The Spanish speaking customer service was great. I was able to get a last minute double bed room on a weekend. After calling directly several motel 6 facilities I got desperate and called the 800 number and there I was able to find a hotel room with a reasonable price. The only thing I did not like about the room was it’s location. It was facing the streets and the traffic was horrible the whole night. Very loud. At some point during the night I turned the Ac on to block the noise and was able to sleep. The room was very clean and the service was great.

Here on vacation, I like staying at motel 6 because they're pet friendly. I checked in at the knots berry motel 6 & had a horrible experience I checked me & my kids out a day early & came to this location. I was so upset & frustrated when I was talking to Karen (she works at front desk) she stayed professional & was pleasant to talk to. She was able to check me in early & my kids were so happy to be in a bigger room. Thank you so much Karen. Looking at previous reviews I noticed guest complained about sketchy people hanging outside, I haven't seen any. I feel safe & glad to be here!

The blankets in my room were a little bit dirty. Had holes and cigarette burns. But other than that there's so many amenities for a great price.

For my first time staying at a hotel I liked how the room was clean prepared and organized so in a sense this experience has set my expectations to know what to expect from now on. Overall even though I didn't stay the night for the hours I was there I enjoyed the experience and I would definitely be coming back soon on another occasion.

Actually the management was pretty good and outside of two actual prostitutes knocking at my door soliciting business nothing unusual happened. And that was kind of entertaining. Be careful at night it’s a pretty sketchy neighborhood.

The hotel was dirty smelly and the sheets and covers where ripped, walls need some deep clean as well as bathrooms fixtures, bathtub was dirty and plugged we had to unplug it. Even when the housekeeper had given us room service the room was still in bad condition floors wore never swept or moped, pillows wore yellow just disgusting and disappointed by this motel 6 please find a good housekeeping manager that can manage the housekeeping the right way. I would most definitely never recommend this place to a friend. The price we paid for our three night stay was not worth the service they provided.

Office staff specially overnight staff rude and out of line. I rode my bike to get a pizza and Chinese food as I came back which I rode in and out several times earlier with no problem. The office staff chased my to my room like I did something wrong. And says didn’t you see sign no riding. Which I didn’t and no other staff even mentioned it. I felt like I was being singled out. Also many homeless people around never had staff say a word to them but me a paying customer was treated like a criminal. Then the staff guy says I had another person in my room which I didn't and ask if I was smoking marijuana. I told him I just rode up you saw and chased me smell must be from another room. Not sure if I will stay at motel 6 again.

We have never stayed here before but, we will be staying again. I enjoyed our stay. 3 nights and absolutely no problems at all.

Staying here was a mistake, for the price I paid I did not expect much but had hoped it would at least be clean. All of the towels were discolored, the sheets and bedding were stained and had burn holes, the curtains were dusty with more burn holes, the AC/heating unit was falling apart and disgusting looking with dirt, grime, and dust visible, and the room had a strong cigarette odor that made it very unpleasant. Other problems I had were the people above me sounded like every step taken they were jumping on the floor. The only positive remarks I have about my stay are that the hot water worked well and the floors themselves were fairly clean. Would not recommend anyone stay here unless that absolutely had to.

Very Narrow parking spots resulting in someone parking extremely close to my car and leaving a huge 6 inch long dent from their door slamming into mine, bed covers have huge stains and holes on them, several towels were stained with large brown spots, A/C unit in the room was functional but the front was broken off making it unpleasing to look at, got offered drugs by several other residents staying at the time, safe in the room was broken and would not lock and was unable to be fixed, the last night of the stay our neighbors decided to have a domestic dispute at 2:30am throwing the furniture in the room waking all of us up for the remainder of the night. Would rather have camped in a park with the homeless. However the staff was very pleasant and attentive and did their best to accommodate our needs.

You cancelled my reservation even tho I called that day to tell you when we would be there. We had 2 rooms 1 door away from each other, thanks to that our rooms were many doors apart. The police were at the hotel, the night manager @ check in was rude, the tiny maybe 6 ounce coffee cups were a joke, the counter in the bathroom was broken, the bathroom was dirty to the point where it turned my feet black, and there was no shampoo just 2 bars of soap. I have never been to a motel 6 that didnt have shampoo. I had made this booking way in advance. I will not be staying there again. I used motel 6 all the time but the last 2 stays were subpar to the normal service we received in the past. Not happy at all. If things have changed that much with motel 6 we will not be using them again.

Great value for the money… It was nothing more and nothing less than I expected. Very good location. The room was clean. Hotel needs updating but that would not stop me from renting from there again.

The parking is big, very affordable, we've stayed at this one 3times already and will continue to stay at this one on our visits. Very nice employees.

The towels are stained and grayish. The manager is a jerk. He came pounding like the police at our door ten minutes before check out. We are extremely quiet and cause no trouble. He treated us as if we were trash. I would never go there again.

Nice bunch of workers. Place was clean, I LOVED the bed, as it ws not the gushy ones. Room was huge, micro worked, the fridge also worked really well, the TV had all sorts of channels, but usually I just hit the news and the bbc (star trek aficionado). good amount of parking, and clean elevator. Counts a lot for us old guys.

We liked the fact that you are dog friendly. And our medical difficulties were dealt with nicely. Had room on 1st floor. And room service was provided so we didn't have to go out to eat, which is difficult with a 90 lb lab. Thank you very much.

THIEVES! BEWARE Unfortunately we had the mishap of leaving a medium sized travel bag with valuables in it and do you think as a corporate and as a company they would be honest and return our baggage? NO! You get what you pay for I guess… SMH.

The bed covers have cigarette burn holes on them (it was a non smoking room). It sounded the folks up stairs had 5 kids.

Expensive and average. 83, 000 a night. Large room but washbasin and bathroom cabinet breakage and ebreche, toilet clogged.

Great service on the front desk. They were friendly and polite. The problem here is the management of the rooms. The room had a very, very strong odor of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. It was very hard to sleep at night. Also there was a odor to marijuana every time wie opened the door. The bed and pillows sheets had a strong odor of cigarettes as well. — — — … IMPORTANT … This will be very helpful for you. This is what I did my second day that I stayed here. since day one I brought my own blankets. I covered the bed and pillows with it. However the smell was so strong that I still could smell it so I did this" Bought carpet powder that smell very good and poured over the bed. I used a lot. Then I placed my blanket and the smell was completely gone. I slept very well.

First room smelled heavily of weed (was supposed to be a non-smoking room) and was at the back of the motel where some people were living in the alley. And they had pit bulls. We asked to change rooms. Front desk guy was very nice and understanding.

I reserved a non-smoking room and when we opened the door it smelled of cigarettes. It was a very late check in and we just wanted to sleep so we didn't go back to the front desk. Someone had put, what looked like, glad wrap around the smoke detector so they could smoke in the room. It appears to be an older motel that was refurbished within the last few years, but the attention to detail left something to be desired. Baseboards in the bathroom were dusty and grungy and the wood floors felt like they hadn't been swept recently.

This is our favorite motel 6. Everyone is friendly and the accommodations are fantastic. Beds are soft and comfortable. We hardly ever have any problems, but this time our room kept filling and smelling like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was the worst, it was really strong in there. It was difficult because we all have asthma.

Toilet was in need of repair. Bathroom had a bad urine smell. The towels had a yellow tint to them and all this after being switched to another room because the first room even though said non smoking had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

The elevator was dirty and so was the floor. Room was okay but the sheets and the toilet were also dirty. Good thing: you can pay with cash.

Hehehe that is why it is a 3-star motel, bed clean, pillows comfortable, TV with cable and free Wi-Fi, refrigerators and microwaves, but these last viejisimos, made an infernal noise all night and the faucet of the sink, dripping down the ledge and we mojo all, in general good, but why is 3 stars.

Cigarette burn holes in sheets. Stale smell to rooms. Toilet didn't flush the second we entered the room. Had to switch rooms after calling and being ignored for 40 mins. Paper thin pillows in the next room. Cigarette burn holes as well and mystery stains all over the cover. Pro tip: don't sleep on the cover…

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and roomy our room was! We would definitely recommend your location to anyone. We stayed at another Motel 6 for 3 days and loved your hotel better than the previous one. Thank you!

This hotel was deplorable. Filthy, filthy, filthy is the only way to describe it. The towels, sheets EVERYTHING was dingy — you could tell the towels didn't even belong to the hotel — they were all mismatched. The bedspreads full of cigarette burns even when the room said non-smoking the room reaked of dirty old socks. We paid way too much for this disgusting filthy hotel — the parking lot full of homeless people, garbage all over the place and partying kids all night long. This hotel needs a major overhaul in maintenance and a class in cleanliness to the staff. Take more pride in your name!

Very nice motel very clean room. All and most Attractions close by. People running place are very easy To talk, (A big) plus you can ask them Any thing and understand them.

I was very happy with the service I received. Being it was a last minute check in online, with it being the weekend in a "Disneyland" city, I was able to get the last room AND was able to check in one hour earlier than the normal 3:00pm check in time. The room was very nice and comfortable and I would gladly stay there again.

It was a nice stay, I had no issues what's so ever and house keeping were very nice and helpful. Rooms are pretty big with lots of room and the area was pretty calm. Very close to Knotts Berry Farm witch was great…

Service was excellent. Room neat. Bathtub: filthy. Bottom covered with particles. Was easier to take a hand towel and clean myself. Would not rinse down the drain.

Usually enjoy my stay at this Motel 6, this year was different. Motel is a bit more run down than the last time I stayed. Faucet was not secure to countertop, and leaking. No kleenex in box. Mold around fridge cabinet, and in shower, and the inside of the fridge door had no wire restraints to hold anything in the door. On X-Mas morning, around 00:30, the front desk called and woke me up to TELL, me to be quiet. I explained I was alone and asleep, and the TV was not on, but the clerk INSISTED, I was guilty of too much noise, even though he refused to come up and investigate, instead of just taking phone calls and placing blame. Wont be returning to this motel again.

The price was ok. But the Bathroom did not work. The T. V would turn on but did not work to actually watch anything. MANY cigarette burn in, the pillow cases and blankets. Did actually come with a kitchen that worked. The pool, look, nasty. Good Customers Service and pet friendly.

Nice place and rooms but they let in all kinds of people from all walks of life so you kind of have to be careful but I'd rent it again if I needed to.

It was okay like the beds and the local attractions, but today (checking out day) is the worst of all the toilet got clogged up and the maintenance guy came up and said that he will have to remove the toilet and fix the tubes, and there are like 7 dogs next door and they wouldn't stop barking and whining, and unlike them, we only have 1 dog, we stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days for thanksgiving break and had an below okay experience. And the only positive outcome was the beds they were pretty comfy. But other than that, I will not stay here anytime soon.

This is one of many hotels near Disneyland, probably not the worst, definitely not the best. The room smelled like cigarettes, the bedding was kind of tattered and faded. Most of the furniture in the room was damaged. This is not a pretty place to stay. But the bed was fine, and the AC unit in our room worked well.

Spacious rooms, our room had a sink leak but was quickly fixed.

This Motel 6 isnt too bad. I would have given it 5 stars if the bedspreads weren't so absolutely disgusting. They have huge holes in them and have stains on them so bad that any amount of washing isnt going to make them go away. I've stayed here a total of x4 seperate nights and each time I go in thinking that this time the bedspread will be better. Not! At first I thought that I was some how getting the very same bedspread each time I was here. How could that be? Well, now I can say that if that were the case I'd almost be fine with that. But the truth is… I think there are other motels with much worse conditions than just badly stained and worn linen. Motel 6 knows this to. So if u can look beyond the bedspreads and worn linen, then the rooms are really not to bad. Didn't find any bugs in the rooms, and the front desk help is friendly and the air conditioners work well.

The staff here are very nice and treated us well. The proper was also great. Can't go wrong with this Sixer!

Stayed here 4days and 3nights. Front desk was an easy check in. The rooms are huge, nice and comfy beds. Also they have a microwave and fridge. The air conditioner was a plus for these hot summer days. Will stay here again.

Horrible stay. Drug deals going down, cops there several times. They did not clean the room once during our stay. Horrible service. Do NOT stay here.

Horrible customer service. They keep you on hold and dont speak clear English and this neighborhood is infested with junkies and prostitution. Way overpriced for a bad part of town.

Nice friendly place no problems was there for 2 weeks.

Truly a disgusting place. The overhead light shade fell down; the bathroom hooks came off, with nails and all; there were ants all over the place, and worst of all, the room was infested with fleas! Super pricey for a filthy, outdated room.

Same hooker keeped parading her back booty all around the lot several times a day. Found used condoms in the lot with old vials of medicinal marajuana. I liked the heated pool though.
