Best place we have EVER stayed! Hotels are way over priced. I did not mind paying this price for what we got. It was basically a little apartment. When we are going to be out and about a lot or stopping while driving, we only need a place to lay our head, 2 beds and a toilet it is ok, but when you want to relax and visit, you want at least a couch and a table. The staff was wonderful. I'll be looking for these type marriotts in the future!

We are staying for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom suite for to being in town for a conference. It is a very nice room. It is spacious and well cared for, and the little kitchen is so handy! The only thing about the rooms that I wish were better is that there are not very many plug in at all in the bedrooms. There is a pretty good breakfast every morning, but I just wish there was a little bit more of a variety for breakfast. It is in a great location with a Walmart right by and several places to eat and shop. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very polite staff. Located near many restaurants and stores. We didnt even have to get on a main road to eat dinner, get some amenities, and let our son play games at chuck e cheese. Taking 1 star off because we saw a couple of ants in the room.

Clean rooms, courteous staff, and good location.

The room was super clean, everything has been updated within the last few years. My family has been staying here for years, and it lives up to expectations each time.

Great rooms, great kitchenette, employees at the front desk were always welcoming and helpful. My only complaint is the TV’s aren’t in HD! It’s 2018, I didn’t even know they still had regular old static tv. Oh and the hair dryers are antiques. Also, traveling with a service animal and they couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind! The room cards would stop working once a day. I had to get them re scanned every evening it seemed.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, however, the thing that put me off, was that there was a large group, having a get together and they chose the area that we had to walk through to get to the entrance… which was… uncomfortable, with an area that would have been less crowded, they were in the way, and made no effort to move! When we left, later, the teenagers were hanging out in the small lobby, and, again, made no effort to move so we could exit… and not ONE member of hotel staff to be seen, obviously they were unaware, or, didn't care!

Overall it was ok. My room smelled like a dog or pet had been in there everytime the A/C came on. There was a sock from the previous guest I assume by the bed. The breakfast was not horrible but not great. The staff was friendly enough and the location is great. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The one thing that really pissed me off was it has a noon checkout but housekeeping was knocking on my door at 8:45 and came back at 10. I might stay again if I needed the cooking space but not if I didnt need to cook.

Great location I think the best location ever your truck is safe as a trucker and you'll feel right at home with kids either way BRING YOUR BODY AND ALL ITS RESTLESSNESS HERE!

Business trip. Good location close to highway & shops, large room, fair price. Only issue was no air running in the lobby on a humid evening. Would stay at this location again.

Rooms are as expected for Marriott, place is close to shopping and food. The king bed rooms are nice with fridge, stove, sink, micro, etc. The difficulty for me came in the room proximity to the elevator. Room 116 is next to it and all night loud talking people standing next to the room waiting for the horribly slow elevator.

This hotel has been such a blessing for our family as we have been visiting our loved one at a nearby hospice. The staff are very courteous and helpful, but most of all flexible with our unknown plans. They’ve helped us get a tool every night we’ve needed one. The rooms are spacious and clean too.

This was a great hotel for our extended stay family trip. We chose one of the two bedroom units and were very pleased with the suite, including the mini kitchen. Housekeeping was very attentive when we had a shower issue, and the staff member who prepared breakfast was polite and kind. Breakfast selection was pretty good, although it is all crammed in to one corner so it may look inadequate but it satisfied our family quite well.

Clean rooms and comfy beds. Good features in rooms like a sink, fridge and microwave. The free breakfast is very lackluster. It's convenient food so at least you don't have to get breakfast out.

Overall very clean and updated! No complaints other than their Manager’s “Dinner” reminded me of my cafeteria lunch from third grade. Be prepared to eat out. Breakfast is good though. It’s in a great location with restaurants and shops nearby.

Poor Management and Customer Service Experience Pro – Hotel located in Nice Area Cons: Management and Customer service very poor. My trip was booked via Expedia. After traveling over 700 miles arriving after 9pm on a Friday, I was told that Expedia made and error in my booking for two queens. They stated that I would have to pay extra for two queens which I booked with Expedia and paid. They wanted to give me a King. There was only one person working…when I asked for management. The person advised that management was not in, and that they were the only one working that night. The hotel was fully booked due to local events in the area. I was disappointed to discover that the hotel did not plan for the event, based on personnel scheduling. The person working the desk was very under and did not have customer service experience, obviously. Good customer service would have given me the room which I booked if it was available at the price I paid on Expedia and then worked with Expedia on the error instead of instilling that I pay more for something that was not my error. That night, I looked in the closet to see if there were extra blankets, there was none. I called and requested blankets and was told that only room with King beds have extra blankets and that the hotel did not have any available. On Saturday morning, I was about to go down for breakfast shortly after 6am, which is the noon for most hotels for starting breakfast.

Good service, nice clean rooms with a full kitchen, free breakfast and Wi-Fi. I've stayed here several times over the years and it's been a good experience every time. I only had one incident where the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to get out, and of course it was a false alarm.

Stayed at this location for two nights Friday and Saturday September 15, 16 2017 I found the place clean and maid service excellent but it's a PARTY HOTEL so if u need rest this is NOT the place. I complained to management and it did quite down but the next morning when I spoke with management they acted like it never happened. So that's why I'm writing this review.

The only reason I give three stars is because of the fact I didn't actually stay at the hotel so I'm not sure if it woulda been a great experience or not. If I knew I was going to need an additional $20 with the purchase of the room, I would have had that exact amount on my payroll card and actually stayed the night. Plus the little NetSpend card that I rushed to get to pay for the room could not be activated for us to stay because the freakin customer service was closed. But I do not blame TownePlace Suites for that. Hopefully we'll stay next time. The guy at the desk was cool though.

Had reservation and arrived late after a long day of driving. Parked and brought kids and bags into hotel to discover that they didn't have a room due to a maintenance issue preventing it from being available. They made no effort to contact me to advise me that they could not accommodate us prior to our arrival. We then asked to be placed in a Residence Inn down the road since they are both Marriott properties (we checked with the Residence Inn and it had space). The TownPlace desk clerk claimed the Residence Inn was full (even though the RI reception said to us they were not). Got runaround from desk clerk for half an hour. Often with desk clerk disappearing into back room. All the while with two exhausted kids and exhausted driver standing in hotel lobby waiting. At one point they suggested we stay at a La Quinta instead of other Marriott properties with larger rooms in the immediate vicinity. Finally managed to get us a room at another hotel down the street, but very frustrating experience overall. I have stayed in Marriott properties for hundreds of nights, and the way this was handled amounted to just about the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at a Marriott property.

Clean, great breakfast, and very accommodating. We checked in across the street around midnight (previously booked) and they didn't have a room for us. This hotel allowed us to come over and we ended up staying for free. Awesome place!

I am traveling with 4 teenagers and this 2 bedroom suite was perfect. There is a free breakfast and a nice gym. They also enjoyed the oydoor pool. It was easy to get everywhere in town we needed to go.

Big thumbs up. Another clean, modern, and friendly Marriott property. Staff is great. Usual continental breakfast. Nice pool area. Kitchen in room has fridge, microwave, stove, coffee pot, pans, dishes and utensils. That's great for longer stays or families. Surrounding area is new and feels very safe. Very easy access to I-430 and downtown. Tucked away in a wooded dead end street, no traffic, relatively quiet. Shopping and a variety of good restaurants. Note: you may see on the map that Walmart is literally next door, but you can't get to it directly. There is a wooded buffer in between. It's a decent uphill walk or a 1 minute drive.

We stayed there last night. The room was great… clean! Nice breakfast. We will stay there again.

Really unfortunate that I chose to stay here again. The check in process was slow even though I had already checked in via the mobile app. Once in my room I noticed ants crawling on the ceiling. I understand that sometimes insects will be staying with you but when I tried to call downstairs to the front desk nobody answered. I tried three different times to get some help. Nothing. I did my best at killing as many as I could find and then tried to sleep. The next morning I al…erted the ladies at the front desk about my "tiny" friends. One asked me my name and room number and then when back to her work. Later that night I inspected the room and didn't see a note or message telling me they had sprayed or done anything. I assumed they did. While watching TV at about 10 pm I feel something on my chest, look down and there is an ant making his way down south. I was obviously startled but was able to kill him and turn all the lights on. I then called the front desk again and yet again nobody answered. I called the Platinum services Marriott number and she was finally able to track someone down. The lady brought me a new key to a double bed (I was in king) and said she was sorry. The icing on the cake was my new room smelled like the last person smoked two packs an hour so now I have a headache and feel like are crawling all over me. This is my last stay at this property.

The place I stay when traveling! Great rooms, great service, great breakfast. Only problem I have is the television! Why do you not have High Definition TV is living in the dark ages!

Hotel is nice, but there were 3 cars broken into overnight. There were no cameras and they didn't have a security guard during the early morning hours. Be careful if parking in the area as it doesn't seem safe.

The location was convenient for us, and the breakfast better than most Townplace locations. I liked how updated and modern the bathrooms and kitchen are. We were put in a room right next to the elevator and that pretty much ruined the stay for us. It was so loud I don't even know how they feel good about renting that room.

Really nice hotel had fridge and 2 burner stove real dishware a walk thru closet the hottest water I've ever used tiny bathroom tho everything else the room offers makes up for it.

Unsecured Internet and slow draining tubs made it frustrating. The room itself looked very nice.

The location was perfect for a couples night out or family fun weekend. You are surrounded by restaurants, stores and Walmart is practically in your back door. The rooms are hospital clean! Nothing was out of place. The beds were very comfortable and smelled so fresh. The bathroom was very well lit and stocked with the little items we tend to forget. Internet worked fine, breakfast was delicious and the breakfast host was very friendly. Check in and check out was a very courteous and quick process. The gentleman in housekeeping that was vacuuming was very courteous and friendly himself. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The hotel was clean, modern, and felt very safe. Front desk was personable and helpful. My room was so large and spacious, clean, and modern. Kitchenette was a nice bonus. Large, comfortable bed. Fast internet. Very friendly staff. Amazing continental breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again, given the chance.
