Beautiful, picturesque resort. Lovely villas. Impeccable cleanliness.

We have stayed here a few times and it's consistently good, clean with easy parking. Access to pool is convenient, and our nightly jacuzzi. check in was easy and quick.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Hotel has 4 pools, actually the main pool has an upper and lower pool so could call it 5 pools. Two of the pools have nice water slides. Pool bar drinks were good. All the bbqs were in working order. The restaurant is currently closed, however, during pool hours you can order food. My 4th time staying here and have enjoyed it every time.

Great checkin and concierge services and the usual fantastic Vistana facilities.

Great rooms and customer service. The kitchenette is much better equipped than expected and it was great to have. The availability of pools and extracurriculars ate great. If one pool is full, there's probably another that is a bit emptier. The constant bus driving is nice to have, but walking around the resort is easy to do. The movie night was nice.

This is my first stay at Westin Desert Willow Villas and I greatly enjoyed it. We reserved a single room. The pools were close to our room. The grills were never far and the pools stayed open until 10pm. We got to watch a movie in the pool Friday night. We did forget some items, luckily Ralph's was around the corner. Will definitely come back to the villas on my next trip.

The staff at the Agave Grill is just plain great. I visited a few times during my stay, and each one of them was very welcoming, timely in service, and just went the extra mile. The food is fine, some highlights an some average items. The patio is good when it's not too hot.

I have one word for you… Bathtub. I always stay here when I'm visiting clients in Palm Desert. The suites are sizeable and the kitchen is well — stocked with utensils. The Jacuzzi tub is deep and fills quickly, that's why I keep coming back. I had some special requests and they accommodated all of them. The staff is wonderful. Also, I ordered my breakfast an hour before the restaurant opened — my mistake entirely — and they told me if have to wait more than an hour for delivery. Then they went ahead and made it anyway. How great is THAT?

Select 3rd floor, Bldg 5. Quieter up top. Better view of the pristine golf course off the railed balcony (instead of concrete on lower levels). Super clean, comfortable villas equipped with everything you need incl washer/ dryer, detergent dishwasher, microwave, large screen flat TVs. Excellent guest-oriented staff on the property. Shuttles move you around efficiently in the desert heat. Great rates during hot season. Onsite Desert Willows course is $38.

It's a nice place with a lot of territory. Four pools. There are many bbq areas. The rooms have a dishwasher and a car kitchen. We are happy to go there once again as a family!

We stay here every Memorial Day and it’s great with kids. Rooms are clean, spacious and include all amenities. Employees are always nice. Main pool & kiddie pool are a bit small for how crowded it can get on big weekends, but otherwise no complaints. Parking is ample and convenient. Golf course views are wonderful at dusk.

They’d get 5 stars if 1 of the 4 pools they have were an, an adult pool. Too many kids at all of the pools, even the “Quiet” pool. And, I don’t need to be told to get out of the pool to hydrate and use the restroom every 2 hours in 100+ degree weather. That’s more for children, and how about parents watch their children and not the resort mandate adults? I’m more dehydrated by not being in the water during your mandated ‘hydration’ spells.

We used our time share for the first time this past week. Our Villas were nice. Loved having a full kitchen and washer dryer in the room. The staff was very attentive and always seemed to be in a good mood. We traveled with a four and five year old and even they seemed to enjoy the trip. They offered a lot of crafts/activities (some were a little pricey though) The kids really enjoyed the movie night on the pool deck. My Husband and I enjoyed being able to relax and take in an adult beverage while chilling at the pool. When we left Evie helped us to upgrade our timeshare and now we can travel again next year and not have to do bi annual trips.

This is as good as all inclusive Mexico vacations, except you just bring your own food and cook. Pools have a lot of kids, but not too bad. Great staff, all of the staff are helpful, very nice and do their best to make sure you have enough towels, coffee or whatever you want. Excellent grill area to bbq, picnic, whatever. Nice clean pools hot tubs and facilities. Love this place!

I was disappointed with the Pool Staff on Saturday only. They acted like policeman, just calling out people for their beers. Yet the sale beer at the pool? They take a 10 min. Pool breaks so the guest can go to the restroom, drink water or eat a snack. Yet the workers never check the pool that had three poops in it. Then we where BBQ and a staff member drives up and starts yelling at us stating he already warn us about cooking food at 10 pm and get you food and
go to your room and leave now, we told him we have never seeing you and he assumed it was us. He could have walked over a talk to us and so some respect for the amount we paid for a 5 Star Hotel. Believe I have three more bad experience to long to write. Best Beds and great cleaning staff member. Even the Staff Members on Friday were so kind and laughing with us.

I love this place. Very serene and peaceful vibe; although there do tend to be children at the pool pretty much every time I’ve been. This is definitely a great place to stay if you want a nice little getaway that is not just your typical hotel; the resort style, off the beaten path energy is certainly a plus.

The Villas are amazing. The rooms have full bath, kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, patio and, stacked washer and dryer. The facility has multiple pools, beverage options and kid play areas. I highly recommend the resort, especially for families.

The staff is on point! Every time we blinked there was someone there being so helpful. The grounds were well maintained. Our room had all of the amenities we needed. The only thing that needs work is the breakfast buffet. Better quality bacon, and making sure it is refilled at peak times. That is an easy fix. We will be back!

Great pools for the kids. Little restaurant is decent for lunch, but dinner should be avoided. I'm surprised the ratings are so high, but I haven't eaten out so it may be the best bad food around. What the hell is up with the horrible music pumped through every nook and cranny of this place?! The music director needs to be fired along with the person who thought peace and quiet on vacation is a bad idea! 9am to 10pm? Christ I can't read a book on our balcony or have a cocktail without the Westin jukebox force feeding my ears! First and last visit!

Great hotel! I stayed here with a few friends for a weekend and I could not be more pleased with my overall experience. The entire staff was extremely helpful and nice. There is also plenty of accommodations on-site (i. E. Pool, bar & grill, coffee shop, etc. ) if you're looking to relax for the day. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Huge rooms, comfy beds, amazing in — room hot tubs and over-sized showers. Golf cart shuttle service around the grounds was a great perk! The amenities on the grounds are well worth the price of the stay. Will definitely stay here against.

A good resort for all parties. Fun pools and activities for children and a quiet pool for those who simply want to relax in the sun. Poolside food is also of a high standard — healthy options delicious crudities, smoothies etc and also things the kids will love … pizza, burgers and so on. Set in a beautiful location and a good one to strike out from to visit Palm Springs and other local destinations. The golf course here looked stunning but I'm not a golfer so can't give you a review on that.

I feel so bad giving less stars, but if I could I would rate everything separate. I would give 1 star for the water temperature in the pools, it’s kind of cold for the resort. I’ve been in so many resorts and this is first time I couldn’t enjoy swimming because of the water temperature. Our group was 17 people, all of the adults barely got in the pool because of the water temperature. But the main idea to come to resort is to swim, So I was so upset that I couldn’t handle cold water. But I would give 5 stars for the food at the pool, compare to other resorts that I’ve been it’s so delicious and good portions. Very clean and beautiful. Love that every room have washer and dryer. Basically everything besides water temperature in the pools was perfect.

The pools were great, the rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious. The jacuzzi and whirlpool tub in the room was superb. The rainfall shower was also exquisite, and the heavenly dream bed was great. The patio offered a great view of the mountains, and all the staff was very professional, welcoming, and helpful. It was like having our own little apartment and oasis in the desert.

Love the rooms and the open space. The resort had a number of pools and is surrounded by golf courses. It can get busy during peak season but the resort is spread out enough that it never feels too crazy. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a slower pace resort in the area.

Resort was nice. However, it had problems so please take note: 1) the construction of the buildings is pretty substandard. I could hear the upstairs neighbor use his bathroom (water flushing and water flowing in pipes), walk around (apparently he was one of those heavy elephant heel walkers), the doors and drawers close. As you can tell the walls are super thin. 2) the front desk. When checking in, with an older male receptionist, he forgot to give me coupons for joining the the SPG program. I only found out because I overheard another receptionist giving them out to other guests. 3) I was told no one would be entering my apartment during my stay. When I returned at the end of the day, someone from the staff had entered and left a bunch of hangers on my kitchen counter. It turned out that housekeeping made a mistake and entered the wrong unit. This shouldn’t ever happen, especially if I was told no one would be entering my unit during my stay.

Good location, fantastic Ralph's in walking distance. 3 pool area. Newest has a big slide, but not for little ones. Great staff and if you want to get out for a (kid less) night they can connect you with a service for Great BABYSITTING. Try All Quality. Visit the living desert (zoo like) and try the tram. Also there are jeep trips into the desert and the earthquake faults. And of course just enjoy the time away.

This is a good place for the family, they have friendly staff and a place for everyone. Pools, places to eat, a lobby to relax and just about anything you can think of, I've been here a few times for working purposes on the interior work, and they always choose quality products for their customers. I also spotted a nice golfing field area and lots of parking with handicap accessible lots, ramps and elevators if needed. Overall five stars here.

The staff at this Westin made my wife and I feel like celebrities. The service was incredible, everyone was extremely nice. We chose this destination for our honeymoon and we are glad we did. The main pool features an inexpensive delicious drink of the day and also has a fairly priced selection of happy hour food and drinks. The facilities are everything one would hope for in a Westin but the staff is truly what made our stay unforgettable.

Nice property and great accommodations. Very friendly staff. Great meals at the Agave restaurant. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the climate control in the room was inconsistent. The thermostat didn't seem to control the climate it seemed to be controlled by the resort.

Very nice. I only was there for one afternoon to visit my brother, but the rooms seemed modern, clean and comfortable. The amenities on site were of a high quality — pool, water slide, golf course…

After spending a small fortune to rent three rooms for our family to spend Thanksgiving together we had a less than pleasant stay. One of our family members had a gold ball shatter their car window and the hotel said… ”while they felt bad… and as much as they wanted to make it right… they were not able to do so. ” Really Westin? Wow. We are return customers and really do think this is a beautiful place, but the service is less than stellar. And housekeeping didn’t clean our room for two days. So if you stay here, don’t park by the golf course as they don’t care once they take your money. I never use Yelp to complain so this is a first and only.

Super. If you are looking for relaxation, you can get it here. We've been here many times and for that price it's great. Will come back.

This place is amazing. It’s so peaceful, during the night we had a great view of the beautifully lit pool area and in the morning the view of Mount San Jacinto was breathtaking. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, David the gentleman at the front desk was amazing, he made our stay more memorable with suggestions and tips! Can’t wait to go be back!

Amazing location, Amazing staff and a trip to never forget. I left a house that had no air condition in palm springs on the Strip and and has other issues and came to this Heaven of a location that I had been to in the past. It truly made me so happy to come back to a place who always treats me right and I always enjoy :) thank you to the staff you are all amazing God bless!

If you play golf this resort is great. Golf courses are top rate. If you are staying, the rooms are great for the most part. The only negative is the pools. You get staff that are constantly harassing you about you bringing your own drinks to the pool. Or they have the ridiculous quiet pool. I never heard of a quiet pool. To me a swimming pool means fun and let loose but for some reason the staff at desert willow think is inappropriate and have their so call security guards tell people to be quiet with the slightest noice. In my opinion is ridiculous and stupid… if you want to let loose and have fun at the pools this is not the place for you.

We stayed in the premium villa. It was well done and clean. The kitchen is beautiful, but functional (ie, don't expect high end appliances). The bathroom had nicer higher end fixtures, large tub, shower, toilet room, and double vanity. Bed and pillows we're firm and comfortable. It was hot, (116 degrees), but not bad in the morning and evening and in the shade. Parts of the pool are shaded if you go at the right times. Lots of grills to BBQ. Fun game room and water slides. Wish the had more restaurant options, but I guess most don't need it since there are kitchens and kitchenettes. The walk from pool to room can be long (especially in the heat).

Beautiful resort. Well maintained. Best parts: roomy villas, balconies in every villa, well maintained pools, friendly staff. Worst parts: every single piece of cookware and plate and everything else in the in-suite kitchen was put away dirty, there seemed to be empty Capri Sun pouches littered in much of the landscaping. I was there a week and so were the same pouches. As soon as the staff left the quiet pool for the evening, parents brought all the restricted items (children, pool toys, loudness) in. There are three pools. Leave one for adults who were smart enough to leave their kids at home.

Very good location. There is a casino and mall close by as well as many food and shopping options off of Paseo. Rooms are all Villas and include a refrigerator, electric stove, and laundry machine for clothes. Many options located at the Resort for activities. There are 3 pools (including a quiet pool and one with a slide), kids center, games room, fitness studio, and small events that take place. Parking is $15 a day and there is a bit of a walk to the pools if you are located in a distant building however there is a shuttle service free of charge.

Service was friendly. Rooms were recently renovated and very nice. Amenities were good. The main pool area has a nice little water slide that the kids enjoyed. Cabanas are really reasonably priced. Food at the pool side was good. They offer shuttle service to and from the pools. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to finding a cockroach in our room. The hotel gave us credit and supposedly sprayed the room — we weren't there to verify if they did or not. Otherwise, nice place to stay at.

Very nice place to stay in Palm Desert. The room I had was like an apartment. Everything I needed was included and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the grounds were clean and well kept. The golf course looked awesome even though I didnt get a chance to play but the multiple pools on site were great to relax at. I will stay again for sure!

Absolutely love coming here in the summer with the kids. A couple of the pools are open 24hrs, so bring lots of sunscreen and GOGGLES! We are on the 2nd floor, but if you have smaller children, please request the first floor to avoid noise complaints from them running around. The rooms are gorgeous and very comfy. We haven't had a need for service so I can't really comment on that. Costco and Wal-Mart are less than 10 mins away ago that you can save time and money by cooking your own meals. There's even a Bose stereo with aux cord in the living areas! Bring dvd's or run out to a redbox. Streaming devices (such as fire sticks or chromecast) do not work here. In short, we love this place and will def be returning!

The room service is great, every worker there is very polite and there is a lot to do there. There are around 3 pools all very nice. There is a game room a basketball court, tennis court and even a golf course. Overall that place is very nice.

This resort is amazing. They have 2 pool areas (soon to be 3). Each pool area has a separate children's area. The pools also feature activities like water volley ball. There is an outdoor billiards area next to one of the pools. The room I stayed in had a full kitchen with full size appliances. It also had a stacked washer and dryer. The bathroom was equipped with a walk in shower that had a rain shower. There was also a separate whirlpool tub. The staff were all cordial and professional. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to Desert Willows golf course. I would stay there again.

The rooms were very clean, big, and nice. The staff were friendly. It was nice how they have pools in different locations so that you didn't have to walk too far from your room (unless you wanted to go to a specific pool to use the ex. Water slide or 24 hour facility. )

First time at this location and I love it! We are staying in a building that's only 2 months old and everything is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and amazing. Even though there is construction underway, it was never loud or noisy. Service was great at every turn and every single person who works here has a smile and are happy to help out on every level. Fantastic experience. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from the crazy hectic world and just relax!

Very pretty property, even when sold out it didn't seem crowded. Kids loved the waterside, basketball court, and game area.

Carefully crafted and manicured. Pristine maintenance and super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone makes you feel like a million dollar guest. The rooms are one bedroom villas, with a living room and kitchenette, plus dining table and all the amenities. Pools scattered throughout the property and BBQ areas for guest use. Perfect place to relax and do your own thing.

Getting better every year as the complex builds out. Don't miss the pocket park by the kids pool; great for kids to take their shoes off and run around. Poolside food isn't cheap, but is surprisingly good.

I stayed here a couple of nights with my husband & 3kids and its was 117 degrees but we had soo much fun the kids loved it & it was pretty hot but everything was super great beautiful & we will be coming back soon!

This experience has been incredibly positive with every Westin stay. I choose to stay at the the westin because of the location and had a great time. I know that I need to place a call the next time I have any questions, concerns or comments. I truly appreciated what westin does to make the guests feel welcome.

Stayed a few weeks ago nice and new but, no dogs allowed and somehow a few dogs were ther posing as training dogs. No dogs shoud be no dogs. What gives. Pool are has lots of kids good for families not for adults. Had room deluxe with small living area in front balcony off bedroom. Get premium room bigger and livin area to balcony.

My wife and I stayed there for her birthday and we were really impressed. Everything was perfect. I am glad that we chose to stay there.

We spend allot of time in the desert and frequent many of the local restaurants when we are here. Over the past weekend we had dinner at The Agave on property as we have many times in the past. Its always good but our evening was made due to the wonderful service we received from our waiter. Gabriel was absolutely outstanding! He made us feel extra special in every way. He was so pleasant and so attentive to our every need. He really made it more then just a dining experience. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but when someone goes above and beyond to make my evening a special one, I feel it should be recognized. I would rate this restaurant as a solid 4 but with Gabriel watching over our every need they have pushed it to a 5. If you are in the desert and looking for a great dining experience I absolutely recommend The Agave and if you can get Gabriel you definitely will not be disappointed.

Really nice villa rooms. Go shopping and pick up your own food for breakfast. Great pool staff and there's a 24 hour pool. However,. Don't expect to be able to actually swim. They're lounging pools and quite shallow. Don't come here if you want exciting or glamorous though — come only to relax and be low key.

Amazing. My family loved the pools and the room was great. Security was a bit of a pest we were in our balcony talking and were asked to go into our room at 9PM. Other then that all was great.

My wife and I had a great time at this resort. Maintained very well, great concierge, enjoyed the 24 hr pool and the restaurant/bar. We will probably stay here again and highly recommend it. The 1 bedroom villa was perfectly sized.
