I highly recommend this hotel as it is really family friendly n room services are really very great.

Elevators are dangerous and Marriott is not having them serviced like they should and instead keep "reseting them" according to the front desk. Their plumbing is a disaster, the hotels is dirty, there are no signs by the elevators to direct you to where the stairs are, and it could take up to 30mins to get from our floor to the lobby. I got stuck in the elevator, we watched a different elevator completely skip a woman's selected floor, and literally all of the other guests there were complaining. We also called them about their spa hours and asked them for directions to it when we got there. Not once during those inquiries did they reveal it was out of order. This place is dangerous and a mess.

Small rooms… uncomfortable beds. Noisy plugged toilets… no communication no soap for sale in laundry… stinks rude front desk no hot water… I could go on…

If I recommend it because it is comfortable and the employees are friendly ESPECIALLY TANIA the lady of the apartment she very friendly the times I saw her and able with her always with a very good smile and presentation 10 of 10 for her, the only thing I did not like is that they charged the parking, it😊 is supposed to be free🤨

Decent hotel clean large rooms.

Lack of empathy to its clients. The first night we arrive there was a room that was having a party playing music at full blast young kids running up and down the hall. The next day alarms went off at 1:00am after telling management that young people were smoking in the stair landings. Had to evacuate and wait an hour. They didn’t offer late check out or an apology for the inconvenience. After a few guest had brought it to there attention that some young teens had some type of hang out party in one of the rooms. Security no where to be found by management. Look like everyone was lost in what to do once the alarms were going off.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Great pool area lovely spacious rooms.

The very best thing is the affordable pricing — you get a lot for the price! The suite is spacious and quiet, the bed comfortable, and the TVs have Netflix. What more could you need? We haven’t checked out the pool yet but look forward to swimming later today. The food at the hotel’s restaurant is really good.

I always stay here when coming to Disneyland. Great location, convenient shuttle to the park and friendly staff.

Highly recommend for single couples and family. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, facilities were amazing including pool, restaurants and Starbucks. Concierge are amazing, helpful and polite. We truly enjoyed our stay aside from having super roomy suites.

I had booked a room through Tickets at Work for my fiancee's birthday this past weekend. Unfortunately, she woke up on her birthday with one of the worst migraines she can remember and I had to cancel the reservation. I called that morning once it was clear it wouldn't pass hoping that the hotel would show some humanity and compassion. Sadly, when the Tickets at work customer service rep, who was very helpful, came back from talking with the hotel, she said that Kris (or Chris) had said that "If he had known they couldn't make it, he should've have called last night. " This complete lack of understanding, compassion, and basic knowledge of an unpredictable medical condition made an already unfortunate situation worse. We will be rescheduling her birthday trip for this weekend, but will not be looking at this hotel or other Marriotts. This is not the level of service I expect from this company.

The Parking tonight 9/14/2019 was a disaster. Not enough parking. They charged for the valet $24. The valet was over flowing also. I was informed that the food that was in the contract was not served. I don’t think I will ever attend any functions in the future in this hotel. By the time I found a parking across the street I was late in the party already and exhausted.

It was wonderful I will be back to stay here again it’s walking distance to a lot of places especially eating places u don’t have to go hungry. Also the restaurant here at the hotel is excellent I ate twice in there I’m not ready to leave but work calls.

Stayed at this Marriott about 6 years ago and it was a good experience so decided to book it again. Staff is great but hotel is SOOOO outdated. In such a high traffic area as Disneyland you’d think they’d shell out the money to renovate and modernize it. My room was filthy and falling apart (see pictures). I am generally a huge fan of Marriott and a few many of their co-branded credit cards but this experience makes me rethink my allegiance to them.

Marriott should be ashamed! This hotel has seen its day! It needs to be renovated badly! I don’t believe anything has been updated since it first opened!
The beds are not comfortable! Original bathrooms! Great design on rooms but outdated! And NO staff! So understaffed! The staff all work hard and are great! But not enough! Rooms don’t get cleaned until late afternoon! No free breakfast at this location!
If your going to Disneyland Marriott has two other hotels which we have stayed much newer nicer with breakfast closer same price that I would recommend!

I've stayed at this Marriott several times. Located close to the Freeway and close to shopping. Hotel offers a shuttle service to Disneyland. There's plenty of parking. Great place to bring family and children. Hotel has spacious rooms, swimming pool and a fitness center. There is a restaurant, "basil" onsite which offers a variety of dishes as well as their signature breakfast buffet and kids menu for under $5. I would have given five stars except that the staff doesn't great you, they don't smile and isn't welcoming. At the restaurant, Jose is particularly lacking a positive personality. What's wrong can be fixed by the right attitude from management. This hotel could shine except that the staff doesn't know what "care" in customer care mean.

I liked the stay but the bathroom was too dark and The bathroom lights are too dim
As for comparing to other hotels I’ve stayed breakfast was free and you had the option to eat in your room I was disappointed when we were not allowed to take our food upstairs to our room
Tv was also an issue no guide to check the channels
I suggest you look into the these issues changes need to be made as a customer it would be great if they change the issues I brought to your attention.

Great hotel! Very busy but the customer service is top notch. I was able to get the breakfast buffet each morning and it was phenomenal! An omelette bar, fantastic potatoes, and some great fruit were enough to get my day started on a high note! I stayed here 5 nights for business and the hotel is in a great location. Plenty of space to work in the hotel if needed and it is within close proximity of great food and entertainment. I will definitely be back for all my future trips to the Anaheim area!

Beautiful hotel, greeted by and serviced by all staff, including Basil’s restaurant (which has an incredible breakfast buffet). Two comfy full size beds (wish they were queen size). A separate bedroom. Living area has a fold out couch (it was as comfortable as you would expect from any fold out couch). Fridge, lots of room. Two Smart TVs with Netflix, etc (we loved this! Thank you! ). My only suggestion is to have microwaves in the room. But that is a personal preference, so I won’t hold that against them. We will be back!

Friendly staff. Food and room service is very good. Big parking behind hotel but it costs 15$ each day/night. Rooms are big and nice (had the suite with 2 separate rooms). Interior could be renewed tho it looks a little old. Nights were quiet.

First of all this hotel need to be renovated u should look up and see the glass window in the lobby bybstarbuck u will see how nasty it is with cob webs I mean lots even dead bugs then in the room everything is out dated the bed and pillows not comfortable the bed is so low. Omg really also the smell I cant explain anyways I will never stay at this hotel again and we are a platinum member. Ohyeah the pool area is hideous. Ugly.

I love this place. It's convenient location make it easy for families with kids. Rooms are spacious and staff is very friendly. Food is moderately priced. There is a Starbucks within the hotel. We stayed in a suite, suitable for party of 6. Though some modernization is needed, the service is above and beyond. They do have a small shop in case you forgot something. You can do your laundry there. Restaurant and bar. Target is down the street. Outback, crab shack and so many other places to eat, but you may just want to order room service. There food here is delicious. Moderately priced and they offer family dinner specials.

We were in one of the conference rooms but the name of it escapes me right now. It was very large and had very very nice looking chandeliers. The service was great. They provided Starbucks which was a good alternative to the usually hotel coffee. All in all it was a good experience.

The location is great, the breakfast buffet was very good as well, their stuff is amazing very attentive, cordial and extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean and we had a great experience. The queen size bed are a bit smaller than a full size bed, the pillows are very soft, the rooms were lacking lighting and the pool was a big of a mess due to unsupervised teens but not the hotels fault.

Not that impressed as I thought it would be better being a Marriott. This property is definitely showing its age. The bathroom door hangs up on the tile and won't shut. The shower head sprays water out the back on the ceiling. Won't be long till that harms the walls. The mini fridge ran with a high pitched sequel all night. For the price there are better places to stay near Disney that come with breakfast and free parking unlike this one. Do yourself a favor and do a little looking and find something else.

This is a nice, well maintained all-suites hotel located just a few minutes drive from Disneyland. The rooms are clean and a decent size, particularly for the price. The hotel is a bit sparse when it comes to family friendly amenities, with no included breakfast (there is a decent, but pricey, full-service restaurant on site) and the sundries shop has limited hours such that it is closed when most guests arrive after a day at the parks. While the hotel has very reasonably-priced two room suites, there is an odd design decision that somewhat defeats the purpose. The bedroom doors have windows in them covered only with translucent white curtains. This limits the privacy of the bedroom and also takes away the ability to have lights on in the sitting room without disturbing someone trying to sleep in the bedroom. As nice as the rooms are, this is a really odd limitation.

First time staying at this specific hotel despite being a long time Marriott Gold/Platinum member (depending on the year). This place is surprisingly good. I wanted to take a star off because parking isn't included or waived for Gold members, but I can't. The place is deceptively good. Exceptionally clean, feels recently renovated, and the fact that every room is a suite plus it's half the price of the other Marriott around the corner… Five stars.

Bad they did not clean the room and then they gave Mandarin to a person to do it which never came.

Stayed here 1 year ago with my family and sisters family for 6 nights and had the most amazing time. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, the beds were super comfortable and the room service team did an impeccable job servicing our room each day. Facilities were amazing covering everything we could possibly need including pool, gym, restaurants and Starbucks. Without doubt the highlight of our stay was William, the most amazing concierge, he was incredibly helpful, polite and made our stay all the more special. Would highly recommend to singles couples or families.

My work took me here to meet a client. Great location, next to a few different restaurants right across the parking lot. Starbucks inside next to lobby, sitting areas with tables. The front desk was very friendly, there was a family waiting for a rideshare, and the one of the hotel staff reminded them to make sure they gave the right address because there are a few other Marriott hotel in the area. I thought that was very nice, excellent customer service.

The room was as described by most other reviewers. For the price it was fine. It was nice to have a location convenient to theme parks with a closed off bedroom so kids could sleep on the sofa bed and adults could have some privacy. Free breakfast as a Marriott Platinum member was above average. The reason for the poor review is because after our stay my wife realized she left her prescription glasses on the nightstand after we left. I called 3 times and was directed to housekeeping on all occasions. On all occasions I left a voicemail detailing my room number, dates of stay, and description of the glasses. I never received a return phone call. If this is how Platinum members are taken care of then I pity all the no status guests that ever need anything above and beyond. I will not stay here again. There are lots of other options in the area.

Haunted. Me, my partner and my 2 daughters stayed here in a room on the 4th floor. At night my partner and I heard things moving in the bathroom and I felt the presence of an entity, I'm kind of familiar with these situations since I've experience them in the past. My partner didn't know what to make of the noises. I prayed and went to sleep thinking I was the only who had noticed the entity presence. The next morning as we left the hotel and were at Disneyland my 17 year old daughter told me "mom I think that Hotel was haunted" I was so surprised and I confessed to her I had felt exactly the same. It was a creepy feeling, my daughter was happy to be out of that room and Hotel. There was nothing wrong with the service but there is definitely something paranormal in that room. That's why I'm giving a low rate I wouldn't stay again in this hotel and my daughter was more than certain not go back there again.

Hotel service and environment is good, less than 10 minutes from Disney car, opposite the supermarket and many restaurants.

Very spacious and large hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and the beds big. Close proximity to Disneyland; perhaps the only downsides to this hotel are paid parking and no free breakfast. But the rooms are very clean, big, and comfy!

This is simply a terrific hotel for families that are visiting Disneyland. The rooms have pullout sofa beds in the living rooms, with fully separate bedrooms — — there's a privacy door (translucent) between the bedroom and the living room, as well as between the bedroom and the bathroom — — and the bathroom can be entered from either the bedroom side or the living room side. There's a Disney Desk right in the hotel lobby, where you can purchase park passes and Disney Shuttle passes, and there's a Disney Shuttle stop right outside the Marriott. There's also a Starbucks in the lobby, as well as a pretty good restaurant — — with lots more restaurants nearby, including an Outback Steakhouse right across the street. Hotel parking is free. Overall, just a terrific setup for families that are visiting the Park.

A bit pricy. The good: friend staff, the breakfast was good. They had an omelet bar that's perfect. The pool area was clean. The bad: the place needs some work. The hallway to our room had duck tape holding down the carpet In one spot. A bit dirty in the corners.

Fun times here. Great bartenders in the lobby bar. Pool is outside and though the weather was freezing the water was warm and fun for the kids. Pretty nice rooms and friendly staff with easy access parking.

The location was great! Several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. It's a bit of a walk to Disneyland but for a small fee you can use a shuttle.

The Anaheim Marriott Suites is a great property located very close to Disneyland. The staff was very nice and willing to help in any way they could. My room was a decent suite with comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice. Overall it's a great property.

Visited this place for the first time while at a work event. I only spent my time in one of the conference rooms. The parking for the time of the day was easy. There was some food and drinks setup in the hallway outside the conference room. The event didn't have access to the hotel Wi-Fi, not did any of us guests. This location seems best suited for outsiders going to Disneyland.

This has always been our go-to hotel when visiting Disneyland. We’ve stayed here many times over the years and have always had a great experience. The rooms at the Marriott Suites properties are huge. Great choice when staying with the whole family. The restaurant has a pretty decent breakfast buffet & they also have a shuttle that takes you to and from the park!

I arrived early and they were able to get me checked in anyway. Very friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and the room was clean and nicely furnished. I have absolutely zero complaints about my stay.

The place has no free Wi-Fi which is a huge bummer. When we first got into the hotel the lobby claimed that it was ready. However, upon entering the room there was hair in the bed and trash from the previous guest still visible. The location isn't that great, as the only attraction was Disneyland. On the flip side the hotel did have decent views, and if the hotel is messy, just tell the lobby. The people there were also really nice. However there isn't a fan when taking a shower, so prepare 2 have a very moist room after showering.

Our room is lovely. Furnishings are a bit worn, but sufficient for our needs. We have most of what we need, and staff is easily accessible for additional items. Desk service has been great. Hotel is fairly quiet. We have a sense of privacy.

Not really walkable to Disney unless you want a long walk after a long day at Disney. Shuttle is $6 per adult and $4 per child for back and forth all day long — which is a good deal since it is easier / faster since you walk straight in to the park from the shuttle drop off point. If you drive, you pay $20 to park, then walk to the tram, then wait in line for the tram and ride the tram, so shuttle probably saves 20 minutes over driving. Hotel is fine, and staff is nice. Buffet is too expensive for what you get. Parking is packed.

I love this place! The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. Tv in each of the rooms. Convenient location close to everything. Staff is helpful. They have a set up in the lobby to plan out a trip and buy tickets to Disneyland. Pool and Jacuzzi are nice. I highly recommend this Marriott.

Had the best time! Until we received our room service the next morning. Seriously have had better breakfasts at Dennys! I do not reccomend It! Walk to anything else not worth your money! But clean EVERYTHING and comfy bed!

Got this booked through costco package and it was nice and all but on second day we went out to Disneyland and I left my new sweater that I bought for this trip on top of my luggage to keep it out of the way for when they did the room service. We came back after some hours in the park to take a break. When we were going to go back that evening I was looking for my sweater and all I found was a stack of towels where I had left my sweater. Went to the counter to see if maybe it was taken by mistake with dirty laundry. They said they would call me because the room service manager was not there I said fine no problem. But its been a week and still nothing from them not even to say they didn't find it or anything. Not happy at all.

I loved this hotel. The rooms were huge and very spacious. Great service, had a problem with the bedding and the problem was resolved immediately. Wished the pool was a little more decorative with more palm trees to provide shade and privacy.

Stayed in a 2 double bed room. Clean room, plenty of space. Mattress was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and sent text messages to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure our stay was enjoyable!

We stayed at this Hotel August 24th for 4 nights and after a long day Traveling from Florida we checked in to the hotel and went out for dinner. At dinner I realized that the hotel had taken double payment for the hotel and I went to the front desk upset tired and annoyed. I can only say that the over night manager who was called Trevor gave the best customer service I believe I have ever experienced. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and the money was back in my account the next morning. Trevor is certainly a great asset to this great hotel which we will definitely be returning to on our next visit to California.

Large rooms. Separate living area with pull out couch. If they don't know you could easily fit 5-6 people in this room. Downside is no breakfast, but they do have a restaurant in the lobby and a Starbucks. Plenty of places nearby including the smallest Walgreens I've ever seen. Pool was adequate, but quite small for the size of the hotel. Fitness rooms were great to have.

Everything you expect from a Marriott, you receive — great hotel quality & staff service. Only complaint is there is no option but to pay for parking (either self or valet), which always feels like a money grab to me. After paying to park at Disney, it would be really nice to not have to pay to park when you show up at your hotel room. After all they don't have Mickey Mouse here. Therefore the "4 stars".

Conveniently located among the Disney resort hotels within a couple miles of the park. All suite rooms with dual TV which is great for families. Restaurant and Starbucks on site offering additional ease of use. Plenty of other eating options within walking distance and a Target across Harbour Blvd.

Excellent customer service! Beautiful spacious quiet suites. Elevators are fast. Starbucks in the lobby. Large parking lot in the back — $15/nite but free during the day. Water temp regulation in the shower was not operating properly. Overall a very comfortable stay in a convenient location. Will return.

Clean hotel in a great area. Walking distance to a few restaurants and not very far from Disney. Free parking in the rear of the hotel. The AC blows nice and cold in the rooms. Rooms have a homely feel like a little studio apt. Fridge but no microwave, I think there are microwaves by the vending on each floor though. Good water pressure and the staff was nice.

I've been traveling a lot for work recently and I've tried to stick to Marriage hotels. The Anaheim Marriott Suites is located just a few blocks from Disneyland and has shuttle services to the park. The hotel is an older hotel and I'm sure gets quite a bit of visitors throughout the year. In many instances the hotels shows its age and the wear and tear that is to be expected. The room was very clean (though a bit dated), comfortable bed, and as always my favorite Marriott pillows. Unfortunately there isn't concierge lounge, but the front desk provide me with free a breakfast buffet from the restaurant each day I was here.

We went to Anaheim for Disneyland and stayed in the Marriott Suites, and it was awesome. You can buy Disney tickets in the front lobby, and you can also get a shuttle to Disney from the hotel so you won't have to worry about parking. The hotel room itself was way nice. They actually overbooked the type of room we requested and we were up graded for free. Can't complain. Loved it.

We were there for a trip to Disney with our two kids. We had a family suite and it was very old and not updated, the bathroom sink had cracks in it, shower was old and shower head was clogged in some areas which made the pressure weird. Also, for a family suite, I expected a little more countertop space in the bathroom, it was very small! Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful, extra towels and pillows were brought in a timely manner and front desk was amazing! Shuttle to and from Disney was full at times on the way back to the hotel; I would recommend having a second shuttle running during the evening hours as there were people standing with babies and small children. I would also recommend making the shuttle free as if it is going to be that full, you shouldn't have to pay to ride it when you don't get a seat. I also think it would be beneficial to have a shuttle that picks up and takes to the airport, as the Disneyland Express shuttle doesn't pick up from this site either; it does pick up and drop off at the Wyndham, but the times are limited in the morning and we had an early flight. Breakfast was great and all the staff there were very nice and helpful!

So-so hotel, last time we stayed at the St. Reg is and had a much better stay. I'm not dissatisfied so much as I was a little let down. I've stayed at the W in other countries and enjoyed it much more. I really did not like the small dark lobby as well as the whole Chinese theme of the hotel. I'd recommend going to either The 4 Seasons or St. Aegis all nearby.

Inconvenient design for a hotel and a horribly uncomfortable mattress especially for a hotel that has a "4 star rating". Disappointed.

It was decent. Most the quality you would expect from a large hotel. Except that they charge for Wi-Fi internet access. That was totally ridiculous. Not worth rebooking for that reason alone.

Our stay was a very pleasant one. My family and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Great room, great atmosphere, & lots to do nearby. We'd love to stay there again.

We did a spontaneous trip to Cali and had booked through Orbitz, when we got to the hotel they said that the reservation was for the 28th not for Valentines Weekend. We tried calling all around to find a hotel of course everything was booked. The manager came to find us as my husband and I were calling around. He told us that he has a room for us from a cancellation and he would give it to us for $109 the asking price of the 28th of Feb. We were so grateful for them. Once we got to our room we turned on the lights to see that our bed was not made all the sheet pulled off, pillow on the floor and cups were dirty and the bathroom was not clean. I was not sure what was going on in that room but it was a disaster. Grateful for a room but not really for a dirty one. Hopefully if we stay there again we get a clean room.

We have stayed there twice. Once with lots of kids. Everything is clean and pleasant. Rooms are spacious. Parking is easy to access and free. Elevators are reasonably fast and the dine in food is decent.

Stayed here for a family trip to Disneyland. Decent proximity to the park. The facilities are clean while the decor is a bit dated and shows its age. Arrived at 3am and appeared we woke up the desk clerk because he forgot to provide us with a parking pass, Wi-Fi password and breakfast coupons. He also didn't say much to us as we checked in but otherwise the stay has been worth the price.

The room was great. Suites are my favorite with a 3 year old you can let sleep in the bedroom and still use TV in the other room. Bathroom was large but vanity wasn't, at least they were separate so they can be used at the same time. It is located about a mile from Disney but the Hyatt blocks the view of the fireworks. Parking and Disney shuttle are additional fees. The halls were extremely noisy at 3 am during our stay. I am not sure if security came up finally but there were people playing party games in the hall for an hour until it was quiet again.

Beautiful rooms and great service. The rooms are a little pricey for their size, but this is to be expected when you're do close to Disneyland. You cannot see Disneyland fireworks from this hotel. The neighboring Marriott does have views of the Disneyland park & night-time events.

Too far to walk to/from the park (1.5 miles). Hotel shuttle bus is a bit too small and you have to pay. Rooms are good sized. No door from the master bedroom to the sink area.

I stay here every two weeks or so. The staff is great and the location is perfect.

Very nice, very clean and very conveniently located! We had one small problem with our room during our week long stay and that was promptly taken care of while we were out with no fuss. The staff was professional yet still friendly and I would definitely stay there again. The price was reasonable and the pleasant, clean surroundings and a VERY comfortable bed made for a great place to relax after a busy day of vacationing at nearby Disneyland. Oh, and for the cherry on top — there's a Starbucks in the lobby!

Service is good. It's the things that you'd expect from a Marriott hotel that was not up to standards that made me give a low rating to this location. First, the shower is clogged. As you shower, the dirt just pools around your feet. The bathroom is not as clean as you'd expect. It seems that's there's booger or snot that dried up behind the bathroom door. Very disgusting. Also, as I was trying to leave to head to meeting, no elevator seems to stop by my floor. Mind you that there are four elevator unit. I waited, and waited. And waited. And nothing. I ended up taking the stairs. This place is definitely off from my stay list.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week while we helped my mother in law move her things out of storage and sell her home. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and accommodating and the rooms were incredibly clean. The only downside is paying Anaheim/Disney prices. Very happy overall.

Empty lobby. Restaurant is middling to poor. No concierge lounge. If you are a business. Traveler stay at the conference Marriott even though it is older. Room designs are weird. Tons of wasted space. Dark bathroom. Super hard beds. You will wait for the elevator. Also the elevators are Hot. Why? Glass shift walls but the car itself is a dark box. Generally speaking their are much better choices in the area even though it is newer.

We were greeted with a very friendly staff, the room was better than what I expected which made a diffrence after we checked into the Hilton, and dissapointed me. I would consider the Marriot in the future.

I stayed here June 25-27, 2014. My room was amazing! It was beautiful, super clean and very comfortable. I had 2 TVs and a mini fridge, the bed was super comfy and the couch too, and the shower/tub was awesome! Upon arrival the check-in was a great experience. I had driven 6 hours to get there and had a terrible head ache, the guy at the desk was very sweet and offered me some water and told me I could get some medicine nearby at the gift shop. After I got settled in my room I went to the car to get somethings and when I got back there was a plate of cookies and a note from the manager wishing me a pleasant stay. I've have never had something like that happen before, I was very impressed! The house keepers did a wonderful job everyday. I NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING going missing. And I left my $700+ laptop in the room too. I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional from check-in to check-out and valet etc. Also, the final price was less than what they estimated! I don't understand anyone who had a bad experience here, my Aunt was staying in the hotel next door and she wished she was at the Anaheim Marriott Suites, but her job was paying for the other hotel. I did not try the pool or restaurant but they looked nice from what I saw. So, I would suggest anyone who is thinking about staying here give it a go, I really enjoyed my stay, and I did not want to leave.

Do not stay here! We stayed here 6/16 thru 6/18. Our room was robbed of very valuable things and my grandkids were so frightened we had to move to a different hotel. The police told us it was not the first time that week there was a robbery. Sounds like an inside job to me. The manager said he would credit us the 2 nights we did not stay there and I haven't seen anything yet. I usually don't write negative reviews because I don't expect everything to be perfect but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

I stayed at the Anaheim Marriott suites — 6/13/2014 — 6/15/2014 Unfortunately it was the worst stay EVER! I called a week prior and requested a room with a refrigerator and microwave because I have small children that eat frequently. I had no problem paying any extra cost for this addition. I was told both were free of charge. We check in (front desk was pleasant) it took us 30 minutes to get up to our room on the 10th floor with two out of four elevators being out of service and the stairs was not an option because we had luggage. Get to our room and there is no microwave. When I called to inquire about it the lady on the other end was horribly rude and said well that will be an extra $15.00. No problem please sends it up was my reply. Now when it was time to leave the hotel there was another 30 minute elevator wait. Every time we needed to leave our room or get back to our room there was a 30 — 45 minute wait. We were told the elevator was being fixed on our check out day when we demanded to take the service elevator through the kitchen with many suit cases. Not only did we wait for the elevator but we waited in a non air conditioned hall way. Wait…. It gets worse…. On Saturday evening we returned to the hotel about 8pm to find no park available in our hotel parking lot. I was told the hotel next door had two wedding and the over flow was parked in our hotel parking lot.
