We have stayed here for years, and always have a great experience, the staff is unbelievably courteous and attentive, but the facilities are cleaned constantly, the staff greets every request with a smile and they take the extra steps to make your stay a Pleasurable experience.

Indoor pool, good breakfast, family friendly!

This place is recently remodeled the are still working on the third floor. But the first 2 floors are excellent. Our room is outstanding. The breakfast here is very good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When I first walked in and saw that the entire Lobby was under construction I was a bit discouraged, as I thought it would be something that would interfere with my stay. It turned out to be perfectly fine and there were no signs of any workers or anything like that to disturb this stay. I stayed with my nearly two year old daughter. We left the room the pool is fun and it wasn't very busy all was well, until a light bulb broke in our room. I called the front desk and they were super on the spot about it, initially sending up someone to fix it but then quickly redirecting and having us moving to another room. They help me move all the stuff for me and my daughter, the room was bigger, and it was right down the hall. I was excited it was handled so well and efficiently! The continental breakfast was definitely better than I was expecting, they have a freaking pancake machine! It was Radical. 10 out of 10 would stay again. ✌️

Staff was great. This hotel is going through renovation but they do their best not to inconvenience the patrons. Having stayed there for 4 nights the same breakfast that was my only down point. I also had to be moved to a handicap room I had injured my knee and they were very helpful and doing things to help me. I will be visiting them every year for the next four years at least once if not twice a year.

I went in and it had problems renting a room earlier in the evening because it was after 10 I stopped at several Hotel and was turned away simply because it was late at night. I was delighted to find at the Holiday Inn here not only welcome to me but did so with a smile a glad heart and a very professional gentleman at the front desk. They were under pretty heavy construction when I got there, and the lobby was a bit of a mess, but it was not the hotels fault. They managed to keep everything pretty quiet so I didn't affect the gas much. The breakfast that they serve was out of this world. Hot gooey cinnamon rolls and butter oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins, biscuits and gravy, cheese omelets, turkey bacon and white egg white omelets which was a huge surprise and Delight! Yogurt, hot fresh pancakes, cereal juice milk coffee I will definitely be back well I'm in the area this certainly will be my hotel of choice! The room was fabulous! Very spacious and beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable, the beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, the internet fast and reliable, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this Holiday Inn Express if you get the chance and you're in the area do yourself a favor and stay here!

We stayed in a deluxe room with a king bed. It was spacious and lovely. The pool is indoors and wonderful. The continental breakfast was the best! They had egg white omelettes and bacon!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff very nice and friendly. They provided great customer service. The room was very clean. I will definitely be back.

After having an awful experience and being kicked out of our hotel at La Quinta Inn and Suites 4499. E state rouge 69 Prescott, AZ. We call the Holiday Inn and spoke with Michael and told him our situation. When we arrived Michael and Jamie at the front desk greeted us with a smile. They were so helpful and accommodating! We will now be life long customer at this establishment! I highly recommend this hotel!

To our surprised, our room was updated for the same price. I thought that was a great gesture of them. Great location, clean, wonderful staff. We didn’t get to use the indoor pool because we checked in late but going back this Friday.

I stayed here on Memorial Day, and paid only $89. Nice and very clean hotel. Very nice patio, with a fireplace, to enjoy a peaceful night. Nice lobby. Very professional and friendly stuff. Free breakfast, with a large breakfast food selection.

I feel that I got a great deal and quality.
Next time I go to Prescott, this is where I will be staying.

This place was fine for our brief visit. No cups in our room, but a great coffee maker? The comp Breakfast was delish and extensive.

This is an above average Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk clerk who checked us in was exteremly helpful and friendly. There are a lot of amenities close by as well.

Great indoor pool for kids. Great breakfast too! Close to everything. We come every year for soccer tournament love it!

Great value! The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the location is great. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast which is very good. The swimming pool is a nice touch and there is even a dry sauna which was a great surprise. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was so helpful! My room was so clean, but smelled like a swamp cooler. My some forgot his toothbrush so they gave h a toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was perfect. They had cereal, fruit, bacon, eggs, etc It was delightful.

My wife and I stay at Holiday Inn Express, if there is one in the town we are visiting. The biscuits and gravy were the best I have ever had at a motel and better than 95% of restaurants. Very nice place to stay!

An excellent place for a short "get away. " This was our 3rd visit. Rooms are not overly large but sufficiently large that for a 3 day weekend we didn't feel crowded or "close" in the room. The bath is OK and has an exhaust fan… something I don't see often even in more upscale properties. The hotel has a nice sized indoor pool (our first two times no one was using it, this time there were about 10 people at the pool). The exercise room is small but if you're into treadmill or the bowflex style exercise bike you'll be ok… wall mounted flat screen if you like to watch TV while exercising… they also offer some kind of certificate to use a local "well equipped" gym. On our three visits I was the only person in the exercise room. The breakfast was good, good cold selections and hot selections… along with a machine that makes pancakes for you while you wait. Plenty of juices, milk, 7x24 coffee and tea. Staff was friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking, walking distance to a small shopping area and a bit of a longer walk to a local 24 hr convenience store/gas station and a Costco.

Thank you Holiday Inn. The staff here is awesome. Me and my wife have stayed here for a week and have had an incredible time. Breakfast everyday was good. Fresh food and warm hearted staff. The staff really made us feel at home. If you want a good night's sleep, your search is OVER.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was amazing especially Suzi she tends to the hot breakfast, she goes above and beyond to make the guest Happy! We also had a great experience with Alexis, William and Josh.

Lovely hotel, only a couple miles away from Downtown Prescott. Right off the 69 Freeway. Even though its an older property its up keep is outstanding. I would for sure stay here again.

This hotel is small, but has a lot packed into it. Pool, jacuzzi, outdoor lounge area, and an awesome continental breakfast. The staff here are very congenial and helpful. Rooms very clean and beautiful area.

My family and I arrived fairly late at the hotel and hoped they had a room available. We were essentially stuck in Prescott as the I-17 was shut down due to an accident and the alternative routed to Phoenix were at least 3-hours long. I was not about to drive that in the middle of the night with a 1-month old in the car. I went to the front desk and one of the two gentlemen working that evening was able to get me into a room. They had been pretty busy as many people were also staying the night as opposed to driving home through unfamiliar territory. I asked for a room with two queens (one for my daughter and one for me and the wife) and they had one available. Gave them my credit card and ID and I got my room key quickly. The gentleman at the front told me the easiest way to get to the room (take the elevator right behind you, room is half-day down the hall) and he mentioned that there was a free breakfast in the morning. The room was nice. Pretty standard for a Holiday Inn Express, which means it was clean and had everything I should expect: coffee maker with a couple regulars a decafs, microwave, minifridge, big TV, desk, etc. Everything worked too. Beds were comfy but the pillows were a little soft for my taste. Breakfast in the morning was actually better than expected in terms of the assortment of items offered.

Nice location. Clean and comfortable rooms. I usually never have a problem with IHG, but somehow this location were not able to accommodate my wife and I our room preference of one king bed. This was something I have already indicated week in advance during online pre-check in. Didn't feel valued at this location for being a IHG Platinum Elite.

A cheap off the highway tel would have been better. The staff messed up the billing several times and the HR lady Julia Kottke called me to say she was having a bad day and then retorted that I must be having a bad day when I said I need to go and don't have time to speak at the moment but asked that she email me her contact information so I could follow up. She stated she refused to email me because she had better things to do and then hung up. What a trip!? I recommend other hotels nearby, drama free. There are several neighboring properties.

We had to stay unexpectedly but was so happy we did the staff was so nice and very happy to help. One of the staff members Chrissy was so helpful thank you! The rooms are comfortable. My kids loved the pool and spa. We enjoyed the breakfast a very nice variety of things to choice from. We would recommend staying here!

Rooms are nice, beds comfy and hotel staff friendly. Gym is a little small but they offer day passes for local gym.

I came here to Prescott looking for a home to stay. My family decided to stay here instead of staying in a different hotel. I'll tell you this, the rooms are big and comfortable! Breakfast here is great! They had fresh Cinnamon rolls every morning. There's a huge selection of food for the morning and the staff is extremely friendly. For the time that I stayed here, they baked fresh cookies. Again, they actually bake their cookies in the hotel and give them for free. I ate four of them before stopping because of how good they were. Overall, this hotel is a great stay for anyone looking to stay in the Prescott area. The price is great for what you get!

Greatest place to stay in Prescott! This IS my go-to place when in the area. The facility is very well taken care of, easy to find, and makes me feel at home upon entry. The rooms are equipped with a good assortment of amenities, like coffee makers, 32 in HD TVs, DirecTV, free (fast! ) Wi-Fi, a great breakfast, a beautiful pool mural and much too much to list in this review; volumes maybe. As far as the staff is concerned, this place, bar none, hands down WITHOUT a doubt, offers a level of service that makes one forget they are at a hotel. The staff know the area well, they can point you to a great place to eat and play, they work quickly and efficiently, they produce some great cookies, and most of all, they make my family feel as though they actually cared about are well being, during and after they stay at the hotel. Great job this place is doing; cannot wait to arrive again!

My wife and I have stayed here often. Friendly staff good breakfast love the chocolate chip cookies after 6PM. Great place to stay!

I stayed here for two nights. I really can't come up with a single negative. All I can come up with are superlatives, and thats rare for me. The Wi-Fi was faster than my LTE on my cell phone — — that happens about 1% of all Hotel stays. They had blueberry greek yogurt as a breakfast selection! I eat that every morning. The room was great, everything was like new. No problems at all. … and its 2 blocks from Costco — — and they have gas! Who doesn't love that? I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to friends.

Happy 4th of July! What a pleasant stay. Quiet room, comfortable bed, excellent pillows and satellite TV choices were endless. Breakfast very good, beautiful patio next to breakfast room, jacuzzi perfect temp, reservations clerks very friendly and always helpful with answers and directions. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I have stayed here three weeks straight on business and this hotel ROCKS! Fast Internet, Comfy Rooms, Fridges and Microwaves, a 32" HDTV with HDMI hookups, a full buffet breakfast in the morning and warm chocolate chip cookies at the front desk in the evening! Toiletries are from Bath and Bodyworks and towels are large and fluffy! They have a small workout room, but guests are given access to the large gym two blocks away! Costco, Walmart and a Mall are all super close too! I've never stayed in an Express before, but like I said, it ROCKS! Definitely will be back.

My husband and have been coming to Prescott for over a year now, and we always stay here! The people here are amazingly nice and try their best to make us feel welcome and accommodated, especially Drew the cookie man, and Cynthia the sweet. The breakfast is only so-so, but I don't take that into account. The prices are more than reasonable for the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. The free Wi-Fi is a super appreciated bonus.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. My wife left a favorite pair of boots there, and they held them for several weeks! We didn't ask for them to mail them home because we wanted to go back so bad, and it gave us an extra excuse to go! And the beds are incredibly comfortable! Breakfast is great, and they have a nice fireplace in the sitting area. One of my favorites in Prescott.

Excellent hotel and very nice rooms.

This was the third time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Prescott, AZ, in the last 10 months and each time we stay, it gets better. It is a beautifully appointed hotel and we are looking forward to our next visit. Everyone, from the Front Desk to the Housekeeping staff to the Manager, went out of their way to ensure that our visit to "their house" was excellent. Breakfast, with both hot and cold items, was lovely and appetizing. Loved the Managers Reception in the evenings and the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were terrific! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We had spent the last weekend at this hotel. The staff greeted us with enthusiasm. We noticed that we had left something in our room, once we returned home, we then called and it was mailed to us immediately the next day. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. We couldn't have had a better experience.
