Mr. Jacob the best he's so nice the pool hour's are great I love to go to Best Western Date Tree Hotel we really have a wonderful time there.

The best little hotel in Indio hands down.

Can’t thank Jessica, Kevin, & Jacob enough for their outstanding customer service during our stay! We were involved in a car accident that stranded my family and our dog in Indio for a few days. They were so kind and compassionate of our situation. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was tasty, and the pool was huge and refreshing on the 118 degree days. There was also a large grassy area for my dog to run around in. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again!

Clean, high end finishes, full-hot breakfast. Pricey for us but there was a tennis tourney in town and the rates were raised due to that. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Very clean very accommodating staff. Loved the dates on the front counter! Nice touch. Room was what you’d expect — comfy bed upgraded bathroom flat panel tv. There was a small lanai to enjoy as well. Loved that. Didn’t try the pool but it looked very well tended and was enjoyed by many kids. Breakfast had lots of healthy options. I would say the only thing that could’ve been better was the carpet in the room but we only walked on it so it wasn’t a big deal. Slightly stained. Recommend staying here.

The place is great, if you can get the right people doing what is needed to get things done. On reservation asked for double shampoo — nope. First time going into bathroom 25% of toilet paper roll was left. No replacement / other roll in room. This was for about a week. Usually was out and about and poolside (used restroom in the front desk area). Two individuals running the front desk were/are awesome, while the others seemed to be just riding the clock. Maintenance & house cleaning staff friggin awesome. People who didn't even stay at the hotel can eat free breakfast (excluding workers/employees, cause some of them are awesome AF). Priority given to residence of the hotel as guests are on the back burner. Basically sums up this place at the moment.

Beautiful hotel. Exterior and landscaping were impressive. Great staff who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a positive experience. Room was clean, well kept and everything worked. Recommended.

What a find on the spur of the moment! I was stuck overnight in Indio due to car repairs during a 115 degree day and this Best Western was a welcome overnight stay. Don't let the neighborhood's bleakness fool you — the grounds and interior are well-kept, quiet and very comfortable. Plenty of parking and an excellent breakfast room with lots of seating.

I had a great stay. Hotel staff greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. When my key did not open my door, staff walked with to my room to make sure the new key worked properly. Breakfast was well laid out with quality good.

Clean room and good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Free DVD for rent. Get some discount if you're AAA member via booking on the best western's website. Suggestion: Pool should be cleaned out all the leaves in the early morning.

We come here every year as a group to celebrate a friend's birthday. They are always very accommodating, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is really well stocked and offered. The pool is on 24 hours so it makes it easy for us to camp out by it for the entire day.

I loved the 24 hour pool and hot tub area. There were several covered tables and BBQ pits. The staff was helpful and let me know they have DVDs you can check out for no extra cost, also.

Rooms were well furnished and the bathroom was very clean. I found something light to watch via the DVD rental shelf they had next to reception. I enjoyed that as an alternative to flipping through channels. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. I was on the go and needed to get some quick rest, so it was perfect.

Clean, lots of space in room, Jacob at the front desk was Amazing! He also speaks Dutch very cool. Hotel sells out like hot pancakes best place to stay in indio hands down. With complimentary breakfast every morning food is amazing pancakes and waffle made fresh on the spot. Breakfast setup made perfect for even the pickiest eater. Lots of thought given not just in room setup, but also housekeeping, breakfast and even landscape the property was amazingly kept clean and well but together.

I loved staying at this hotel! It is very clean and the landscaping is beautiful. The pool is huge and you can watch the sun setting while swimming. The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The management especially went above and beyond for me when I had car trouble. A+++

Very nice staff. Hotel was clean and the room was very nice — large and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were nice. Breakfast was OK — happy that they offered it. Only complaint would be the sheets are a bit scratchy. But it was overall a very nice, comfortable stay and I felt safe there traveling as a single person.

This hotel provided everything we needed while staying in the Palm Springs and Indio area. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was comparable to most other hotels. Room was comfortable and clean. We were pleasantly surprised as the hotel rates were at a great value compared to other hotels in the area. The staff at the front desk were the best. They are the representatives of the Best Western and do their job well. Would definately stay again.

Don’t let the exterior of the hotel scare you. Yes it appears a bit older but the rooms were spacious and newly renovated and had balconies. The breakfast had a lot of options. Staff was super friendly. Its right off the freeway but not much immediately around it. We had a tournament at the polo fields so it was perfect for us.

Rooms are affordable and includes great breakfast. Kids loved the pool. Rooms are very clean. Staff was great. They even had DVD you can borrow for the night.

Sara was very quick and helpful at check in. Josh worked diligently keeping the breakfast assortment stocked and with a good presentation of available food items. Jacob was very pleasant and quick with the checkout process.

We (my sister and I) were greeted by Joshua. He was friendly, professional and just awesome. Joshua quickly checked us in, told us about breakfast, told us about their free DVD rental and provided us with a list of places to eat. Shortly after we arrived in our room, Joshua called our room to make sure all was well. He went above and beyond to insure we had a good stay. Our room was spacious, clean and our bed was comfortable. We had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in the room. There are train tracks near by. We could faintly hear the train go by when we were awake, but not when we were alseep. The heater in our room was loud. Once the room warmed up we turned it off. The breakfast was delicious. It was clean and very well stocked even towards the end. There was a quiet gal who kept a constant eye and refilled as needed. Coffee, hot chocolate, juices, eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, breads, to name a few. We were in Indio for a concert at one of the casinos. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this establishment in July and really loved, therefore we selected again to attend my uncles memorial service. No disappointment. I would definitely recommend this Best Western if you’re ever visiting Indio. Thank you!

Always a pleasure to stay here. The beds are comfortable. Employees very friendly and helpful. Great selection at breakfast. The gardens and buildings are well cared for.

For an inexpensive hotel, this was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, as requested, in a quiet area of the motel. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, w/ waffle machine, pancake making machine, scrambled eggs, real potatoes, orange juice that tastes fresh squeezed, all tended by a very responsive young man. He turned the orange juice machine back on shortly after 9:30 breakfast cutoff with a smile. The pool & jacuzzi looked nicely maintained, but we were just overnighting, on the way to Phoenix. Recommended.

Hands down one of the best places I've stayed at. Everything was perfect, bed, sheets, cleanliness. They have a great 24 hour pool and spa. They even have the wall of movies that you can take to your room and watch. The breakfast is absolutely incredible, with great variety and taste. The service was phenomenal, with all questions and concerns attended to promptly and concise. If you're planning a trip here or even if passing by, this is highly recommended for it's price and worth.

My husband and I stopped here to avoid the traffic. Just what we needed, very quiet, clean hotel. Jacuzzi was wonderful, pool was huge. Staff was friendly. The bed was so comfortable, we both wished we could have stayed longer.

I find Best Western hotels to be a good choice for staying in my travels — especially so, since a good many of them are pet friendly and I often travel with my small dog. While returning from a visit to my family located up in the South Bay area of CA, I decided to drive mainly on the interstates on the first leg of a two day drive back to southern AZ. Since I had stayed at the Date Tree Best Western on a similar trip last December, I decided to make that my layover hotel once again. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel is undergoing a nice updating (paint, wallpaper, etc. ). Their pet area, while not enclosed, is super large and nicely grassed and they provide 'Mutt Mitts' for those who may not have brought along a supply of their own. That area was very clean also. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel when travelling through this area and in need of a stop over.

This is a very nice property with a lovely swimming pool. I particularly liked the quality of the breakfast food. Real fruit, yogurt that wasn't full of sugar, etc. The room was very pleasant and although we were by the rail road tracks did not hear the trains at night. Easy off and on I-10 if you are passing through Indio.

We booked a night here to take a break on the way to LA (to take a meeting at night). Place is clean, reasonably maintained and most important of all, staff was very nice (they were happy to help you). Pool was 24x7 and it seemed to be a great entertainment piece for guests. 5 star and recommended.

This Hotel it has been recently remodeled and has a nice and huge pool witch we enjoyed and their continental breakfast its great with a nice variety, from coffe to fresh fruit, the best! It was a very pleasant experience to be there.

So this place is by far the best hotel I've been to in Indio. The staff is super friendly and actually care about their guest's. They literally called me to insure I liked my room, which has never happened to me before. I strongly recommend this place. Jacob is really cool and very friendly.

This place was alright. Great and friendly service but the rooms leave something to be desired. Mine had a fly or two and had several pieces of hair lying about in the bathroom. Oh, and the threshold of the entry door is nonexistent. Luckily, the AC was loud and I was able to drown out any noise.

Clean, great staff, great complimentary breakfast. Great all around experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Vending machine ate my two dollars, in my building, so I call front desk to ask if they will send up a few water bottles. Response was to go and try the vending machine in the other building. Seems very inconvenient at 3am to walk to another building and try their machine when it would be very easy for this company to set a very good impression on me, the customer, by sending up one or two water bottles. Maybe I'm wrong or maybe you would agree.

Hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean! Stayed there for the stagecoach festival.

Basic hotel with basic amenities. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The laundry room could use some work and some newer machines.

Good Hotel, just outside of Palm Springs but as a stop before visiting the Joshua Tree NP is well suited.

Our room was extremely clean and when we left for the morning was straightened up quickly. The continental breakfast was wonderful especially for the weary traveler. The pool was wonderfully relaxing! And the staff was extremely friendly! Overall, this hotel made our experience a joy. Thank you so much and we look forward to staying in Indio again!

I thought the photos look better than what it really looked like. A little disappointed that it doesn't have a tub but I'm very impressed with the bed (quite comfy) and the Wi-Fi (great for streaming). The price is awesome too. I definitely recommend this place to all travelers!

Loved this place! Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and awesome air conditioning. The guys who run this place are top notch. Great customer service. I stayed with my 2 well behaved large dogs. The staff were friendly. Great Breakfast. Couldn't have been more happy. Will plan on staying here for any future travels.

I walked in (2 hours before my check in time) to a very friendly person by the name of Jacob. He's a really really awesome guy. I told him it was my birthday. He upgraded me to a real nice room with a Jacuzzi. I love this place definitely going to recommend it to my friends if I could I would give this place a 6 star rating if possible. Great customer service.

Great for sporting tournaments. The hotel was clean and spacious. Easy access to the Polo fields. Best was breakfast start at 5:30 am, to make those 8:00 am start games. Only 15 minutes away from the dining, shopping, movies. Staff friendly.

Neat mix of classic palm springs resort feel (wide pool, date palms, balconies, desert motif) and newer amenities like usb charging ports, digital thermostat, stone shower and LG tv's. My only real complaint is that I couldn't get the bubbles to turn on in the warm (not hot) tub. But it is January. There is some residual noise in the area but once asleep I didn't notice it any more. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Worth every penny and the staff is as good as the reviews claim. Ill be back for sure.

This is a great place. It is clean safe and well managed. I have stayed there several times to break up my long treks to Arizona. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The AC is really cool and the site is far from freeway noise. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. The remote control actually works! The landscaping and pool make this a pleasant oasis. There is even some shade if park by the trees. Breakfast is super early: starting at 5:30 AM and there are many choices to create a full tasty meal.

My company put me up in the Date Tree for the better part of a year after I had issues with the Fantasy Springs hotel. Its a pet friendly hotel with a very competent staff, pool (with bbq), gym, and my favorite part is that it has four suites that include a full kitchen so I can cook every night. The regular rooms include essentials like free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge and microwave, and the TV includes the Discovery channel, Cartoon Network, and Comedy Central (also essential to relax after a 14 hour shift at work). I should probably stress how friendly and professional the lobby staff are. I have to travel a lot for work and I usually stay at twenty hotels a year, but this time around I'm making sure my manager keeps me at the Date Tree.

Quiet, reasonable rates, amiable staff and free Wi-Fi.
