T FOR GET.

If you are in desperate need of a place to stay and you don't care that it's dirty, smelly or outdated, then this is your place. It's definitely not worth the price I paid to stay there. Overpriced for sure, they need to slice their prices in half for this kind of quality. Our room had a hole in the carpet, stained sheets, a non working safe for your belonging that did not work. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50 and get a decent place, wish I would have had the time to go look for another place.

The first room they gave me was full of trash and looked like some one started a fire in it. Got a new room which had cockroaches in it and the toilet wouldn't flush right and sewage water ended up filling the bathtub. Would never stay here again.

The location of the hotel is spot on. And the small free breakfast was convenient. But one of the front desk clerks were rude. I have 3 children who stayed with me and I been there for 3 weeks and always paid days in advance. The one time its taking me a little time to pay, they quick to ask us to check out. My sliding door takes 2 people to open and my air conditioner is on high but blowing like Its on fan.

I got a room with 2 beds upstairs for $89. The rooms are spacious, super nice, clean and upstairs rooms have a little balcony overlooking the eavesment/pool area. I'm definitely staying here in the future.

Decent hotel but a bit pricy for quality. Check-in was not fun as their system was down and they had to call Travelocity and talk to several different people to get a fax copy of my pre-paid reservation confirmation. Took about 20 minutes to check in.

Ghetto location but the rooms we're fine.

I will never stay here again. I stayed here with three friends for a music festival and we paid 700$ to check in saturday and check out on monday. When we first checked into our room there was brown stains on the mattress and unwrapped candy underneath the bed. When I tried to take a shower the hot water was off and on, the water pressure was terrible as well. Our room was a non smoking however the hallway leading to it reeked of stale smoke. Do yourself a favor and stay in any of the other hotels in the area.

Friendly, clean and spacious. No problems during our visit and the pool area is really beautiful. Free breakfast. Due to the price my expectations of this place were not high and I am impressed with the service we received I will be coming back.

I booked this hotel online because the pictures looked decent and the price was right. I took a cab from the Ontario Airport to the HoJo in Claremont and on the way, the cab driver told us that if we ever wanted to stay somewhere else, just call him and he'd come get us immediately (he gave us his card, just in case). I should have taken the cue before even stepping foot in the hotel. I walked in the lobby and it was just gross. Everything is SO out of date and the free continental breakfast that is advertised is really just two kinds of cereal in giant dispensers. Not exactly a continental breakfast. The room was just gross. It smelled and who knows how long it had been since the bedspread was cleaned. I didn't even want to sit down on any of the chairs. Needless to say, I promptly called the Doubletree in Claremont and had a cab drive me there. I lost the money that I paid at the HoJo, but it was totally worth it.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights in April, and was very happy. I had a clean, comfortable bed, good room service, helpful staff. It was not a $150 per night experience, but that is not even close to what I paid. It is close to the freeway, but I took the advice and stayed on the back side of the hotel. I did not find the surroundings particularly intimidating, and would stay there again.
