Room clean, bed little too hard, but so exhausted it didn't matter. Breakfast served 7a-10a. Easy in and out. Outside entrance on both sides of building. Quiet and quaint.

We booked 2 rooms weeks in advance for Memorial Day weekend. We took my parents on a little getaway. When we checked in the rooms were a little dated but ok after being there a few hours our toilet broke so we went to the front office then the owner came and looked at it turned the water off and said we would have to use the toilet in the lobby or go 3 rooms down and use my parents just until the morning when they could get it fixed or get us in another room. I was also told we would get a refund with no problem! So the next morning I expected someone to come let us know what’s going on but nobody did so we went to the lobby and was told they couldn’t fix it so we could stay another night without a working toilet or we could stay in a king (which wouldn’t work due to the number of people) there were no other rooms in town due to the holiday so we had to stay in a room without a properly working bathroom! And we was charged for one of those nights anyways! We reserved those rooms weeks in advance and felt like we should have been taken care of better then that!

This is a great place to come. We have done several Family Reunions here and it’s always been great. The staff and management are friendly and helpful with every need. Great job on making our Reunion a success.

We really enjoyed our stay here over memorial day weekend. Even though it was a holiday weekend it was still affordable and didn't feel crowded. The location was great for us because we planned on swimming at the lake which was about a 1 minute drive from the hotel. The staff were some of the nicest and most welcoming people. They took good care of us and our dog. There isn't a huge selection for breakfast but that doesn't really bother me. I liked the pancake maker.

Affordable hotel with good accommodations. The manager during the morning breakfast is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast proteins are scarce, eggs only.

Would definitely stay again, we had a nice large room w/ kitchenette. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly. Excellent customer service, made you feel more than welcome. Great breakfast also.

Everything was great. I never used the conference center services but I will use it next time. This hotel deserves 5 stars.

One of the best Quality Inn locations I have ever stayed at. And I stay in hotels 250 nights a year.

We travel BIG Ann's were worried about enough room but Quality Inn had no trouble delivering! King size bed, comfy queen pull out, and a roll-away bed! There was STILL plenty of room to get around in our room! The staff was incredibly kind and full of helpful info about the areas attractions. Heber Springs is a great place to visit!

This Quality Inn is a gem! The general manager is a woman and it shows in her hotel! It's very clean, comfortable, and has a friendly atmosphere. The manager and staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious!

I'm actually super impressed, very clean hotel, extra large rooms, the lady at the desk Lisa went out of her way to make sure our rooms were close and gave us the items we forgot to pack, I would highly recommend!

I came to Heber Springs on 8-21-17 after leaving Houston Tx. During Hurricane Harvey. The Quality Inn has joined with Fema an provided me with shelter. It is refreshing to see that there truly are good caring people in this world. The hotel went above an beyound the call to help me, an for this my sincere gratitude goes out to Quality Inn in Heber Springs, AR. The rooms are stunning, granite counters, modern furnishings, an top of the line matresses. The staff here are one of the most helpful an friendly I have ever came across. Hats off to you Quality Inn for being a shining example of how to run a hotel an treat treat people. Sincerely Stacie Bullard.

Awesome place and good free breakfast in the morning.

We always have a great day at this place… staff is so friendly… when we go to Heber Springs we also stay there.

Rooms were nice, staff was great, breakfast surprisingly good. I cannot say enough about how nice and accommodating the staff are. I left a very expensive pair of shoes there. The manager JJ answered the call, she actually went to the room herself, and then mailed them to me with her own personal funds and refused to let me reimburse her. She by far did not have to do that, but its the little things we will never forget.

Staff was wonderful. Pool was well kept. And room was very clean.

The hotel was very close to the lake. The service was good and the food at breakfast was well done.

My wife and I attended an a preaching Conference and the Church arranged for us to stay at Quality Inn. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The hit breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean. There was an outside pool but it was not open but that was okay because it rained most of the time.

Nice continental breakfast, including pancakes, sausage, and eggs. Many improvements and updates going on during our visit, but wasn't a problem for us. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended!

Ugh. Break the bank and stay at Red Apple Inn instead, or as some people have suggested — the newer Holiday Inn Express. The staff here were unfriendly (and defensive when we said we'd ordered an additional cot when we reserved the room — a fact they mysteriously didn't have down in their books), the rooms reeked from decades of cigarette smoke (despite being "non-smoking"), and the rollaway cot they brought into the room was covered in dark stains. I got the feeling that this place only exists by the grace of the tourist crowds who descend upon Greers Ferry Lake. Maybe in fifty years when Heber Springs is finally gentrified, this place will be replaced by a better corporate hotel chain. Gonna just find an AirBnB on the lake next time.

Brand-new beds and a great staff!

Very pleased. They were accommodating to us arriving at 3 am and having a late checkout. Rooms were clean and quiet.

I stayed here about a year ago only because I couldn't get a room at the holiday Inn express. Overpriced. For the same price you can stay in a nice, modern, comfortable room at the holiday Inn express. I always book ahead there now when I'm coming to town after my experience at quality inn. Beds are hard and so old you can actually see a dent in the bed from being used so long. I was pregnant and miserable, didn't sleep at all. They call it modern on here but it's just new paint. Will never stay here again.
