Very friendly and clean. Calm.

I have stayed here three times this month with the college team that I have and they are wonderful staff and real clean place.

I work all over the country and stay here when I come visit my family. Very quite, great service from the hotel staff.

Stayed here for a week while vacationing in Arkansas. Room was very nice, lots of restaurants close by, and the service was AMAZING! Huge shout out to Mac, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He recommended places to eat and routes to ride on our motorcycles, and even hooked us up with covered parking for the bikes. Thanks for going the extra mile!

The company I work for uses this hotel when a room is needed. It’s beautiful and the front desk staff is amazing!

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a baseball tournament. With all the COVID restrictions, they were very cautious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and were always so nice and accommodating! Hotel was very clean and beds were comfy. Thank you for a great stay!

Work brought me to Springdale and we stayed in this hotel. I've never seen a more people oriented, customer oriented staff anywhere. Everyone treats you as friends and almost like family. Two weeks working here, you might expect someone to have a bad day. But everyone greeted us with smiles, great senses of humor and professionalism from morning til night. I am going to miss these great people when we finish work and return home for the last time. My father used to be an Innkeeper for Holiday Inn. He loved his staff and I know he'd be proud of this crew. They're simply the best!

Just a great experience all the way around. Very cool lobby, all onsite amenities you need. Staff treat you like family, and do their best to take care of your every need. Great tasting food as well. The only complaint on food is the breakfast eggs lol. All the rest of the breakfast is great!

Good place to come and relax staff is really friendly but also the rooms are great. The bar does serve food which is a plus no need to go out which is convenient for me they also serve breakfast as well.

The place was awesome. The breakfast was included and it was great. We had a emergency and they evacuated everyone in a timely manner.

Great place to stay. They don't include breakfast and charge a bit to much for it but we were surrounded by good breakfast spots and it wasn't a problem. Rooms are great, quiet, and comfy. Will be back.

The location of the hotel (right off of I-49) is both a blessing and a curse. It is convenient to not have to drive through the town, but it requires quick lane changes, especially coming from the north. The layout and adaptable public rooms is very nice and it's a short walk from the lobby of the hotel to the convention center. The narrow hallways can be a pain, especially for two people coming from opposite directions with large loads, but that's a rare instance in my experience.

1 star for the clean room and friendly maid. Zero stars for the rude people behind the desk, broken ice maker, and high price. They charge extra for your children in a room with 2 queen sized beds — really?!? Why else would a couple need 2 queen sized beds, 4 towels, etc? Logically, wouldn't that room already be priced for 4 people?

When we arrived, the rooms were not ready, but they did upgrade our room at no extra charg because of the inconvenience. The hotel is clean and has nice ammenities. The hotel has a pool, patio, hot tub, fitness area (cardio and some dumbbells). When we have stayed in the past the hot breakfast has been excellent. The hotel is conveniently located off of the interstate and highway 412. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a place to stay in northwest Arkansas.

This is a nice hotel, plenty of parking and well maintained. Its near the highway but depending on which direction your travelling you may have to detour to get to it as it is basically on a service road. There is a bar and convention center on site and plenty of eating establishments nearby. The hotel offers breakfast but lunch or dinner is purchased through the bar. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh with plenty of options and servers to take care of you. The reason for 3 stars vs. 5: 1) I was charged $12 for a glass of wine that was on the menu for $7.75. When I brought it to the servers attention she made no apologies nor did she make it right. 2) The hotel does not offer a free breakfast like other express hotels which is one of the reasons we stay at express hotels. We were able to purchase the buffet at a reduced cost which was helpful. 3) I booked a double room and at check in, I was told I was getting an upgrade to a king because they didn't have anymore doubles. My daughter had to sleep on the hideaway, she's 16, so not a baby and the room was definitely not an upgrade.

I went to the Holiday Inn for a meeting with my fellow associates. It was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good, except the air unit did not work well. The room stayed warm during the night.

Great service here! The location was perfect for a weekend stay. The pool area needed some attention, but that was cleaned promptly when I told the front desk. Rooms are spacious and cleaned well each day. I'd stay here again!

Just ok. Many places in the area are newer, more updated, smell better. But, they have restaurants and bars in the hotel vs other newer hotels. It was just so full and busy it was too much. I called the front desk 5 times and never got an answer. Then called room service no answer. It took about 15 mins to finally go down stairs and order my room service. A little annoying and they added a tip for a one person check in the restaraunt. Just beware of hidden costs and really busy weekends. Otherwise this is an ok hotel, but NOT what it used to be. They need to update the atrium and get rid of all the early 90s plastic greenery and either dust it off, or replace it. Goodness. You can smell the dust and must. We also had little ones running the halls at 7 am but that's a guest problem not a hotel problem.

Standard hotel, nothing fancy. Bathroom does not have a methane/steam vent. Also, this hotel only honors Military and Veterans when nobody is here. In other words, (Not Military Friendly) Oh, they do not have complimentary breakfast either.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great area with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. This particular stay the hotel was incredibly busy so the check-in was much later than promised.

The check inn to this hotel was horrible. It took nearly 4 hours to check in because they decided to let a baseball team check out at 3 pm. There were lines outside to get checked in. People were camping out in the lobby. It was insane. Had there been a better selection of hotels nearby then we would have just left. The front desk staff was rude, the rooms where just alright, the TV did not work. I would never stay here again, and I probably will never stay in a holiday inn ever. We travel all the time, about every other month, and have never encountered anything like this ever before.

I've been here several times for work trips and each time I was just as impressed. I have been to Holiday Inn hotels across the nation but this one takes the Cake. Always very clean and the staff are the examples of customer service. Friendly staff with clean rooms and common areas will keep me as a customer again and again.

The night staff was amazing when we checked in. After a 12 hour drive, and thankfully they had room! I was about to pass out at the check in counter when we got there. She quickly got us checked in. The room was so comfy!

Was given the key at checkin to what was supposed to be our room. Went upstairs and upon entering the room saw a strange, naked man changing clothes. The front desk had given us somebody else's (occupied room) keys. Immensely embarrassing and the kind of thing you can never "unsee". The front desk admitted this has happened several times this month and offered a single free drink at the bar to make up for the trauma of what we saw.

The morning breakfast was OK but the staff was unbelievable. In my travels throughout my 30+ years the staff here was more than helpfull.

Internet Service did not work and items on the breakfast buffet were burned. However, the dog fight in the lobby Wednesday night was entertaining.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms but $150 a night and no breakfast. They have a bottle of water for you in the room but charge y pu $3.00 for it. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are willing to pay the price.

Great place and location. One drawback is their business center. I had left my laptop at home and needed to log into my work program that runs off of chrome. Because of all the security settings I couldn't download chrome therefore I couldn't log on. I do understand the security's but on the other hand it had all of your basic social networks downloaded.

Stayed 3days beautiful place inside stayed 8th floor air conditioning sucked cooled by water not Freon which made it not so nice to sleep bring a big fan if u stAy in the summer also coffee area in room has powdered creamer and off brand sweetener these rooms are suites and they should have better coffee area you have to go down to lobby for real creamer and sweet n low.

The room was very clean and inviting. The service staff were all helpful and friendly. The food that they catered was delicious for lunch. Breakfast was ok but the eggs could have been cooked longer.

Great place to stay! Glitchcon 2017 hosts their con here and it's always great. Had the hotel staff come help us with an issue and they took care of it right away. Breakfast was great! Looking forward to an entire weekend of fun here!

The room I have is very nice and clean. I would like to see outlets closer to the bed, but it wasn't too inconvenient. I had the breakfast buffet and the food was very good. The staff is friendly enough. The front desk staff was super helpful. I have enjoyed my visit and would return.

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, spacious room with buffet breakfast included and a better bar/restaurant than most in this chain. The catering staff did a great job on our banquet, too. Location is very convenient to area attractions and the highway.

The location is very convenient; the hotel is located just off of the interstate. However, that does mean a decent amount of road noise. The two times I have stayed, my room has been clean. I just wish at least a mini-fridge came standard like it does in most other hotels of this caliber. Parking and Wi-Fi if free, though, which I appreciate. I also wish breakfast was included, but obviously that's not a deal breaker.

My girls and I stayed for the Anime Festival. Darrell Donohue and Lexi at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Always willing to help and accomodate our needs. I do wish the complimentary breakfast included more than just waffles. The price I pay for a room should include more for breakfast. We have stayed at the Embassy Suites and they offer a lot more for their guests. Other than that, the service was great, the rooms were clean.

The hotel was nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff greeted us and were very friendly. We would stay there again for sure.

The hotel is laid out really nice. On site lounge for guests to relax at. They also offer a breakfast buffet that makes you feel like your in a restaurant.

They had amazing rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms at a reasonable price. There were eight floors each with a balcony facing the inside of the hotel with a waterfall and restaurant/bar below. I was participating in the 2016 5A state championships and had the best rest I could have asked for. They have amazing service and I plan on staying with them in the future. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went there for business meetings. Nice facility, spacious meeting rooms, no distractions. Overall a good experience.

Conveniention center was awesome. Very spacious and had good resonance for The Funk Factory.

Nice area, not as big as it used to be. Went for a gun show, and was kind of cramped. But for the most part, great place.

We used the facilities for a professional event. Everything was fine. Not much to base an opinion on, but nothing I loved or hated.

I got locked out of my room while my fiancé was at work and they wouldn't give me a key to get in to the room since my fiancé booked the room and it was under his name. I had to sit on a couch all day and wait for my fiancé to get back from his all day work meeting and my phone had died and I didn't have my keys because they were in the room. The man at the front desk was rude, impolite and didn't even try to help me out. I asked if my fiancé could call and verify it was his room and I was his fiancé by the man at the front desk said no. Terrible experience and I will never be coming back here again!

We had an event here recently. Great place. Kept up well. Didn't see the rooms. Catering was great.

Just called the local number to change something about our reservation. First, I was put on hold for 7 minutes. Since I was at work, I had to hang up and take care of someone. Then, I called back and she automatically sent me to the 800 number, which can not help unless you have the phone number of the person, who made the reservation. So I called back and was talking to her and she put me on hold again without listening to me. She just said, "Could I put you on hold for a moment", then just did it… so I found myself talking to only myself. I held for at least 10 minutes, then had to get back to working. It would have been a simple thing, but turned into a long process of absolutely, NOTHING but frustration. VERY poor phone manners and couldn't even call it service of any kind. 3:00pm on Friday, 8/14/2015
