The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do while visiting.

Best priced hotel I know of.

Place was nice, great price, close to gas station and good restaurant.

Heat didnt work good. To noisy. I dont like roaches.

I was in Heber springs visiting my cousin nice little quiet place close to the lake.

Nice staff Has microwave and fridge and the ac is very cool also the stone is walls were nice.

Great price clean room just what we needed after a long day riding! Off the street motorcycle parking is a plus!

Somebody tried to enter our room in the middle of the night!

Very pet friendly and only a small deposit as well. Our room was very clean and had a microwave, frig and free Wi-Fi. Overall a really good experience!

I grew up in Heber Springs. My friend's grandmother owned this place when I was a kid. I learned to swim in this pool. So, I was excited to stay here when I came through on a roadtrip. It was disappointing. Cheap roof over your head. But that's all I can say. Cheap. And pool looks to have been closed for ages.

The door wasn't super easy to open or lock/unlock and the bed was kind of hard but for the price it was pretty decent place. Not awful looking and the bathroom was pretty big.

Needs some work to be better but overall it's a treasure to our town.

The rooms are wonderful! Newly renovated! Clean and extremely friendly desk clerk.

The room was charming with its high ceiling and brick wall. The beds were comfortable. However, I was very disappointed that the bathroom fixtures did not work well. My sixteen year old daughter could not turn off the water at the sink or bathtub. The room was fairly clean. Staffing seems to be a family affair. I met the father (? ), teenage son (? ), and mom (? ). The son was the friendliest and most helpful of the three, cheerfully getting me more towels and a blanket on request. The father was hard to communicate with about room charges. There was no coffee maker in the room. When I asked at check in where to get coffee, the father (? ) said coffee would be available in the office, indicating a coffee machine by the counter. When I went for coffee at 7:30 in the morning, there was none. After a bit, the mother showed up and said coffee would be available in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, my husband got his first cup. I felt we were imposing on the family asking for services like this. We decided not to stay a second night, changing our travel plans to do so.

Can you say bed bugs, o my! @#@ING g#@, bugs everywhere, woke up in middle of night to find bed bugs crawling all over. Carry a flashlight to find your bugs, had to go to quality inn, thank god for quality inn, very clean.
