Attention: This motel is compesed of 2 parts: The actuall motel as advertised and "the motel", a place on the other side of the highway. This second place is quite deserted and the lot made of gravel. The rooms were clean. Wifi is avaiable but very slow and many websites/apps are blocked (who else does that?! ). The price might be okey for the distance to the canyon, but the rest isnt really worth the money…

Relatively expensive, though I guess the price was justified since it was in the middle of nowhere. Overall a good place to stop since there are stores and gas stations around. There was Wi-Fi at the hotel but at the speed that they had it was probably only good enough for checking emails.

It's a bit less expensive than staying up the road closer to the Grand Canyon. It was clean but dated. Our window latch was broken so we put the closest bar there for security. The bathroom had a little bit of an odd smell. If you're looking to save some money, it's ok.

Feel ripped off. Deceptive in how rooms are represented by desk staff. No phones in room, no security, dark gravel parking lot and room smells like pet pee. When I asked for a refund, it became a huge hassle so I stayed anyway. Restaurant food is overpriced and sub par. I will never stay here again and I encourage you to look elsewhere.

The rooms very clean and spacious. The Jacuzzi and swimming pool area very cozy and spacious. Pretty standard breakfast. The view of the mountains in the distance with white caps from our room an extra.

Hotel — we got upgraded from the motel to the hotel. Comfortable, fridge, clean, spacious. Restaurant — pretty cheap ($10 burgers — so close to Gd Canyon it was unexpected) but don't expect much (we were hungry, we ate, we thought the bill was ok). Very friendly and efficient staff. If you're staying at the hotel, this is the best option after a day of hiking!

Lovely staff, the breakfast is free of charge. There is good Wi-Fi access and quiet rooms.

Very comfortable beds. The softest pillows I have ever slept on. Good shower. Quality shampoo and conditioner.

A not so pricey motel not far from GC. Very slow Wi-Fi.

Great place to stay in you are headed to the Grand Canyon. Stayed for one night and it was affordable and the rooms are currently in the process of being updated. My SO and I stayed in an updated room for the night and really enjoyed it. We ate dinner at the attached restaurant and while it was a bit price-y we both had the salmon and it was extremely delicious.

Motel/Hotel come in the. Rooms are very large, the equipment has come in the year. There is free Wi-Fi. But perfectly acceptable for a short stop to stay.

The sheets on the bed kept coming off. The Wi-Fi was very intermittent in the evening and the TV picture was faded and blurry. The bed itself was comfortable and the room itself was a good price and there was a market/gas station right out front. Overall I would be willing to stay again.

Pros: It is located very close to the park. Bed had clean sheets. Cons: Nothing else was clean. Service desk lied about price and room over phone to get us here before booking, as this dive is actually the best thing around. I decided not to fight over 20 bucks. Room was tiny, poorly maintained, and very dated. Free Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible. Heat didn't work well. Room was coooold at night. Water pressure was very low. Shower came out in spurts. Toilet didn't even fill back with water for five minutes. Parking was strange. Signs up telling you not to park where there are clearly spaces to park. Clock was set to wrong time by two and a half hours. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.

The restaurant inside is great. The best French fries that I ever had!

Enjoyed my stay here, friendly staff and decent room. Not far from grand canyon so good value for money.

Wow. Thought we made a good choice. No towels for two days, even though we spoke with staff. Now no water. Too tired after great day at grand canyon to deal with this. Not happy.

BUYER BEWARE! We booked this online and thought it was pretty clean looking but looks can be deceiving. We checked into the room and the first thing you notice is the dirty air conditioning vent that has half of the vents broke out of it. The bathroom facilities were atrocious and I am not normally a hard person to please. The commode you had to keep holding down on the handle to get it to flush. The air conditioner had no cover over the fan part and the whole experience was awful. The bed linens were clean but the pillows were flatter than pancakes. Just atrocious and taking advantage of the people because there is no other place to stay for miles.

Not the cleanest. Beds and tables were sticky. Meh.

Absolutely Awful Service. We entered our room and there was a half eaten burrito and someones soiled underpants still in the room. Refused to give us a different room / clean the mess or cancel our reservation. Would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Wonderful place in a great position! Rooms are very nice and the dinner was great! The shops near the Inn are amazing.

I went to the Grand canyon in a group of 5 people and we ended up looking for accommodation in the evening after visiting the canyon. This place had a room for 2 and we were so desperate at the moment that anything seemed fine for us. Not only was the lady at the reception kind enough to let us stay she also arranged for some extra sheets and blankets for us. The room was basic and clean, all we cared for and the bathroom was big. We also had food at their restaurant that night and even though it was just before their closing time they were very cordial and hospitable. All of their staff was really helpful and friendly, this may not be the best looking place in the area but the hospitality of their staff makes up for it.

Super great staff. I checked in and was helped by Sierra and becky they were awesome helping us get a room side by side next to my family and and we're able to take care of one of my reservation problems. We will be staying here again next years trip.

On March 12 we went to see the Grand Canyon and we seen this place on our way in and said it looked like a good place to eat. So on our way out we decided to stop and eat and I am so glad we did the waitress was nice, the service was excellent and the food was amazing! I ordered the ribeye and a baked potato and the potato was hot (not warm or too cold that the butter wouldnt melt). I would recommend this place to anyone going through there.

I will dearly recommend this inn. My family and I were on our way to Grand Canyon when we stopped at this inn to use the bathroom and rearrange our trip. Unfortunately the data connection is pretty bad out in nowhere so we were in trouble. Luckily for us the receptionist was very kind to lend us a computer and use their Wi-Fi. After seeing the Grand Canyon we came back to stay at this inn. Just when we arrived at the inn all light was turn off and they were about to close for the night, but turned it all back on just to let us be checked in. This was all without a reservation. The staffs at this inn are very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are big and clean with all you need to feel comfortable. The inn is only 20 min. From the East entrance of the Grand Canyon and it is more than half price of the cost in the hotels located in Tusayan.

Oh dear lord, where to begin? Let's get the good outta' the way. The lady at the front desk was super nice, and since they didn't have an ice machine for our side, they just gave us a huge bag to take. Let it be known, I am reviewing the lower end side of this place, we wanted to just gt a regular room, but they were all taken, but they suggested we take a room at the other building that they have. Now I'm a pretty cheap dude, so I'm used to not the best conditions while traveling, but wow! One of my favorite parts of the room was all the light that under the door lets in, I'm sure it helps all the bugs see at night, so that is kind of them. I love the shower, and how if I bend down I get stuck at a 90 degree angle. The bed made me really feel like I was sleeping on the grand canyon floor, nice of them to really make you feel like you are there. The sink embedded into an old computer desk was also a nice touch, it made for a good giggle. In all fairness, I knew what I was getting into, so even though I make fun of it, I would rather not pay the $300 the hotels up the road were asking and just stay here for a heck of a lot cheaper. Also remember, this is the place across the street they rent out after the normal place is full, so the regular place might be good, but this place, well, just ask to view it before staying.

This Canyon is just over the human imagination. You should definitely watch if you're there. Really impressive.
