Arrived very late and the front desk associate was helpful checking us in and even helping with our bags. Breakfast options left us wanting and the tables and chairs were insufficient for the breakfast crowd. There were significant signs of poor quality remodeling done in our room. It’s across the street from a strip club and there was a guy just loitering in front of the lobby when we arrived. I had to call an Uber to get to the airport because the unbranded shuttle runs only hourly. The Uber driver said he doesn’t take passengers from that part of town after dark. If you only need a bed and a hot shower this is fine, otherwise I’d advise you look elsewhere.

I havent been to many hotels/motels but I been to way worse. Nice staff and they do take cash as payment but with a $50 deposit which you get back when you check out. It was a very nice room too.

Nice rooms affordable pricing airport shuttle service staff bent over backwards to help me and I only stayed there one day this place has my vote.

Overall I would have given this hotel a great rating because they were clean it was nice and everything else that you can think of positive but I left my pills by accident and when I called and asked or inquired about them they found them and then they chose to keep them and not even contact me back that doesn't make for a good atmosphere or good rating so I am simply saying you're not very higher standards.

Renovated rooms look really good, and the staff was willing to go above and beyond the norm to ensure I had a room despite my own blunders with my reservation.

Large clean room, comfortable bed. The air conditioning, although cool enough, was so loud it was difficult to get to sleep. Only one chair to sit on and no luggage rack. So the beds were used for sitting, luggage and eating upon, then cleared before sleeping. No picnic tables or outdoor seating. Also this establishment is located in a seedy neighborhood. There is a swimming pool but it is tiny. Some seating next to the pool.

Nice room, good location close to the airport and it offers a free shuttle ride there. Not a good area to be in but if you're there for a quick stay it's worth it.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, BUT the rooms are newly remodeled and modern. They're clean, come with a blow dryer, iron & ironing board, and single serve coffee. There is a flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi. Bryan, the manager was great, very accommodating and professional.

Stayed here for almost a week. The managers at front office were good at reception service. The rooms were recently renovated and were pretty good.

Nite staff manager carries a hard chip on her her shoulder over the local "talent" that loiter in the area. And instead of dealing with the LOCAL problem she has compromised the integrity of the hotels service to its patrons in such that my family and I were forced to checkout without ever even sitting on a bed after asking a person where we could get something to drink and eat from what the hotel says was one of those girls and that talking to ANYONE outside was strictly prohibitted?

Conveniently located near the airport, although the neighborhood is rough. The hotel appears to have been updated. The rooms have flooring rather than carpet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The cold breakfast is pretty austere.

You rest very well and comfortably!

Oh, my God! A real nightmare! Filthy place, unhealthy, expensive and with a lousy attention! They offer shuttle to the airport, but it does not arrive in time and makes you miss the plane. Never, never go to this horrible place!

This hotel had a sign out front that says the rooms are new. They are not! The rooms are dated and old. The rooms need painted, the furniture which is old and dated is missing some of the veneer and includes the end tables, table, and chairs. Although they say they have a shuttle from the airport — it is not their shuttle. It is run by someone else. If you get in late, be prepared to pay $15 plus tip for a taxi even after the front desk tells you 4 times the shuttle in on its way over an hour and a half period. They will not reimburse you the cost of the taxi and they didn't tell me until the 4th call that it wasn't actually their shuttle service. And vacuuming, it should be done behind the safe in both the bedrooms my party stayed in. This was the most disappointing Days Inn I've ever stayed in and would not recommend it to anyone. The sign out front… false advertising at its best.

That place is a royal dump crack heads roaming the parking lot… Rooms are HEDIOUS sheets torn burnt with cigarettes, furniture all broken cleanliness was a nightmare. 1 star is awarding them for their filthy rooms. Makes the Bates Motel look like Embassy Suites… what a nightmare!

I recommend people to come here if they want good hospitality nd free breakfast nd free fast Wi-Fi.

Didn't even want to give this place one star, what a dump. Got in late with shuttle from airport and was watched from parking lot and then there was someone knocking at our door. Two women who were scared to death. Room was filthy, bathroom filthy. Could not wait to get out of that hole. Lots of late night activity in the parking lot. Should be taken off the travel sites and the airport should not be sending people there. Do not ever go there!

This is a dump. Better to forgo the shower and sleep in the airport. Was stuck overnight and this was the only place with a room, and no wonder. They charged over $100. Asked for a nonsmoking room, but when I went in, it wreaked of smoke. I couldn't breath. Went back and was issued another "nonsmoking" room, and it was better. But turned out to be next to a room someone tried to break into at 3 a. M. No surprise there, either, because the door latches don't work and you have to shoulder open. None of the drains worked in the bathroom. Do not stay here.

The absolute worse! Wish I could post negative rating… zero is still too good. Sign boasts 'new rooms'. The management needs to see Webster's Dictionary on the definition of 'new'. Mattresses are ripped, stained (with who knows what), and torn, bathroom has mildew and soap stains, curtains are damaged, torn, or missing. The room doors face an open parking lot, no surveillance equipment, no security, just one lone woman between guests and the unsavory characters roaming around the area. The reception area was dirty, haphazardly thrown together, and smelly. The motel offers breakfast… however, I didn't see a kitchen, any place to dine, barely any seating. Stay here at your own peril. Bedbugs, athletes foot, and lice all await your visit.

The area seems a bit sketchy but the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. It was also the cheapest hotel in the area so good for people on a budget.

Advertised as new rooms, but clearly were not. Bathroom door was jammed. Shower head was calcified almost to the point of being totally clogged. Bad area and poor continental breakfast (but at least they had one). Plus: easy access to/from the airport.

Nastiest hotel I have ever been too! Had to have them bring us clean sheets because the ones on the beds had someone hairs in them.

The Airport Days Inn hotel staff was very understanding and courteous, especially at front desk. Housekeeping was always very fast efficient and thorough. Will stay here again for the upcoming holidays…

Yes we constantly moves in the US, and to be honest whether to Gallup at the El Rancho Hotel or at the Quality Inn Kingman, the services are the same and not always at the top either…
So I will not criticize, because the France and Europe have no lessons to give in this area…

We're going 10 years with our association Route 66 Arizona France and we are delighted. Even if sometimes the housekeeping staff forgot a few details, it comes to ask at the reception, those responsible are very helpful and listening, the error will be fixed immediately.
Besides what is significant is that this Motel has a free airport shuttle and it is well located in distance (10 minutes) when we know Phoenix is truly exceptional…
Yes, it's a Motel without pretension, but when we move daily from town to town there is no time to bask and we're not here to make the Thanksgiving mornings but to visit the country. It's still more comfortable than camping…
Still have to realize and be aware that we are in the desert and that even at the Biltmore in Scottsdale to + 300 dollars a night there are cockroaches! (to cite just one here.

I had an awful experience at this Days Inn as house keeping decided to walk into the room to clean without knocking and I had just gotten out of the shower… The shower did not drain and the complementary breakfast was toast, apples, and yogurt. I was disappointed with this Days Inn.

Disgusting! one of the filthiest most worn out hotels I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Just about everything in the room was broken. Cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. Dubious red brown stains on the upholstry of the chairs, the tub drain looked as if it had paint poured down it. Bathroom window did not lock. The rubber lining of the blackout curtain was falling apart and sticking to the wall. Undefrosted frig froze all my food. Horrible area, unsafe; a glimpse outside in the middle of the night revealed multiple police cars in the parking lot making an arrest. In the morning the maintenence man turned off my water and when I complained I was let it another room where there were dead roaches on the floor. Anyone who gives this place a good review is LYING, probably paid by the owner.

This Days Inn Motel is very comfortable, and accomidating. The breakfast in the morning helps make it a desirable stay. The A/c gets ice cold which is heaven because the outside summer temperature gets incredibly hot. For a quick and affordable stay this motel is my high recommendation.

The days inns was terrific. The services that were available helped us out tremendously. And I would gladly stay again love doing business with them.

This is a very cheap hotel, with terrible amenities. Pool is dirty and beside a construction site. Key cards de-activate after every day, and you must go to the front desk to re-activate them. Air conditioner does not reach the desired room temperature. Shower floods and only drains very slowly. Toilet leaks. Dangerous area of town (obvious when you stay here. Even the cab driver that dropped us off warned us about staying inside at night). Tap water does not get cold. Towels are stained and have holes in them. Bathroom door is splitting at the bottom (condensation from the shower? ). Internet is poor. Recommend staying at another hotel.

Kind of a bad area, I got it through Hotwire for a total of 62, which is an OK deal, if you walk in the door they're going to charge you $65 plus tax for a basic room. I bought it 30mins before I walked in and they didn't have the reservation yet so he told me I had to wait and didn't offer to call hot wire or anything, when I asked him to call Hotwire he said he didn't want to tie up the phone line. My phone was dead so I walked out to my car and charged it while I called Hotwire and they faxed him a copy of my reservation. But I had to wait around for 20 or 30 minutes while hotwire and this front desk guy figured it out. That is more of a complaint between the communication of Hotwire and this hotel. As far as the hotel goes: like I just mentioned the front desk is not really helpful. The rooms are decent and are about the same as you can find in a cheaper $40 a night hotel like Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. There's a king size bed in the one I'm in, it smells good in here, there's a wall AC unit there's a mini coffee maker on the counter near the restroom TV a couple of tables and a nice enough bathroom. There's a funny burn mark in the rug in the shape of an iron everything else was nice. There is a continental breakfast that has fruit a couple of different kind of cereal coffee.

Hotel is in a very rough part of town. The AC had a hard time keeping the room cool. The mattress and bedding were old. The Free Internet is a computer in the lobby, not Wi-Fi. The TV was an old low-def unit. I feel bad for taking my wife to this place for one night.

Where to start the people at front desk are rude from start off if make your reservations online prepare to be questioned on who you truely are even after providing correct information they charged my card wrong internet doesn't work via Wi-Fi but if you want you can walk down to front desk get a cord a rude look and an attitude, also if you want a refrigerator plan on maybe waiting or getting it when you first get there because they aren't in the rooms seriously the said they had only a few. And they move them around same thing with the microwaves and prepare for attitude on that as well I had 3 room with double beds and I was staying for a week I left the second day of my stay and I made other reservations at another hotel also neighborhood is scary don't really like going out alone there is a strip club right across the street and there is super bad crime went to Mc Donalds and saw 10 cop cars if u have a few extra bucks stay somewhere else this place is horibble the people are horrible it's just no go.
