We stayed there for a business meeting close by. Nice rooms, they remodeled recently. Pro tip: If you get a room number ending in 01 (like 501, 601 etc) it’s a huge corner room with a big sitting area. Good restaurant too.

Wow! From someone who values good beds and friendly service above all else, this is a GREAT hotel! They recently installed brand new beds and, I gotta say, it was more comfortable than my own. The hotel and surrounding area are under construction but not to worry — the signage is excellent and all construction seems to be kept far away from guests. The staff were friendly and efficient and all seemed genuinely happy to see us.

Nice hotel. It is a little crusty like most other Holiday Inn properties lately. Update — August 27… This facility is undergoing a complete remodel. The rooms have been redone, which is good. The lobby is still in transition. The staff is doing thier best to provide excellent service.

This isn't reflective of the future and I n this facility so keep that in mind. This facility will eventually be a good place, but at the moment it is under construction. The rooms have been updated, but they still have a heavy new paint smell. Tye restaurant was not under construction however and it was not the best experience. The buffet was filled with food that had been there for longer than it should have. The service for breakfast was inconsistent we had a good waitress the second morning, but it was hard to find our waitress the first day. I had the buffet the first day, and having not been impressed with it I opted for eggs Benedict the second morning… Don't… Both eggs were undercooked the first was palatable, but the second was not only slightly runny whites, they were clear liquidous and cold. The night menu was much better, I suggest you skip breakfast here and have some appetizers in the evening.

Location is kind of bad right now. There is a large amount of construction around the area. Rooms were flawless. Pool was fun until some other people brought out a large speaker, and started playing rap music even though there was children around. There were also people drinking openly and eating in the pool. There needs to be some sort of staff to enforce rules at the pool.

The hotel is real nice with friendly staff. You get a free breakfast but it's only one choice so it gets boring fast. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are big.

The food was good. The presentation was fun, but the plates were odd shaped and too large. This was an issue as it didn't all fit on the table.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice and the restaurant had good food and service. There was some unfinished work on the remodels but it caused no real issues for us during our stay. I was happy with the hotel overall.

Rooms are decent. Hotel is in the middle of an upgrade but consruction was at a minimum. Restaurant attached to hotel was really good. Would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Very kind and courteous staff. Went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. Rooms with clean as well as the hotel itself. Also the restaurant downstairs was quite nice and manager Tomas was amazing staff was okay I had to stay there before really adored the red robins. That was there but they try. I really have nothing bad to say about this place it has everything a person needs when on vacation or business can't wait for the coffee shop to be move in!

I wanted to give 4 stars because the desk staff gave exceptional customer service. Always spoke upon entry and exit. However, the room had a damp smell, bathroom fixtures were rusted, we didn't get wash cloths until our last day there and only received one. The bed was very comfortable and the room decor was pleasing to the eye.

Decent hotel. Great plush beds and pillows. Little pricey but it was Easter weekend and I booked last minute so it was pricey. I'd stay again if it was in my budget and I was in the area. Like I said this was a last minute stay but the staff were super helpful and accommodating.

It was an excellent stay at Holiday Inn at Los Angeles, USA last year. I stayed at Holiday Inn hotel near Washington DC, USA in the year 2016 while coming back from Niagra Falls to New York via Philadelphia. In fact, this International chain of hotels seemed to be very good in rooms, food and services. I liked them and would definitely like to be with them in some other town during my next visits to USA.

Excellent hotel, only the American staff of the restaurant has opportunity area, the Mexicans quite good and helpful.

We stayed here for 1 week in November. The staff are very friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay perfect. The free hotel shuttle to/from Disneyland was very convienient. Drivers David and Mike are very friendly and had good advice for first time Disney visitors. The hotel pool, hot tub and patio is well maintained and we were almost the only ones using it for the entire week. The free Wifi was handy.

Rooms are dated. Wallpaper and lampshades were ripped. Server on first night hardly came to refill drinks. We had to go to bar and ask if she went home. Next morning for breakfast, we were seated and no one came by to greet us or take drink orders for 15 mimutes. The host looked right at us and continued chatting. On our way to a funeral so decided to leave. My daughter is a server in a high end restaurant and says this is unprofessional. NEVER staying at this hotel sgsin.

The hotel was clean and the food was above average. Parking was easy and the rooms were clean. Not a lot of restaurants close by however. Close to the road so easy to jump back on and get going!

I stayed here for a week while traveling in southern California on business. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. The room was nice and very clean. They are doing remodeling so it could be a bit noisy in the morning and afternoon but really didn't bother me. They do not have refrigerators or microwaves in the room, however, you can ask for them and if they have them available they bring them immediately to your room for the remainder of your stay. I would stay here again anytime I am in the area.

I'll start by saying I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was amazing. The rooms, less so. It was in need of updating pretty bad. Not saying it was terrible, but it was old. I had a suite and it was very roomy with a couch and two chairs around the TV with a full bar type area. Beds we're so-so.

Its a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Currently undergoing room renovations (Jan 2018), you can't tell any work is being done. Nice and quiet, though a bit out of the way for me. The attached restaurant is good if you dont feel like driving anywhere. Rooms are a little beat up, but since they are in the process of renovation, I wouldn't count it against them. The only negative is the gift shop being wildly overpriced for some items.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location (close to 5 freeway entrance). Although very busy, Staff greeted me and assisted me in getting a room. The only reason this location is receiving 4 stars is because I was not informed that there would be a "hold" of an extra $100.00 on top of my room fee. I was told it would be an extra "$50.00 security deposit" refunded upon departure. I am very meticulous by nature and would have appreciated receiving accurate information. It would have saved me from analyzing and antagonizing over my bank account activity. Other than that issue, my stay was enjoyable.

Nice play to sleep. Great customer service. Didn't spend lots of time there. But it is a great hotel.

This place is so awful. The only thing that saves them from a zero is the fact that I can't leave a review. The staff are incredibly nice, I felt so bad for them. People were complaining and yelling at them when I was checking in. I was put here by my employer, so I had to stay. The beds dipped, the bathroom was missing light bulbs, (which couldn't replaced), I don't understand that. The shower leaked, (not a drip, but actually running water). Maintenance couldn't fixed it because they had to order a part. Supposedly didn't have any other rooms. Worst stay ever. Wi-Fi didn't work, cable had problem in some rooms. I should be thankful mine worked. I wish I could attach pictures.

This place used to be good. It has gone downhill over the last 3 or 4 years. Old faded dirty towels. The staff is only semi friendly. The restaurant downstairs is the bright spot of the hotel. I have been staying here for over 8 years about 3 times a year I don't think I will be staying here again.

Only lack of minibar in the rooms to be excellent. The breakfast was very good. Very spacious rooms. Recommended.

Cozy run of the mill hotel. Rooms definitely could benefit from some upgrades. The rugs are a bit raggedy and the tubs have seen better days. Otherwise, nice little pit stop if you're on a business trip around the area.

The food is good and the rooms are clean. Sometimes a little cold, but not so much.

The service was very good however there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

Room feels and looks old. No fridge, microwave. Pool closes early. No breakfast would never return. They made it sound beautiful online. Well it's not.

No refrigerator in room, but that is the only complaint. Very clean large rooms with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Free shuttle, great location, nice restaurant, room service available, vending machines on every floor and a great gift shop. Pool, gym, etc. Wonderful.

We stay here whenever we are in the area, and we really like it. They have a resturaunt on site, and the food is fairly priced, but the beer is pretty pricey. They do offer room service. The rooms are good, and the beds are comfortable. They also have an amazing shuttle that will take you almost anywhere. I would have given it a 5, but they do charge you extra if you want breakfast.

The rooms are comfortable and there are Keurigs (at least in the executive rooms). The restaurant decor is very modern, but the rooms could use some updating. Particularly odd is the full length mirror in the bathroom on the door directly across from the toilet? Why would anyone want that?

We had dinner at the Pub/Restaurant attached to the hotel. The service and food was awesome! Definitely check out the Chicken & Waffles. You will not be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of staying here. The Staff was extremely friendly and prompt. When I needed something, they came to my room immediately and followed through. During a City power outage, they were patient and did what ever they could to accommodate us. The gift shop at the hotel is full of many Disney products. It was fun exploring the shop. The restaurant at the hotel had the best menu. I had the Sliders-very yummy. The rooms are clean and well stocked. I will stay there again for sure!

Not the most updated by any means and could be cleaned up a bit. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bar and grille attached to it has pretty solid food.

Just passing through with a tour group. Room was nice and big. Good coffee in the room. Strong shower.

Clean, simple hotel for relatively cheap price. View outside window was a little unsightly, but you get what you pay for.

Stayed 3 days with them, never got my welcome points. Also I ended up getting a big rash on my arm & face from one night of sleeping here. I called them to check if maybe it was the chemicals they use on the sheets or maybe something else. NEVER got a call back. Also had loud neighbors. Needless to say I will never go back.

I was here for a few weeks on business. The rooms are clean. It is nice to have the restaurant attached after a long day at work.

Don't waste your time or money! Went on a Friday night at 8. My first clue should have been when we were only one of four tables. Server couldn't remember what she wrote down. Food was only good if you Iike boiled noodles because that's all it taste like. Ordered grilled vegetable pasta primavera. Vegetables were barely Boiled if anything not even a grill mark to make it look like they tried. Never will return!

A cute Holiday Inn with an In-N-Out nearby, hands down best place you can stay. Though Wi-Fi sucks.

It might be ok if you just want to drink and watch the game. Had to wait for 5 minutes before anyone would seat me. The menu is pretty sparse and the food is pretty basic. Jessica the manager is pretty much worthless.

The hotel is quite nice. There is a good restaurant on the first floor and ask the staff has been great. The internet has I'd also stable with a pretty good speed.

Weekday do you expect? It's a holiday inn. Nothing special.

Good place, clean and well furnished. Would like the facility of warm/ cold drinking water in the room. The air conditioner though in perfect condition could be made a little more silent. The hotel is conveniently located near several popular diners like Wendy's, Mc Donalds, subway etc. Didn't order room service but we're welcomed to a clean and tidy room after a day of touring LA.

Everything was fine, but there was almost no Wi-Fi signal in the room I was at. The tech, said the Wi-Fi repeater is not working in the floor, and advised me to move to a different floor. I Requested to move to different floor, and they made that a hassle at the reception. And made me wait for hours although the other room was already ready.

Overall great experience. Traffic on the 5 was bad but expected with so much construction going on nearby.

The place is great. Amazing service, great food, but I have to warn you — DON'T go on Thursdays. They have a trivia game that does not allow you to hear the reason you came… Sports. Horrible Thursdays, amazing every other day.

No stable Wi-Fi facility. Other than that its ok.

The room was okay, service was pretty good too, about 40 TV channels, just it's kinda far from everything, only close to the Disneyland.

It was OK for the price. Beds were comfortable, but I wish they would have had mini in room refrigerator.

No power when I showed up. Not their fault but they handled it poorly. The front desk didn't even acknowledge it until I said something. Then my AC didn't work and despite telling them every morning, it never got fixed. TV remote didn't work, bathroom sink leaked, and shower had bad pressure. Overall a poor experience.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. A good deal for the money. It was convenient to everything in La Mirada, and hotel staff were happy to give directions.

I just came home from here. Stayed 3 nights for business trip. $90.00 a night going to $95.00 the last night. They hold $50 on your card. No breakfast. Asked Housekeeping for more coffee and cream never got it. Walked to front desk and they had to give it to me. The shower head only had the very middle nozzles working and it was a very hard spray. Felt like it was peeling my skin off. Asked all three days to have them fix it or move me, and they didn't. The parking area has very small spots. I have a Hyundia Santa Fe and couldn't fit in spots very well. Doors were nicked from others doors hitting mine. Not alot of parking. Only one entrance and exit with hotel. Internet on TV was down the whole time. The bed was comfortable. The towels were soft. The restaurant is VERY over priced. All in All, I will NOT go back.
