Amazing hotel. Friendly staff. Amazing room. Only down size was that I had a little trouble with the TV remote in the beginning but it all worked out.

We had a great staycation! The staff was fantastic, everyone was so helpful and kind. Loved the lazy river, this place is a hidden gem. I do think they need more seating by the pool.

Basic hotel, great breakfast options. Lazy river pool is very nice. Accommodations are good and everything is there but nothing to wow you.

I highly recommend this hotel, it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. I had a wonderful lady named Blanca that checked us in. She was so friendly and so accommodating, I wish more people were like her. The hilton is very lucky to have her. The pool is very nice, they have a nice quaint restaurant that you can eat there or order room service. Overall nice place to stay.

Leroy took such great care of us. Our beers weren't ever empty and he kept all our orders straight. No easy task with the group we had there. By the time we left, he knew all of our names, our favorite drinks, and he kept us well watered. It was a very good going away happy hour.

Great people, good location close to the airport, slightly lacking in food options. If you want more modern restaurants you will have to drive downtown or elsewhere.

I have stayed here 3 different times since February and I wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else. Great rooms, wonderful staff at the bar and kitchen that I can't say enough good things about.

The morning desk person told me that “was a new Hilton standard”
If that is the case this property is the only one following it. As a 10 year Hhonors Diamond member I stay at Hilton properties 3-5 days a week and they ALL have coffee in the lobby. Other than that this property is very nice!

There were a few flaws with our room but the staff was extremely professional and tried hard to fix our issues. The staff were also very nice, always greeting us and asking how we were enjoying our stay and asked us to tell them if there was anything they could do to make our stay even better. We very much enjoyed sitting out on the patio too.

A clean hotel with attentive staff but mattresses are in need of replacement due to age. Surprising given the nightly cost.

Acceptable airport hotel. Good service, clean rooms, good TV. Here's what they could improve to make it 5 stars. 1. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken on our visit. Room service brought us ice. 2. The shower is a bit old and has a dingy plastic floor. It was clean, but could use updating. 3. The windows didn't open, and the room was constantly heating up even with the heat off. We had to keep the AC on all night in February to keep it at 71. 4. No robes or slippers. 5. Only paper cups. I had to ask the bar for a rocks glass from the bar.

Had an excellent stay. They have great Tucson beers on tap at the bar and I loved my time there!

This hotels in a great location very close to the airport. They have a restaurant that serves decent food and drinks until 11 p. M. They also have a nice breakfast option.

If I could give NO stars I would. I have been a diamond member with Hilton for years and have never been treated so poorly. The staff was not only rude, unhelpful, unresponsive but flat out lied regarding some Hilton "new procedures" that frankly don't exist. I am now in the process of switching over to Marriott. It's sad how one hotel and two employees can completely change your attitude toward a brand you've used for years. With the merger of Starwood and Marriott, it makes this decision so much easier! Needless to say, will not be back… Marriott here I come!

Excellent attention and convenient near the airport.

25 November 2017 From the moment we came in we were treated so well. Bianca at the front desk was so pleasant. We asked for two extra coffee pods for the morning (we love our morning coffee) and the staff gave us them immediately. Forward a few hours til dinner — Judy, our waitress, was amazing — she could give classes in how to treat guests. She was lovely, smiling the entire time, and obliged our requests without hesitation. To the chef — our steak was cooked to perfection, better than we have had in some Steakhouses. Every single staff member was so helpful, even if it was just a simple question to find the ice machine. We are huge Hilton hotel fans, and this one just endeared is to the brand even more. We will be following up with the survey and a comment card.

Quite nice modern stylized building. Rooms are very clean, was definitely a nice stay. Room location was okay, second floor just had a view of the roof.

I was there for a professional social event. The food and drinks were wonderful. The staff was amazing.

Hotel is still under construction so it is hard to give a full give star. The breakfast is nice and staff friendly. The restroom had a line of ants in the move, rooms were clean. Very close to airport.

Hotel was under construction (remodeling) and no one told me when I booked the room. Also there was lots of hair on the bathroom floor. However the staff was very nice.

This is a tough one. The hotel was undergoing a remodeling during my stay. My room was very nice, the staff across the board were friendly and helpful but the construction was a big minus. What was completed looked very nice. Work should be completed in October 2017.

We tend to come here regularly after work to enjoy food and beers. Food have been getting worst and worst. 8wings plate for $9, now are just 5 super skinny wings for the same price. A full plate of french fries for $4, now is not even half the plate for the same price. And I can keep it going with the menu changes that are now a rip off for the customer.

The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had turned the AC on and it was nice and cool. The maid kept our room clean and refreshed our towels daily. They do not have the chef they had last year and it showed. I was so disappointed when I ordered the salmon for dinner. It was bland, white and looked like it had been frozen. Not only the taste but the presentation was terrible. The veggie omelette with ham the next morning was just as bad. You could barely find any veggies or ham. Needless to say we ate at other locations the rest of the trip.

Clean, courteous staff. Was there for a and they catered all our evening meetings. Good food except on Friday evening I ordered room service. Fast service but the charbroiled hamburger was burned as well as the toasted bun. I don't send food back so I scrapped off some burnt spots and ate the burger.

This is a solid place to stay. I was in town on business, finished early, and spent a good portion of the day at the hotel. The staff was all very welcoming and friendly. The food was great. The bar area had a great atmosphere and was lively into the night. The pool has a lazy river built into it. Everything about this hotel was clean and well maintained. I'll be staying here again.

The people who work here are marvelous. Their big smiles and helpful behavior is enough to make any tired traveler feel welcomed. And their beds are super comfortable. I wish I could take one home.

My go-to hotel in Tucson. Convenient location, with an on-site gym and pool, plus great breakfast and warm cookies greet you at the end of a long day. Only complaints are that while Wi-Fi is free, you must authenticate every day and that the air conditioners are quite noisy.

Are lunch here. Service was good, food was decent. Nothing really special but if you are on the south side of Tucson you don't have many options so it works!

The lunch menu was very good and priced well. I had the burger and lemonade and enjoyed my meal! The service was also great.

Breakfast was good, the bed was comfy, Internet was reasonably fast.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Hilton. Personnel was very friendly and knowledgable. Room was spacious and clean. The jacuzzi tub was in the middle of he room, something fun and different. Hallways were quiet. You can't beat the continental as well as made to order hot breakfast for 10$, that covered my boyfriend and I! Would definitely be back! Thank you!

Front desk service was very nice. Rooms were very clean, and other than being 20 minutes from anything, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service by Jack after late night arrival. Very elegant entry way, clean rooms, garden themed decor, and all the right amenities, including two cooled-bottles of water!

Easy check in. Run was clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the cooked to order breakfast. Would stay again.

My company held a small functional conference there for about 60 people. Their conference area was nicely laid out and the snacks were tasty. The bar is very small and not a large selection, but other than that it was quite pleasant.

Stayed several times. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is better than most frequent traveler hotel restaurants I've tried.

Always nice, greeting you each morning &evening. Great food and staff at the restaurant.

Looking forward to our return visit. The staff are all friendly; the food is good; and the rooms are clean. Set back off the main thoroughfare, it is quiet for an airport hotel. Also, convenient to all of town and the desert.
