Room was very clean, great customer service from all staff members, great location.

The manager of this hotel does not respond to the needs of the patrons. She does not call them back, is rude and uncaring. I have spend thousands of dollars in this hotel chain. This establishment would run much smoother if a change in management would occur.

Had a great stay here. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, staff was awesome and very friendly. I'd recommend this location to anyone. The only downside which wasn't their fault was the smell of fish in the hallway. Lol.

Only location is good and no reason to stay here! They're not welcoming or respond your expectations! I had two days to stay for two person but they gave us small dated and full size bed as queen size! When I requested for other room they said only one king size room (so think twice you'll never get that check-in) but you can sleep pullover sofa! What a nice hospitality! Thanks for advice to forget stay here again. I'm traveling six years for business all over US and this is the worst experience I've ever had! Last tip: Don't take room 211 even if you're alone!

Manger Angela is very nice. Super helpful and friendly. Will be coming back as long as she is still there!

The customer service here is AWFUL! The staff is apathetic, rude, and totally unprofessional. I cannot understand why any of this staff chose to go into hospitality. The morning shift front desk clerk told us we could have a late check with no fee. Then La Tonya, who claimed to be the shift supervisor, told us it would be an additional $10. Although the rooms are nice, I would not stay here again because the staff treats the guests so dreadfully.

Terrible. Front desk was never there and nothing was available. Location was great, but a person can get more for their money anywhere else. This place does the bare minimum.

Advertised as having an equipped kitchen but there were no cups, silverware, no bottle opener — every cabinet and drawer was empty and the ice trays were empty in the freezer. There is NO ICE MACHINE at all in this hotel and there was no blow dryer and they could not provide me with one. There was a sofa bed which we had knew we would use but they could not provide an extra pillow to the room — only the linens which we had to call and ask for. There was also not a single bench or chair or even a ledge to sit out front which I sometimes like to do in the mornings for a bit to get some fresh air.

Way over priced for what you get. We had to ask for sheets, pillows, and a blanket for the sofa bed and were informed that they had run out of blankets, so the person on the couch didn't get to sleep very well. The fan in the bathroom was broken, so you can't even turn the bathroom light on without there being a loud buzzing noise. The kitchen and bathroom had barely been cleaned. The refrigerator makes a loud clicking/dripping noisefor about 30 minutes every couple hours. The breakfast served was laughable, there was only coffee, packaged muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. They never came to clean our room it make the bed.

First, Mng. Angela was great! No public bathrooms until you get to your room. Strange. Room was clean, but tho it is a no smoking facility, it smells like it used too be. Bathroom toilet ran all night off and on. The freezer made noises like it was popping popcorn all night. The person above us stomped around all night, no sleep. But it was Friday. Coffee and tea and muffins in the lobby until 9:30am. I would not stay there again. But that's just my taste.

Clean and basic, but has everything you need. Feels like your own studio apartment. Friendly staff. Great location in relation to food and some shopping.

Quiet area in North Scottsdale, fairly close to 101 freeway. Room was ok, bed could have been more comfortable. Room had fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and range. Seems better for an extended stay situation, we got this hotel for 1 night through hotwire.

The pits. Absolutely no amenities. Room smelled like refried beans (my best guess) the entire stay — fortunately we only slept there. Queen beds — we were told only one room in the entire hotel had a king bed and it wasn't available. Wi-Fi is so slow it's useless. "Breakfast" is a joke unless you love granola bars and will be there before 9.30 am to get one. Oh, and no daily housekeeping, fresh towels, linens, etc.

Outrageously bad customer service! I have stayed here a couple times spent thousands only to have the newest manager send staff to my door at 10:30pm to get $3.46 in past due stay! I then paid the money plus the another night and was visited at noon by manager for the same money claiming I never paid. I happenned to be on the phone with guest relations when she knocked putting my second complaint in. I told. Her to check the camera at front desk which will clearly show me handing 3 20 dollar bills to Bryce the night attendant. She came to my door again at 2pm and said she found the cash. She then said well what about tonights money? Im thinking they have my card on file and money is on there and my reservation is good for 2 more days even tho the swimming pool was closed for the week in 107 degree weather and they are painting and constucting all the third floor rooms around me the smell was horrible chemically. Maybe she should be asking me if there is anything they can do to make my stay comfortable. But instead she wants more cash not card on file? Hmmm… So I told her I will bring one mote nights cash at 3pm and she said nevermind and told me to checkout! Wow this hotel full of empty rooms with a repeat guest who has toleratef all this and spent lots of money here and its just me and my hearing impaired son. We ate very quiet and polite but because I made legitimate complaint with guest relations she wants me to leave! No problem.

This place was a complete disappointment. I wish there was a way to give it a zero. I went to visit my husband who is staying there for work and I could not believe how filthy this place was. I was there for a week and the hallway floors had not been cleaned the entire time I was there. The windows were covered with dust and cobwebs. There was a constant foul odor throughout the place. I didn't have the complimentary breakfast, however, it only consisted of coffee and muffins. They do not offer decaf coffee (which was all I wanted). Their gym consists of 3 cardio machines and shares space with the laundry, and out of three washers and dryers only one of each was working. The photos of the rooms on the website do not reflect the rooms on site, which are very small. And the guy on the evening/night shift was not personable at all, even rude at times. Most of the people I spoke to were staying there for work. It's a shame this place does not provide better service for them considering it is their home away from home. I suppose if you are only there for a day or two it's better than nothing. Very disappointed!

I found it comfortable clean and cozy. Friendly and helpful staff even before I was a paying customer. (Visiting friends). Exterior doors are card key only after 9:00 pm. Well lit parking lot, with no shortage of Scottsdale PD; (Over abundant and ever present. ) The property is set back 1 block from Shea Blvd. So it's very quiet. Basic amenities include pool and spa with vending machines on all 3 floors. Free continental breakfast saves you $200 over a month's stay. ($6.50x30 days). Great for extended stay.

Best one in the area. We will be here over a month, and this one is by far the cleanest, with the best layout in the room.

I went to visit family staying there and the staff were great. We had a large group. We used the grilling area provided and the grilling tools provided and all of the little kids wore themselves out in the pool and hot tub. The grounds were very clean and smoke free. The room was large and modern. It had a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a 2 burner stove. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

It's a pretty decent place. Just because you leave empty ice trays in the refrigerator doesn't mean you don't need an ice machine. Advertising free breakfast should be more than granola bars and coffee. For the price it's not too bad. The air conditioner works great which is more than I can say for my home air conditioner, hence the reason I'm here in the first place.

I was charged for multiple items that one would think is part of the price. Example hotel recommend that customers use towels twice before requesting new ones, I did this & was charged $1. $3 for sheets every third night as recommended. A mandatory $1 donation for the so called "complementary breakfast. " Customers should be given $5 just to eat their. $5 a night for Wi-Fi when decals post "Free Wi-Fi. " At checkout I became suspicious in the customer charge fees after I was told these fees must only be paid in full with cash ONLY. I polity asked for the legal fine print on these charges since I somehow racked up $42. Was told this paperwork could not be pulled at this time being that they were locked in a filling cabinet located in the management office. I then asked if we could try another option and verify these company/owner discretion rules through upper management via telephone and again was given "I'm sorry sir, but it seems that Mr. So&So are unavailable at this time. " Im now at this point 40 min behind schedule and have a redey to catch. I wrote a check for the $42 that was not accepted. I asked if there was a possibility we could settle this in 2 wks as I am set to return and am already in the reservations list, answer "NO. " My car service had arrived and I refused to pay in cash thinking I was being taken advantage of.

Never have coffee in the morning. Someone broke in and stole my sister's prescription pills out of her room! No Mgr on staff at night.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When checking in the clerk was rude disrespectful and all around unpleasant. Tonight I just needed a fork and after waiting 30 minutes and calling their main reservation line no one could get ahold of the night clerk so I just went back up to my room after a long day of work and ate with my finger's and it was not finger food; so that was cool. After getting done with my food I had noticed no one cleaned the room, no dry towels, nope nothing. This is not a rant cuz I can keep my cool. I just felt the need to let people know that this place is extremely unprofessional holet, at least the night guy. I still have three more days to put up with this and I'm not looking forward to it. Hope this helps good luck.

I wouldn't even give this 1 star, it doesn't deserve that. This hotel was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed, was so uncomfortable my husband and I couldn't sleep at all. When we asked for extra sheets and pillows they said they didn't have anymore pillows and they wouldn't give us extra sheets. Unbelievable customer service. And their breakfast, omg don't even get me started. It wasn't complimentary at all, it was the cheapest crappiest muffins and granola bars you can get. I will NEVER stay at another Extended Stay America again.

They nickel and dime you on everything. Even charge you extra to make your bed when you are staying multiple nights. The pool was dirty.

I would give this place a negative. Front desk clerks are never there always out side smoking by the pool which clearly has a sign saying smoke 100 feet away also if you have your window open the smoke comes right in. Not to mention they act completely rude anytime you ask for some thing as if your intruding on there time. House keeping never comes as scheduled and acts rude if you ask why. Also the house keepers don't know how to do there jobs correctly clearly. I have a video baby monitor and the house keeper felt the need to sit on my clean sheets and make phone calls on my room phone. None of the workout equipment works they sound as if it's going to break. Worst place to Stay for a long period of time. The gm Richard should really get a new staff.

I would give this place a 0, or even a — 2 stars (that's right, a negative) because housekeeping completely cleaned out my room without consent, worth almost $200 of property. Instead of the hotel compensating for the loss directly, they said they do not have the authority to deal with compensation directly, and eventually they said they would need to file a claim through their insurance company. With the continual lack of response and lack of help, this 'claim' have been going on for 4 months now, and I still have not gotten any answer. Extended Stay Corporate has also behaved in the exact same manner. In all, this is a lame, customer NON-service hotel chain. So, just beware if you book a room here… that your property in your hotel room may all of a sudden disappear.

The guy below me must have been at a different extended stay. This hotel was clean and their employees are kind. They had everything extended stays normally have, all in stock. Pool, hot tub, and hard line propane grill was a great addition to 50-60 dollar a night rate. There's also a lot of places within walking distance. From someone who has been on the road for also 3 years straight, I'd recommend this hotel.

If I could I would give this dump a half star. Scheduled house keeping never happened. Dog crap and spilled food stay on the carpets for days. Run out of coffee often and don't refill during breakfast hours. Finally they decide to refurbish the pool area when the weather is very hot as opposed to do it during the winter or fall.

MUCH nicer than I expected, perhaps it's been remodeled recently. This is definitely the Scottsdale version of Extended Stay! Got an excellent price on Hotwire, I will definitely recommend this place and stay here again, as well.

I don't think the above people stayed at the same 10660 N 69th St hotel. I have to say that Vince, once you get to know him, is a decent guy. Borka is pretty and very sweet. Phil is straight forward and business like. The night shift housekeeper is kind and accommodating. The phones go down, like right now, the internet is wireless and fails daily, children of a few of the guests, use the pool as a toilet (won't swim here) and some of the guests dogs have crapped in the stairs and hall ways. My dish washer doesn't work very well. It costs $2.00 for the washer and $2.00 for the dryer. When my AC didn't work very well, it only took 2 days to fix. So far my room, nor my car, have NOT been broken into. As far as inexpensive hotels with kitchenettes, dish washers and pools, this may be the best bet in Scottsdale. The extended Stay (I might be wrong on that name, it's on the West side) in Flagstaff is one of the best I've stayed in.

Great service great people there. I can only recommend this hotel:-).

We stayed a week to watch spring training Giants baseball. Great rooms, great staff and a great price. Pool, hot tub and BBQ are all bonuses. We will be back next year.
