Staff was very helpful with how to get around to different areas of town. Very pleasant stay felt very safe there since I was so far from home.

Comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Nice hot breakfast. Convenient location. Plenty of electrical outlets, refrigerator worked well. This is the hotel that I would use for an extended stay if necessary.

Probably the best option in Brawley. The hotel is modern and the atmosphere is quieter than other options in town. Other options have more construction clientele, which can be disruptive in the early morning.

Great place! Restaurants are close by and polite staff. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. My only issue is there are no plug points between the beds to change my phone over night. First world problems I guess… Nice experience overall. Thanks Best Western!

We have stayed at this Best Western several times and will always come back to it when in the area. The facility is great as is the staff and mgmt.

My family of 4 stayed at this Best Western during the weekend of The Light festival in Imperial, Ca. The evening host was very kind. Our room was clean and up to standard. We had zero issues. They offered a hot breakfast that included a waffle station. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we would stay there again if we ever venture back in that direction.

Cannot think of anything that could have madeour stay more unexxpectedly perfect. Property looked and felt new and prepared. All in our group would gladly return.

There was a stench coming from what seemed like a pig farm next to the Hotel. It was so bad it was impossible to open the windows, which meant that we had to keep the extremely noisy air-conditioned running all night. Anyway it is one of those crappy things that blow air from under the window into the room, so if you are close you freeze, but it has little effect elsewhere.

Very nice, Very clean, Competitive pricing, Overall Welcoming and Secure, We run a Sand Rail out in the Desert Several times a Year and this is my first stay at Best Western Brawley… definitely will be back again!

We had a very nice visit at the hotel. Very clean and super friendly people at the hotel. We so loved the breakfast in the morning. My sister mentioned the pool was very nice to look at.

Great price compared to other hotels in different locations, as for the extended check out as well — it's till 12pm.

We arrived at best western in Brawley, Ca. The clerk reassured us that our mini suite was ready. We made our way up to the 3rd floor and opened the door, the room was not ready. My husband went back down to let the clerk know the room had not been cleaned. The clerk aplogized and offered us a large suite at the same prize of the mini suite, and of course we accepted it.

I was very impressed with the staff and such a well clean place. Nice job.

The front desk receptionist was very polite and very helpful with our room request, because we have 2 big dogs. She was very pleasant and always with a smile. The room was very clean, the inside and outside of the hotel was clean and very well kept. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lady cleaning at up the station constantly. I have dogs and I always appreciate pet friendly hotels, and sometimes these hotels are not that clean, this was not the case, even the pet friendly rooms were spotless. There is a small dirt/grass area outside for the dogs to use, unfortunately some of the guests are not as polite as the staff and there were dog poops left around a bit, not too bad though. Great Place to stay.

Best Western Brawley, CA is by far the best value for your money. They offer an updated and clean establishment with accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet was extensive from your simple cereals to biscuits and gravy, waffles, assortment of juices and even offered sugar free options! The pool was clean and free of heavy chlorine smells and no bugs which was a great plus. I will definitely only stay at Best Westerns going forward, they have placed themselves as my top choice.

Nice place to stay if you are in the Imperial Valley. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and staff friendly. The breakfast is standard. If the hotel is full there aren't enough tables for eating at breakfast. Also the hot food was warm, not hot.

Very nice place. We rode in on our Harleys and they accommodated us for parking our bikes in front of the motel. Room was comfortable. Staff is friendly.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are beautiful but what the hell were they thinking with the Jacuzzi. It's filthy, with plastic bags, hair and leaves swimming in it. Please use this review to get yourself to clean that up.

Stayed here the other night. Great place to stay in Brawley. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff is very kind and professional. Very willing to accommodate you if you need anything. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are BIG and very clean. I would just suggest to update fold out mattress in couch. Still though I will be back.

We were driving from LA to Grand Canyon and stayed at this hotel the night of Sep. 18. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff at check-in were helpful. Our negative experience started when we went for breakfast the next day. We got there about 20 minutes before and they were out of most of it. The person responsible for breakfast said she did not plan on replenishing. When I brought in the desk staff in to the picture, she did grudgingly replenish food. At 9:00 she warned us that there would be no more food coming as we sat there to finish our breakfast. A few minutes later, the lights and fans were turned off to further articulate the "hospitality" being shown. The manager (Atul) did not arrive until after 10:00 am. I sought him out and after hearing me out and assured me that he was going to have a talk with her and that such behaviour is unacceptable. He also told me that she did not have another job at the hotel to go to and that breakfast was her only job. I feel that the woman responsible for breakfast did a terrible job of treating us with care. But felt disappointed with the manager who seemed to not so much take responsibility for the issue and make it right, but happy to throw his employee under the bus.

Excellent! My client owns this hotel and I love the comp stays @ this beautiful best western. :) It is very clean (which is one of the main reasons I love it) but perfect if you wanna relax in the tub (king Jacuzzi suite) after a day of hitting the sand dunes. :) Complimentary breakfast is also very fresh, yummy and coffee always hot :) Definitely do refer this to the next reader.

Great Hotel! Quiet, clean, nice size rooms that are well taken care of by a friendly, courteous staff. The front desk people are polite and efficient. The staff keeps the hotel clean and working properly while being polite and friendly to everyone. The free breakfast has a great selection. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, juice, toast, muffins, etc. The pool and spa area is kept clean and working. Don't understand where the negative comments below come from. The neighborhood around the hotel is a little underdeveloped, but it's quiet. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

Expensive for what you get. Questionable area. I would not recommend staying there. Front desk staff leaves much to be desired. But when in small, rural town, I suppose it is to be expected. Pictures are not accurate.

Terrific Place! I've been coming here for several years as an engineer, and I'd rate it as the best hotel in the area. The rooms are always kept clean and I love the breakfast. Well worth the price! I definitely recommend staying here. Great amenities and you are treated like you are first class.

The stay was exactly what I was looking for and needed. I have tried other hotels in the area and this hotel beats them all. A hands down contest. The Hotel management was very professional, they extended their hospitality and assistance to make the visit a pleasure. The Hotel's interior was clean, well maintained, brand new, and provided the most important thing. A quiet environment to rest at night and get a good night's rest.
