Very comfortable clean rooms. Staff is friendly. Free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

We were able to do early check in, which was fantastic, and enjoy their remarkable continental breakfast. My only complaint was that the mattress was so soft, when my partner would flip in the middle of the night, I would bounce about an inch in the air. ;)

The Country Inn & Suites, Deer Valley is a very nice hotel, centrally located in the northern Phoenix area. It is very clean, the staff is friendly, it's easy to get to, and there are several restaurants and stores just a stones through away. Great place to stay with the family. The hot breakfast will service most appetites. A winner.

We got in late and needed somewhere to stay and they were very helpful! The room had a king size bed with 4 pillows and the bed was really comfortable. Had a nice T. V. A desk with an office chair, and a comfy chair in the corner. The place had an indoor pool, I didn't go see it though. Checkout was 11am.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We were disappointed because the rooms King size where displayed on their website larger and with jacuzzi. At our check in there were no jacuzzi rooms available. Overall the stay was pleasant but we will choose a different hotel.

Just excellent! This is the second time we stay at this place. Everything is really nice & comfortable.

The hotel was very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable for me, though everyone has their own tastes. Breakfast was pretty much on point every day. Nothing fancy, but much better than the typical continental breakfast. So far I am very pleased with this place.

I am already a club carlson member and I would say that this is one of the best hotels they have and they have been getting better all the time.

I absolutely live this hotel. Free brkfst whirlpool swimming pool. Friendly staff and visitors. Ppl just hang out in the lobby and talk about where they r from. Best place to stay in pheonix, Az.

Very good hotel, good service, good breakfast and a very clean hotel with a place nearby to go for a walk.

Check in was easy and staff is friendly my issues were first day was a spider in room so moved me rooms second room was hot third night put us on patio and we had to have fridge fixed and have the guy come change the temp as u have to almost break the thermostat for it to change also their is no phones in the room. As the staff is very friendly I just feel like they should of done more than a goodie bag to make this okay. As I have a child whom has a disability and now screams to get on bed cause she is very frightened by spiders. If I wouldn't of seen the brown recluse it could have been way worse if it bit one of my children/baby.

I visited a guest at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, but I know the first had a problem with the fridge that took a while to have fixed. The elevators are not air conditioned and the hallways weren't much better. Overall for the price the room was a good deal.

Bed, super comfy, quiet, free Wi-Fi, room service, free hbo, workout, pool. Perfect.

The hotel is great. Complementary breakfast with a nice amount of food both hot (eggs, biscuits, sausage, waffles, oatmeal) and cold (yogurt, fruit, juice, cereal). There is free guest laundry but only with 2 washers/dryers. The pool is nice, 5 foot deep next to a hot tub. The only problem we've had is that our fridge didn't work so we had to have it fixed. Overall, the rooms are a bit small but it's a nice hotel. It's next to the airport and nearby food places include In and Out burger and Wendy's.

Breakfast was great. Had to ask to reset my room keys and 1 a still didn't work. Luckily I had 2. Quiet, cool rooms. Would stay again if needed.

Room was clean the first room the toilet was plugged and the second room the refrigerator didn't work so food and milk went to waste pool was not clean and hot tub jets didn't work won't be back nice area.

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We thought the glass coffee cups with the personal coffee maker was a nice touch. The only I would knock them off for is the ice machine on our floor being out of order.

I have stayed here probably 30 times when in Phoenix. Very nice hotel for the price and near dining, movies and freeway access. I absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

If you are worried about some freyed carpet, or a faucet that may need a little jiggle, this is not the place for you. However if you are looking for a kind staff, a clean room, a comfy bed and a yummy breakfast I would say stop looking and stay here. The room has a separate living area, a mini fridge, microwave and sink. There are free cookies (and fruit for you healthy peeps) including hot coffee or tea available in the lobby. I have been here since Monday today is Wednesday and I leave Friday. So far they have been great. I'm am here for work and using a conference room which is nice. It even has a wet bar. Due to the nature of my job I have not been in the pool but it looks fantastic!

Overall had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms and bed were a good size, plenty available for the complimentary breakfast, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. My only complaint would be the washroom in my room — there was a very low water pressure I'm the shower, and the shower head only came up to my chest (despite having 12 foot ceilings), which made things difficult.

For my needs it was centrally located off the 17. Rooms were nice with a separate living area and bedroom. Microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. Coffee, cookies always available in the lobby. Needed to stay an extra few days no problem extending my multi night rate. Good stay.

Great hot breakfast. Clean. Comfortable. Beautiful lobby with wooden staircase of a5 star hotel and a wonderful fireplace. King size bed and hot showers with great water pressure. And well priced!

Great place, very clean, great employees, fast in and out to freeways, minutes from shopping and the mountains.

We have stayed in several hotels over the last 2 years in the North Phoenix area and this hotel is our favorite — the best above all others. I travel a lot and routinely stay in Marriott or Embassy Suites, however, this Country Inn and Suites is better. For the price, you get excellent, super clean, newer spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast setup. And a special thanks to the super-friendly and helpful Mynor (the front office and desk manager) Thanks to all and keep up the great work.
