Just got back from my stay 5/21/21-5/23/21 and had two rooms. Durning check out in one of the rooms, looking to make sure everything was packed. At the foot of the bed under the sheets there was a hand towel with blood all over it that you could clearly tell was a couple, after intercourse clean up towels. It was disgusting. Like everywhere else you have to wear a mask, Lysol stickers sealing the door and on the TV remote to let you know they are going above and beyond to makes sure you know extra care was taken to sanitize and this little surprise popped out.

Bad customer service, after a long day driving to LA, I checked in at 10 pm. I booked my room thru expedia and my account under my nick name. Gave them my iD, they said it didnt match with the name I booked under online. I explained to them, also showing my email and text confirmation, but they didnt accept and wanted me to deal with Expedia, it took us 1 hrs of waiting to deal with this issue with expedia. I travel once a month before and book with expedia all the time and never been an issue with it. Staff didnt show that they care, they just let us deal by ourselves, dont offer any suggestions how to deal, feel very unwelcoming. After all, they said they would cancel the expedia booking and book that same room for us. Urgh… then why wouldnt you do that earlier instead of letting us wait an hour trying to fix the issue that we have no idea. Later they said it s the new goverment rule BUT why didnt the staff let us know before hand? They just assume that we know same thing has been there for years has been changed? Worst customer service for sure. Plus my sister found a hair on her pillow 😠

Awesome stay! Love the pool. Very clean and friendly staff. Our suite was huge. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the Anaheim area.

Great location near Disneyland, beautifully remodeled spacious rooms, coffee (& more amenities when COVID restrictions aren’t in place), convenient restaurants nearby, my kids loved the pool. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was pretty nice, and we enjoyed the pool. However, when we stayed in November 2019, they were in the process of switching from Country Inn and Suites to SunCoast. They changed our room key without warning (did rectify the situation), and we have yet to see our $100 US damage deposit returned to us after saying that it should have been processed months ago. Our credit card company is saying it has not been reversed by the hotel. Frustrating.

The bartender was not only absent he was terrible at his job. He also argued right wing talkinh points straight from Hannity. Stay at the JW Marriot. You have to deal with a Book Of Mormon but they have better drinks.

The rooms are new and clean, but they have issues with inventory of their rooms. If you need more than 1 bed for your stay, you should think about going somewhere else. We booked a 2 queen bed room, and here’s what happened. 1. Sent to a room on 5th floor with spacious but 1 queen bed suite
2. Asked for another room on 4th floor and was sent to 4th floor with same configuration as 1.
3. Was “Upgraded” to a smaller king suite on 1st floor, with 1 king bed but no room for a fold up bed
4. Was finally given a room with 1 king and 1 queen bed, but with a wet carpet floor No fault on the receptionist that helped us out through this, but I’m baffled by how a hotel does not know how many bed is in each room. This happening at 12am midnight didn’t help.

Very Nice Place to stay with lots of accomadations. Very Nice Pool Walking distance to lot's of places. Very Nice Staff and Very Clean nice rooms.

Great Hotel! Clean and very friendly staff. We like to especially thank Inez who took the time to not only make our room clean but also making our girls smile by tucking our daughters stuff animals in bed while we were out enjoying our day. This may not be much for many but our family took notice and it brought a smile to all.

Such great staff. We decided to stay at the last minute and switched from our original hotel. I’m glad we did. So much more modern and clean than the other properties in this price range around Disneyland.
The walk to Disneyland was short and easy. Rooms were clean, serviced daily and well appointed. Breakfast was great to fill up the kids before a day in the parks. Complimentary coffee bar made it easy to grab a coffee to go on our way out the door. Complimentary washer and drier was a life saver after travelling with the family for a few weeks. Pool and bar were great. Extra thanks to Bre and Joey who I found especially helpful and friendly to us and especially to the children. Would recommend anyone stay here especially families travelling to Disneyland.

Disappointing. Upon check in the sliding barn door for the bathroom was broken. Screws were missing form the top. The door would barely budge. We booked this room because they listed cribs in their description. We asked for a crib, a pack n play showed up. Which our 1 year old can't sleep in. After a very long night of no sleep, I checked with the front desk again, they said they would send crib. After 2 pm I checked again, which they said they can't give me one. On leaving to the park on the second day I took our do not disturb off. Seeing the cleaning lady in the hallway and hearing her ask another guest if she would like service I assumed she was going to clean our room. As she was directly across the hallway. We came back 6 hours and it wasn't cleaned. Leaving dirty dishes, diapers and trash in our room all day made for a smelly return. I went back to desk again and asked for service. 2 hours went by, I took all the dishes out myself, ran into front desk in the hallway with hand full of dishes and they just kept walking. At this point expecting another sleepless night we decided to go back home. When I approached the front again I said we wanted to check out. She asked about our stay and I said it was TERRIBLE, she looked at my account and said oh you prepaid. I guess that's it. After having so many problems and not once did they say "sorry" I felt disgusted about my families experience staying here. My recourse is to leave this response.

The property and staff were incredible, the room was spacious, everyone was so helpful and genuine. We’re going to stay here every time!

Everything was perfect with the hotel apart from the chap behind the bar arogent little prick needs to be retrained in customer service purchased a drink it was flat and not nice, told him about the problem to be told oh well I'll have a look into it, not sorry or here is another drink, very unpolite person who should not have a job in customer service.

Great location near Disney and Garden Walk which has hundreds of shops and restaurants. Everything you need is walking distance! Free parking, free hot breakfast which was delicious by the way and huge pool and hot tub. Will stay again when visiting the area!

I checked in for 3 nights and I have to say this hotel was absolutely great in every aspect. I had concerns prior to checking in 2 days before but Alex Santana took care of all my concerns. The front office manager checked me in and out. He went out of his way. The room was excellent and so was the complimentary breakfast. To have a pool open to 12 am you can't find most places. From now on when going to Disneyland I will stay there. There was a problem with the shuttle one day but that is ART Transportation not the hotels problem. Recommend this hotel highly.

Wonderful, family friendly, modern, and big roomed inn just a short 15 walk to Downtown Disney. The close proximity to both resorts, while being tucked off of the main drag and across from the GardenWalk, is outstanding. EXCELLENT customer service, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My kids were able to swim until midnight (along with most other kids at the motel) and watch the nightly Disney fireworks from the pool, awesome! The large breakfast buffet and laid back bar (& poolside food) were very convenient and helped save some cash. Looking forward to staying here again diring our next Disney visit!

Excellent customer service. Spacious rooms. Beautiful salt water pool. You can see the Disneyland fireworks from here. You can take the 15 minute walk to Disneyland but to save your energy for the park, get the ART bus pass. It stops right at the driveway. Full breakfast buffet, but wish it was open longer for late sleepers.

The room was a king bed suite, checked in during the afternoon. It's a 15 minute walk away from Disneyland. It's nice to drive to the Toy Story Parking Lot to take a bus to the parks. Only real downfall was if you wanted to go to the park directly from the hotel, you had to pay about $5.50 per adult and $3 for child. Regardless, the rooms were nice. The breakfast was great; had cereal, toast, waffles, sausages, eggs, and many other selections. Really would recommend staying here if you don't mind walking to the park. It's literally a block and a half away! Will come back once the family and I decide to go to Disneyland again.

Great staff, nice clean and spacious rooms, pool was saltwater and was wonderful. The staff was able to check us in after our early flight at 9 am with no fee which was a nice surprise. They have a small gift shop up front for snacks and souvenirs, a bar, great breakfast provided. They also have many little nooks with bean bags and caring for little ones. ART has a stop right in the parking lot for a fee. I recommend getting the passes for those online on your phone (you just show the driver your phone) the shuttle doesn't make a million other stops so that was a plus. The hotel is close enough to walk to Disneyland which we did the first 2 days but by the 3rd, after walking more than 10 miles a day at the parks our feet were tired. The hotel also offers fresh baked warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening.

This was really nice hotel for the money. It's a 3.5 star hotel and it is that in terms of quality, price and amenities. The hotel is super clean, the pool and hot tub is very nice and the staff is very helpful. The continental breakfast was the best one I've ever had at any other hotel. There is a small store in the lobby but it is ridiculously over priced as is the bar but that's to be expected. Underground parking is awesome as the elevator takes you right there and you have a nice cool car to get into.

Very nice hotel. Great full, hot breakfast. They have an awesome area for kids with huge bean bags to hang out. Of course, we were there to go to Disneyland, and it's so close you can see it from the corner of Harbor and Disney Way. You walk about a block and a half straight on Disney Way. They have a nice souvenir store and a comfy lobby with a fun kids area with a couple of screens. I recommend it!

Beautiful rooms and very accommodating staff. This hotel is very close to Disneyland. They have complimentary chocolate chip cookies in the lobby too. My husband and I stayed here for two nights while we went to Disneyland. We went on a water ride and got soaked and had to return to the hotel to change. It took maybe 35 minuets from exiting to reentering the park. They have a great little store in the lobby for snack, missing toiletries, and souvenirs. You may also purchase Disneyland tickets through them as well. Definitely will be back!

This hotel is awesome! Clean and beautiful! Their continental breakfast has so many options compared to other hotels! The pool is my favorite part! It's a saltwater pool and when you get out you don't feel sticky or gross! I love this place and recommend it to everyone!

As promised (to the on-site manager) here's my review after staying here with my family last week. Let's start here, my husband stays at this hotel when traveling from Seattle regularly for business and also sends his employees here for several days while they are in town for training. After planning our family trip to Disneyland, we decided to book a couple rooms and stay here with our family for one night in between our two days at the happiest place one earth. The staff was great, the rooms were clean, the neighborhood was nice… BUT know that if you are planning to park a car in their parking lot — it's likely to be broken in to! There's no security and/or cameras in their lot and after waking up to a busted window and the car rifled through, I spoke with the manager — — and apparently cars get broken in to often! The manager was not sympathetic or willing to do anything to help in any way. He was more concerned about us signing a form that states what happened (for their personal use — — which we refused to sign after they were unwilling to help with anything) to cover their ass and for us to release liability. I asked for the hotel to possibly compensate the one nights stay for one of our rooms to help with my sisters deductible for replacing the window, but again — the manager didn't care and only wanted us to fill out his form. All said and done, we likely won't stay here again and fair warning — — park at your own risk.

Clean comfortable room. The service was wonderful, nice giftshop, walking distance to Disneyland, lots of food options nearby. Friendly staff. Convienient parking underground, laundry room on premises. Overall awesome. I am taking a star because the food wasn't great. Free breakfast was all right, not great, but lots of options. They dont have a restaurant but offer food options by the pool or bar. The pizza was undercooked and wings not edible. We complained and got a refund! Overall highly recommended.

Less than 10 minute walk to Disney. New hotel; clean and nice. Excellent breakfast. Pool and hot tub (we didn't use them because it was cold. ) Definitely three (yes, 3) thumbs up.

Was very pleased with the rooms for the great rate we paid. But the added on resort fee was a surprise (though it was in the fine print when I checked later). That is such a con. Resort fee for an average hotel with a pool? Sheesh. Other than that, the stay was good. The breakfast was surprisingly good for free. The room was clean and a find size for the price. The air conditioner did make a really loud noise all night that kept us up a bid when it kicked on. Again, the staff was really friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is outstanding. The girl working the front desk Mish was a breath of fresh air. I found this hotel after a being at a horrible one the night before. I was on vacation with my 2 year old. We came in on the amtrak so sleeping in our car or driving to near by city was out. We couldn't find anywhere to go. We were literally locked into the Amtrak station till I spoke to Mish. It was close to 2AM and she went above and beyond to make accommodations for us. That was the best part of staying at Country Inn & Suites the level of customer service you receive is amazing. We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. We went swimming in pool which is very nice, very beach like. We were walking distance to Disneyland and we had a real breakfast in the morning before going to Disneyland. Great place to stay. I will be staying there again very soon hopefully this July!

Modern, clean, relatively quiet even though it is close to I-5. Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Microwave and mini fridge in our spacious room. Easy walk to Disneyland and California Adventure. Free parking. And did I mention the super friendly staff?

The room was clean, very new appearing establishment, great free breakfast, close to Disneyland, friendly staff, and orderly rooms. There were a couple of little problems: we were in a double room with our kids and as it turns out — no lock on the bathroom door. My teenagers were concerned to say the least. There was no plug for the bath tub, but a washcloth did the trick for a bath, the pool is outside — which is CA is fine, though we were here in winter so it was a little less useful — but it did seem very clean and inviting even still, and the light went out in the bathroom while I was showering. This, I'm sure, is a rare problem, but it is still a little unnerving to shower in the dark. The thing that put me to four stars though was the housekeeping service. They arranged our stuffed animals so cute in the bed for my little girls last night (wrapping them in blankets) and placing them on the bed. We all loved it! Overall, it's a very nice hotel, junk a few minor glitches.

We booked a room here for one night, we got in super late so we didn't get to enjoy it that much. We only got it so we could get a few hours of sleep. But the room was nice, clean and had a modern feel to it. It had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which I always like for my rooms to have. The bathrooms we're big, the only thing was I couldn't figure out how to get the shower to turn on. We tried every knob in the shower and tub and couldn't get the shower head to turn on between me and my husband lol. Lobby was nice with lots of sitting area. And they offer complimentary breakfast!

Comfortable hotel with large shallow pool for the kids. Large hot tub — not sure if it worked correctly. The one night I was able to spend any time in it, the jets weren't working correctly. Friendly staff, lots of parking, nice breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Country Inn and Suites it was well above my expectations. The hotel is beautiful with a modern aesthetic. The check in process was quick, staff was friendly (with one exception if a desk agent — she wasn't unfriendly, just not engaged). Breakfast is available everyday. Parking is a bit tight and there is a resort fee of $20 added to your bill. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The location is super convenient to Disney and other attractions and amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Highly recommended! Awesome front desk staff, best bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel, spacious rooms, great breakfast, comfortable lounge and pool area, 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Only complaint is no whole milk at breakfast buffet and no coffee till buffet starts. Special thanks to Joey W. For going above and beyond to make us comfortable! We will definitely stay here when we go back.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. All parking stalls were taken and I called in and the front desk lady moved her car so I could park! Talk about customer service! We booked the studio with king size bed. Room was clean and new. Also, free breakfast daily but get there before 9am if you want food. Short 5-10min commute to Disneyland Toy Story parking lot.

Really nice new hotel. Parking wasn't an issue. Location is perfect. Disneyland, Angel stadium, and the outlets all within a 5 min drive. Very modern. Only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 is use of space. Like my room was a 1 bed but it had the space for another bed right next to it but that half of the room wasn't furnished. Honestly not a big deal by any means but that's the only thing keeping it from being perfect.

The hotel is very convenient to Disneyland if you don't mind a short walk. Either way, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, the hot breakfast was plenty to start a day of theme park adventuring, and I slept great. That's all I can ask for of a hotel.

Excellent rooms, great lobby, and a wonderful pool and hot tub. Every worker there is super friendly and the manager came up to greet us one morning. The only recommendation I would have is to broaden the hot breakfast a bit. The menu repeated several times. I really appreciate the hot breakfast though!

We had a wonderful time! Quick walk to Disneyland or the Gardenwalk for lots of restaurant options. The pool was great for the kids especially with nightly views of fireworks from Disneyland. The staff were all all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than a year old, so it is very clean and crisp. The breakfast very convenient and filling. The pool was relaxing. And the proximity to Disneyland was perfect for the hotel rate. The local bus comes into the hotel parking lot, if you don't want to walk to the Park. I will definitely stay here again.

1 block from Disney it was an easy walk. The place was clean and new. The room was large and could accommodate the whole family. The pool was great and breakfast was free and not half bad. There is a shuttle to Disney for a few bucks on the ART.

Great room. Very spacious — granted we are staying in a studio suite, but it is still a lot more room than we expected. Very clean and modern facility. The staff is great and very friendly. Shower and bathroom is nice. Bed is comfortable as well, and the TV's are pretty nice too. No complaints here.

Location is great. New hotel rooms are awesome since everything is still new. Service is great as well. The only downfall is that we told the front desk that the house keeping forgot to clean our room. They stated they will have someone do it. By the time we got back all we got was clean towels and no garbage was taken out and the old towels weren't taken out. They didn't clean anything and just left the towels by the front door in the room.

I hate to leave a bad review since the hotel is clean and new, and the staff is very friendly. Also breakfast was included. We did enjoy our stay here. The unpleasant experience came from after we checked out. The reason for the one star review is we left our green card, passport and I-pad in the safe in the room we stayed. We called and got an confirmation that the items are recovered and is in the manager's safe. Great news! The problem starts from here. So far we called in 6 times. Which it took two time to get the location of the stuff we left, and it is understandable since they were trying to find it from the maid department. Eventually they were located and I was told it's in the manager's safe. The real problem starts here. We had called 3 times trying to reach the manager " Jesse Hudson". That seems non existent. Each time I call (between 9-5 which I was told she will be there), she is not there. That's understandable. It's a hectic job right? The problem is SHE DOES NOT CALL BACK! First time I call, I get sent to her voice mail… didn't get a call back Second time I call, the person at the front desk told me she is out for lunch, but she told me she will leave a note on her computer to make sure she call back. Guess what… Didn't get a call back. I waited a day and today was the third time. I was told again that she is not on the property and that she will call back. That probably will not happen.

This hotel was very nice and clean. Looks like they do a good job keeping it up and the staff told us it had been open less than a year. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There was hot breakfast included with eggs, waffles, fruit, cereals, sasuge, milk, juice and more. We walked to and from Disney it was not a bad walk, about the same as walking to the Micky and friends structure. I would stay again.

Very happy with this hotel. Just a short walk to Disneyland that never felt like a chore, however there is a bus available if you want to save all your steps for Disneyland. Having free breakfast was a huge plus for us as most hotels in this area do not and was a big money saver. The rooms are very nice albiet a bit small. I really loved that I was able to park my truck in an underground parking garage under the hotel. I felt my vehicle was safe and I had easy access to it. The only drawback was that my daughter has drawn accustomed to having a bunk bed when we stay in a hotel for Disneyland so she was disappointed, a fact she quickly forgot as soon as we got to the park.

15 min or less walk (or more with small children walking) to Disney. The location was pretty good, hotel nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but was fast and enough to get us started for the day. The pool was really nice and heated. I'd stay here again.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever been to. It is a brand new hotel so everything feels so fresh! Smells good from the lobby to the room :) Here is the best of the best part. The staff here was awesome! I was very impressed by the two front desk ladies who gave me and my family a huge welcome with a soldier bear doll since I booked the reservation as a military services person. If anyone who gets to read my review that are planning to visit Disneyland, this is the place that will make you so happy! It's only a block away from the Disneyland. No need to drive and pay $25 parking. Thank you again for the staff who made my day on 24th March 2017 at 10pm.

I just checked into this fantastic hotel. Terrific property with every amenity families want. Great pool. Impressive lobby area. Great staff. Valet parking. Close to Disneyland. Perfect sized rooms. Great view of the fireworks from the pool!

The hotel is new, rooms are spacious and it is located 15 minutes walk from Disneyland, the attention is good and it is in a very good hotel, the only point to improve would be the breakfast, don't have good options and the food are not of the best quality.
