Room was nice and clean, The staff was wonderful. I have always stayed at the Marriott's, Wow, I was really in pressed with this Super 8. It looked like an Marriot. The restroom is an little small. Over all it was good. Nice and quite.

Very clean! The breakfast had packaged cinnamon rolls, oatmeal packets, hot coco, tea, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, milk, frosted flakes, raisen brand, make your own waffle machine, bread butter and jelly for toast, apples and bananas! There's a hot tub but no pool. Parking is free. The Wi-Fi didn't work the whole 5 nights I stayed there even after telling them. Clean full sized towels for showering! The bed was super small but comfy pillows! the bathroom ceiling vent stopped working I told them they checked it and just said yes it doesn't work and did not fix it. So it was stuffy in the bathroom. Can not plug in HDMI cord into t. V. However they had some good channels for kids including the Disney channels! Coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and microwave in room also an Iron and ironing board. The cleaners will pick up things left on the floor even if personal to you and make the room look nice, a lil weird but couldn't complain because the room was cleaned! The Best rates for this place can be available when calling Wyndham directly not the hotel. There's no help for your belongings and if your room is upstairs there's only stairs, no elevator. No deposits needed. You have to have a card to reserve your room through Wyndham but they don't charge it if your using cash at check in! A lil noisy due to the busy Street it's off of. Pretty good stay though.

Typical inexpensive motel. Quiet, clean room. Decent breakfast.

Nice establishment, near all your basic needs, food, gas and freeway close. Complimentary Conti breakfast, updated rooms, great price, and staff is nice. Great job Super 8!

Provided shampoo conditioner and body soap comes with breakfast until 10 a. M. Fresh waffles yogurt pastries bread fruit.

Rude management and office staff. Dirty rooms, my last had roahes and unwashed blood on my towels and sheets. Phones and ice machine are broken and never work. Not a good price for the condition of the rooms and there should be a discount for having to deal with the office.

Originally we book a place at another motel (which was the worst motel I've been too) tat other place was so bad, I checked out that hotel and find this super 8. This place is so much better for the same price I pay. Its True that not everything is clean on this place. The chair was dusty, some pillow sheet has marker stain, so corner looks dusty. However after comparing it with other place, this is very acceptable. At least the room and the decoration doesn't look like it was built 30 years ago. The TV has alot of channel and reote working properly. Shower works properly. It's also true that the main office does smell a bit stuffy, but anyway I don't sleep in the office. The staff also not the friendliest staff, but who cares about that as long as I got my room right knowing it's not a top star hotel. I arrive after dark to this place and the back parking does look very shady. Overall, the interior looks nicer than the exterior. This wouldn't be my first pick on lodging, but if I need to get a place last minute this would be one of the pace I consider.

Non smoking had a faint smoke smell but was otherwise clean. The outside noise was very load. Cars and motorcycles racing up and down the street all night kept us awake in addition to the party crowd at the hotel. I am normally satisfied with Super 8 but will probably be looking for somewhere else next time I stay in Azusa.

Nice rooms. You get breakfast in the morning which consists of coffee, cereal (2 different kinds) juice, toast, waffles (that u make yourself in a waffle iron) fruit, danish, or oatmeal. If you make more than one waffle the lady (the owners wife) has a melt down and starts yelling "HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU GOT IN YOUR ROOM?! I WATCHED THE CAMERA YOU HAVE 3 PEOPLE IN YOUR ROOM! I was embarrassed for the lady she was yelling at weather or not that was the case it was very unprofessional. She could've addressed that with her in private. The lady insisted it was only herself And her husband in the room the whole time and told the owner she could go check her room. The owner declined but still keep talking under her breath. Very very tacky! The rooms are nice but they keep an eye on who's going in and out and they keep track of how many devices you have connected to the free Wi-Fi. You have to have a different code for each device that you must get from the office.

Not great. Our door to the room is not sealed and has cracks all around it, the TV has a line down the middle and no remote, the shower filled up with water instead of draining, and there's some vaugely moldy looking substance above the sink. I found some hair on my pillow (pre sleeping) and there's not a clock in the room either. But I didn't have to sleep in our rental car. So I guess you could say there are pros and cons.

Front desk not friendly at all! no room for parking, rooms are small, beds are not queen, more like full, blankets had holes in them, pillows are small, flat, microwave didn't work, lamp didn't work, no plug near night the one night stand that was between beds, so u couldn't plug in cell phone. Muggy room! I will never stay here again, not worth 260 for 2 nights! Oh, free continental breakfast, yeah right, generic breakfast area, u have to get ur so called breakfast and take to ur room, no room to even stand, food is in same small room as check in. Overall, disgusting rooms.

Quiet location. Has refridgerator and microwave in the rooms. Good location. Close to restaurants. Free breakfast.

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! If I could give them a zero star I would! My son and I where eaten alive by bed bugs is this place! Only respond I got from the manager after bringing it to there attention was "sorry"… hmmm seemed they knew of the problem…

Bomb free breakfast… nice rooms with excellent staff… ME and MY WIFE had a wonderful time and great experience… thanks SUPER 8 Azusa.

My whole family is staying here for more two weeks now. So far our experience have been great! The rooms are clean everything is in place no problem whatsoever. The management is very helpful very attentive to wards us. FreeWi-Fi small very cute pool. I have nothing more to say all of them are nice. This is my very first review so I hope you understand.

Decent for the price. A thermostat would be nice, went to sleep hot each night, and woke up freezing on the low setting.

Room was clean and quiet. Rented a room with friends that were visiting from out of state for a night. Wanted something cheap and low key nearby for a night of board games and drinks. This worked out well and was a nice escape from a house full of people. Wasn't there long enough to deal with employees or anything to a degree that would allot for anymore more being said. Room was clean… all in all, okay!

Better breakfast than at other similar motels. All staff was super friendly, all smiles. Gotta love a checkout time past 10. Amazing a/c. Beds stiff, wish they had a thicker blanket.

Only stayed 1night… all was good… Check in was very easy front desk girl was very friendly… It's a very small property so parking was very close to our room… Free breakfast was minimal but good… Cereal Waffle's Danish and coffee… All good!

I like this place it's very comfortable clean and the staff is great their continental breakfast is OK I mean how much do you want early in the morning just something to grab and go is fine with me.

If I could give this place no stars, I would! They gave me a room with an a. C. That barely work and when I asked to switch rooms, the young punk at the front desk tried to play games and wanted to argue with me. He claimed he saw me in the room for 2 HRS with was a lie. I turned the a. C. Down to the coldest temp and walked up the street to eat hoping to come back to a cool room. I came back later to a room that was as warm as it was when I left. SMH @ this establishment and the young punk who checked me in. Never again will I stay here as this is one of the worst super 8 stays for me.

I didnt like this place at all. First thing the complimentary breakfast looked like last weeks complimentary breakfast, second my wife took a shower and no HOT water at all, I walked over to the front desk and ask and he gave me a shocking look and said we have NEVER had any problem with that (he went to check the boiler). We can back that night and still no HOT water. Third, the bed is super HARD. I will never go back there ever>.

I like this simple motel a lot. This was the best place I stayed at in the course of a cross-country drive. The only thing I really care about is how clean it is, and this was perfect. But all the other details such as the water pressure were also very good.

I spent a weekend there this last week. Very nice room, nice to have a refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, wi fi, etc. These are all plusses. On the negative side — I came back to my room at 3 p. M. And could tell the cleaning people had started to straighten the room but had not finished. I left and they finished it by 5 p. M. It made sense when later that night — about 9 p. M. A gentleman tried to get into my room using a key card. I had put the lock across so he was not able to come all the way in. He was very embarassed. I called the desk and they said they thought I had only checked in for one night — I had the receipt in my hand showing I had paid for two nights. Hence, house keeping taking forever to clean the room when they only had to straighten it. I wonder what they though when my luggage was still in there. That should have been a clue. So poor book keeping (plus the key cards are a hit and miss about whether they work) is what kept them from having a better review. Also. They need to work on their continental breakfast. Lots of coffee — which I do not drink and not much else.

We stayed there in February of 07 just overnight. We actually found the place my mistake and because it was late, decided to stay there. We were very pleased with the friendly service of the staff, the rooms were clean, didn't smell funny, the bed was comfortable, and had no problem with bugs as mentioned in an earlier review. We will be in the area again February of 08 and I just booked another room with them. The girl who took my reservation was very friendly and the rate is very good compared to some of the others that are twice the price in the nearby surrounding areas that have received bad reviews.
