I loved staying here but it was so plush. Wendy the manager was amazing there was ever a problem she took care of it immediately the maintenance person was awesome. Gina and Alex at the front desk or helpful, informative, personable, and accommodating to everything that I needed. I stayed here for 6 weeks I would have stayed longer if it were not for the costs that I was encouraging. They have a pet area for you to take your dogs, they have grass areas where you can walk your dogs, and I was on the first floor and they opened my windows for me. If ever I had a problem they took care of it immediately. I would always lock myself out of my room and they would give me three keys one for my purse, one for the counter in my room, and one for my car so I would not lock myself out anymore. Housekeeping was the best. They took my blankets off the bed, they moved my dog beds and vacuumed underneath them and my water bowls, and they even made sure my cat was okay. Because I am permanently disabled and have severe chronic pain disorders they were very accommodating to what I needed and very helpful. I had never stayed at an extended stay hotel before this one made me never want to leave. It had a refrigerator a microwave toaster utensils they had everything and if you needed anything they would make sure that you had it. I stayed in the deluxe king suite and it was huge it fit my needs perfectly and I was so comfortable there.

Very good experience checking in. This is the first Extended Stay America that I've actually been impressed by the front desk staff. The lady was super friendly and helpful. The deluxe room I got was very comfortable. It could use better quality pillows, but for the price I am 100% satisfied.

The staff is very nice here. They are very pet friendly. It's a little pricey but worth it.

Was initially put into a room that smelled funny at first. Later I noticed mold in the bathroom, and the shower tub had not been cleaned. The front desk staff was very understanding and immediately moved me to another room which did not have any issues.

People choose this type of hotel for the kitchen in the room. The idea is to save a little money on food by bringing your own groceries and cooking it yourself giving you a comfortable home-like experience. There were no cooking utensils or dishes in the room upon arrival. Having to wait for an hour while the staff delivers them to the room was a disappointing inconvenience. The frying pan and spatula were worn out. While the staff was friendly and apologetic, this was unacceptable for the prices charged for the room. This model is perfected at Marriott's Residence Inn. Extended Stay has a lot to learn.

Extended stay is a great solution for my family as we are moving and they obviously offer longer stay times than a normal hotel/motel. They also are pet friendly! I really have no complaints however we do wish that their cleaning service was a bit better, but with animals everything is always slightly messy.

Good location, but they really don't have a breakfast at all. Its was pretty disappointing when finding this out. Plus they are pet friendly, and it showed from all the pet droppings in the grass everywhere.

I loved staying here. The staff were very nice and helpful and our rooms were clean. The staff even brought us up utensils so we could cook.

Love this place! Got a great rate for almost a full kitchen, laundry on site in pet friendly and a funny and helpful staff.

Worst place ever Room wasn’t clean stayed 2 days called the front desk to see why room wasn’t clean they said rooms are service only 1 time a week! No towels in room No paper towels or bathroom paper! Sheets smell and blankets have Clorox stains all over worst place ever!

The service here was fine, but I expected the rooms to be a bit more equipped to handle cooking. The ventilation system was horrible, we set it off a few times despite having little smoke and the stove fan running on high. They didn't have anything in the room for food prep, I had to get it from front desk — not an experience I've had at other extended stays. They had standard desk hours, 7am to 11pm, but no one is around during the night shift that I saw. I probably would try to go to another extended stay in the area if given the choice again.

I travel regularly for a living and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I have gotten locked out of my room at least every other night and nobody is at the desk after 11. No ice machine. They say they offer a breakfast (packet of plain oatmeal). Been here for a week and nobody has cleaned room. I don't know how they charge people around 200$ a night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. All rooms have a kitchenette which is nice so you can cook your own meals.

As looking at other reviews from previous people, this is really not so much of a bad place. If there is someone that is coming into this particular location to stay for a few days, and they spot something that should not be there unlike an insect something of that sort should recognize where they're from or there's people around you that could have been nasty. My experience here with the people with the room was very up to par for me we can never get something too perfect and we have to understand what we pay for appreciate and then we can gain something better.

Rooms could be more cleaner. Staffs were great and very helpful. Rates are affordable. 20 minutes drive to Disney land.

I been staying for Xmas 5 days great rooms very wide beds very comfortable and very everything very clean love the bathroom it's like a master bathroom everytime we come in they really treat us with respect and attention.

The service was nice but the house keeping was always in the way with their carts It also was not very expensive for being so close to Knott's Berry Farm.

The stay was good and the location was quiet… breakfast was crazy though… very basic and things dissappear quickly.

First room had lots of maintenance issues. Broken lamp, closet half way open and won't open or close, hair dryer only worked less than 30 seconds, tub drained extremely slowly, and they had been working on water damage above bathroom but didn't finish or do a very good job finishing. Asked for another room… Since a room wasn't ready they offered to put our food in their break room fridge. When we came back from outing in evening some food and water bottles missing… Only thing they said was "can't tell ya what happened". Started taking bags with us every day so not to leave in room. Second room better maintenance wise. Quieter than first room also. For some reason certain doors/rooms are frequented all night long at 10-15 min intervals… Will not come back.

One of the nicer ESAs as far as the room space & functionality goes. However, the service was not close to accommodating. Felt like my stay was more of an inconvenience for them. Requested dish set at check in for following morning, but when I called front desk they had more important things to do. Took two days & going down to see if I could get one or two items from list since I had groceries but no way to prepare any of it. Received most except cooking utensils and when asking was told that was all I could get. Had also requested clock but ended up getting from co-worker couple rooms down. Had no towels first thing in morning & felt like I was scolded for leaving used ones on counter instead of putting in bin which wasn't very obvious. Had to wait till midday to shower. Also tried leaving used towels with maid that was across hall & felt like I had burden her for asking. The whole time I was being as polite & patient as I could every time I would request something. Even tried to let girl working desk know one of the coffee creamers was out & was told that's all they had, even tho I wasn't asking for more. The one thing they did full fill was my request for quarters to do laundry.

Quiet and no frills… it doesn't offer much but it is competent clean and comfortable… And reasonably priced.

Room was dated, old, dirty, smells bad and air conditioner broke 2nd night and they didn't even attempt to find a room to move us to. Ruined our trip/stay. Would not ever stay there again!

The place is musty, is foul smelling. My room was dirty. I found food in the refrigerator and hair on my pillow the first say after checking in. I had to buy my own mop to floors because the cleaning crew didnnot carry mops.

This is worth the price. Full size fridge with 2 burner stove saves on going out to eat. Bed was firm for me but did the job. Fold out couch was difficult to close back but finally got it. And room key can be difficult at times working intermittently but front desk was reassuring and said it was no problem if I needed another she would provide it. It does seem they could use more help at the front desk it was a Saturday full hotel and appeared to be only 1 front desk and the wait for check in was a little longer. Hope this help.

Clean and spacious, good care.

Decent cleanliness, very bare bones service. Had to ask for wash rags. Staff is hard to reach at times. No ATM means going across the street for cash to do laundry. Has kitchen but must ask for every single item (fork, spoon, plates, pans, etc) in advance before using it. Overall decent place to stay if price is taken into account.

Clean, no frills, dog friendly for $25 extra per dog, per day. Easy.

Stayed here a week. Not once did they clean my room, bring me towels, toilet paper, shampoo, anything. I had to literally steal towels from the cleaning lady who only cleans rooms that are vacant. Also they did not have breakfast, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Dirty! Bad customer service! Queen size beds looking like a full size. Barely enough space for my 2 boys to share one bed. Wifi wasn't working Called the front desk and they rudely respond" because too many peoples using, If you want faster you can pay to upgrade. " Really? We stayed a week and had too use our cell phone carrier data. Pictures on website and other booking site are deceiving. If they had a zero star I would rate them a zero!

The room I stayed in had a kitchen. They provide pots and pans and utensils upon request. The front desk is very helpful and courteous. The location in Cypress is also right next to a Lee's Sandwiches and Wendy's which is within 50m of the front lobby.

Crack head freaking out in the parking lot, the place always smelled like fish and weed, and when I checked in someone else's crap was in the toilet.

Found a good deal through price line. Stayed there for 2 nights. Staff was great.

Staff was very accomidating & friendly. Loved the animal friendly atmosphere, small continental breakfast, rooms were Huge with full kitchenettes. Very affordable in a great location. Front desk closed at 11pm, lacking security. Had a Great 6 night stay in a Homey environment…

This is the worst run hotel chain I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It is the epitome of a large corporation that forgets the it is in the guest services industry. To big to care. My crew and I ravel for work extensively through the year. And would stay clear of this place. Don't let the low rates and nice looking room pictures fool you. If you talk to a manager or their reservations department. They will pass the buck until you are so frustrated that you seem to be the one with an issue. Disgusting. I feel disgusted for having given my money (2month stay) to this establishment. I never will again. And I suggest you swear clear as well.

Water damage in room. Clientele not the best, people got arrested. Only one employee working.

Great. Very comfortable rooms. Only fault I can think of is that they hide the trash cans and there is no channel lineup card as the TV service is foreign to me but those 2 minor things aside it's a great place to stay with plenty of eating options near the hotel.

Pictures on Expedia are deceiving. The rooms aren't that nice and do not meet the level that is expected of an extended stay. The continental breakfast is merely coffee and muffins, no juice, milk, or anything for kids. Disappointed…

Overall it was a good hotel especially for the price. The check in took a little long (I think the employee was training and messed up a few times but overall good manner) and they charge you for house keeping per day.

The room was great, especially for the price. The guy at the front saw I had a baby and gave me a room on the first floor. I was really happy with my stay and I would definitely stay again.

Little catharsis here; pipes from one of the surrounding rooms are loud as hell, laundry room dryers barely get the clothes dry (there is usually one peice that isnt completely dry) the TV has some annoying and unchangeable functions and picture on most channels is grainy or snowy, the Internet I paid for the extra upgraded speed is still slow as hell and the connection seems to drop on my PS4 about every 15-30 mins so live games are just hopeless. Now the positive, staff is friendly and accommodating, the price is right, and having a full size fridge and a small cook top is nice. Bathroom is large, shower stays hot. Its definitely not the worst place I've stayed but far from the best too.

Two words: bed bugs. 'Nuff said. One night I and I look like I have the pox.

Acceptable quality. Internet works poorly, sometimes doesn't work at all. Housekeeper often forgets to visit apartment. For breakfast there is a coffee, cupcakes, fruits, oatmeals.

Booked with hotwire at the last minute so my expectations were low to begin with, I was pretty sure this would just be a crash pad, But DAMN!. When I got there all that were left were third floor smoking rooms It was late and I had already paid the non — refundable hot rate so I am like no biggie. I get to the room and open the door to dirty dishes, unmade bed, half empty food containers, empty beer cans, and my favorite ash tray (s) full of cigarette butts. It was 10pm so I assumed they accidentally booked me into an occupied room. I called up the front desk to let them know and went to the desk to retrieve my keys. The clerk said the following “my bad housekeeping must have missed that room”. My new room was next door to the international weed smoking championship team, which was going to make for some interesting conversation at the airport “ no Mr. /Ms. TSA agent I do not know why all of my luggage smells like weed”. Normally I am bummed to be away from the family on road trips but the hotel was nice enough to provide pets to ease the loneliness. That’s right I got my very own pack of bathroom roaches to keep me company. I have stayed at a few extended stay hotels before and never expect the quality to be great. I get it they serve a particular niche. But damn.

Amazing room for amazing price.

I've stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and they have always been nice for the price range and competition. However, their booking system is a joke. I looked up several hotels and called different local numbers that all tied me in to some central system with service representatives in other areas that don't know what they're doing and don't know the immediate area. The first person I talked to didn't understand that I was asking to get a room at the hotel around the corner from my work. By LONG BEACH AIRPORT NOT LAX! Then, he offered to put me in Monrovia! WTF! In LA traffic that's an hour away. Then he says, well do you want to stay in Orange County and I politely declined. Then I get back to Google Maps and calling other hotels and notice. Hmm, there's an Extended Stay near Los Alamitos 5 min from freaking Long Beach Airport and says. Extended Stay Orange County — Cypress. Could this be where my young friend saw a room. Called, got an idiot back at central station, Moronville, and sure enough they had a room. Why did the first guy not have a. A. What's that thing. A MAP! Come on Dora the Explora. Then, the lady who booked this room didn't understand that an American Express card does not have 16 digits in it and kept adding a number to the end (ended in 77 and she kept saying 777 upon which I would say "No, only two 7's at the end". 2nd verse, same as the 1st) and telling me about random details that every hotel has.
