Soooo good night, very comfy beds, everywhere smell so nice, extra clean.

Our room is very clean and updated. The front desk clerk Raishon called our room just minutes after checking in to make sure we were happy with the room and to see if we needed anything. Great Customer Service!

Rooms were clean and updated for the most part… A bit small but nice. Great location to campus and downtown. Walking distance!

It's a decent motel. The room is small but cozy. Microwave, refrigerator, available. Like everywhere else air conditioning. Tea, coffee.

The room was very clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were comfortable, with am easy to use AC unit. High quality shampoo and soap. Only issue came when we tried to do early checkout at 5:30am on a Sunday. The key drop box was not secure, so we didn't feel too confident in leaving our key cards in the simple mailbox.

Walking distance to downtown Flagstaff, which was nice. Room was clean and orderly, not much for frills, but a solid basic room. The refrigerator was bigger than most hotels I thought. Staff was polite. Overall just what you need and nothing more.

Pretty basic accommodations. No bells or whistles, but a nice, cheap place to stay. Rooms were clean and what we needed… a place to sleep.

Stayed here for four nights. The room service cleaned the room and replaced the sheets and towels every day with fresh ones. Free Wi-Fi and affordable prices. I'd definitely stay here again anytime and highly recommend it to anyone!

We spent 2 nights here and we were positively surprised. At first we were unsure what to come to us (as it was our first lodge) but we can not complain. The inn is well located, so you have walking distance to everything useful nearby. A generous parking lot, the possibility to wash and the friendly staff complete the thing. From here you can easily explore the beautiful little town of Flagstaff.

The contact to the staff kept themselves in limits, check in and check out were hassle.
Loundry with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.
Free car parking.

Very decent Motel. We had two communicating rooms. On one side, two queen size beds, and on the other a king size bed. We had fridge and microwave in the room which allowed us to dine there. On the other hand no restaurant area to have breakfast in the morning. All in all very well.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Felt safe.

Hello we traveled hours to come up to Flagstaff for a family vacation. We resevered our room, checked in (which was pleasant) enjoyed our room… Until night time. My husband has a bad back and the bed unfortunately caused a flair up (I might also add he is the driver on our trip as I am unable) I went into the office to ask for a rollaway bad to rent and was informed they do not offer any so I asked if I could cancel for the 2nd nights stay because he couldn't sleep on the bed and we have a long trip back home that following morning, I was shrugged at and given an "oh well" because they require 24 hours notice to cancel. She was quite rude and upset me greatly. I understand as a former manager that there are always policies to be followed however I also know there are overrides for extenuating circumstances. This I would think was one of them, as my husband going 2 nights in a row with out sleep and driving myself and our 2 children all the way home in the morning is completely unsafe. (This was my email to their complaint and compliment link I only change the words "you" to their. Never even got a reply…

We booked the hotel as we drove from here in the early morning to the Grand Canyon.
The overnight stay here is very inexpensive, the room was very clean and also maintained. Unfortunately, the equipment seems to have come a bit old, even the bathroom looks like it is from the 80s.
But if you don't have great demands, everything fits.
W-Lan is free, the connection is fast mouth stable.
There are plenty of parking spaces here, which are also free of charge.
For our trip, I would book a room at the "Highland Country Inn" again.

First room was slightly smoky-smelling, mgmt got us another room with no problems. Clean and simple.

The room is fine. The staff is okay. By and large a normal model.

Motel located minutes from downtown Flagstaff by the train tracks. Plenty of parking for small trucks and small Rvs. Make reservations ahead of time! Make sure your room is clean and has soap, shampoo and towels. Need a cup of coffee? Just walk to the corner and El Matador coffee shop has all your needs. Want pizza for the family? Just walk a few steps and Papa Johns is there! It's waiting for you.

Very clean and safe. Not noisy even though it is on a main street. We came in very late and the front desk was very accommodating. Comfortable beds. Some of the towels were a little dingy. The only complaint I have, was there is no coffee in the room so you have to go to the lobby. They are supposed to be open by 6:00am, but now 7:00 and still not open. There are several coffee places close thank goodness!

Rooms were large, clean and comfortable with good amenities. I was on a roadtrip through AZ and CO and found this place to be the BEST value of any motel on my trip. Also liked the location — close to both downtown and Lowell Observatory. I would stay here just for the room, but I have to mention I was impressed by the staff and management. I left a small package in the room. After I got home I called them. Cleaning staff found the package and management shipped it to me at no charge. I highly recommend this place.

We chose this as an affordable location to jump off to the grand canyon. People there were professional. The location is nice (breakfast everywhere). The rooms were as I expect from a motel. It was clean. No problems at this point.

Flagstaff is a pretty groovy town and this is a plain but quite satisfactory place to stay with excellent value. The staff were to the point but also informative and helpful. The room clean and amply roomy. There was a bit of noise from adjoining rooms (doors closing…), but the noise from the train was barely noticeable. We were sensitive to that as, on our first night in Flagstaff we stayed at the downtown Hostel. It was interesting there for sure, but as the noise of the frequent trains suffused the place, sleep was not forthcoming. At the Highland, for just a few dollars more, I got a great night's sleep.

We stayed overnight in this simple motel, without breakfast as we wanted at all costs to take our breakfast to the famous Galaxy Diner restaurant, located right next to our hotel at 931 East Highway 66. We made the right choice as the setting of this restaurant is worthy of a museum from the time of the Mother road.
We enjoyed finding a self-service laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer). The rooms are quite large, simpels but decent and we had a very warm welcome despite the late hour we arrived.

It's a nicely kept cheap, quiet hotel. Met my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.

New flagstaff favorite when we come back through this area, beautiful scenery, friendly locals and lovely weather make for a wonderful stay.

Clean, quiet, simple. Third visit, rooms, bathrooms cleanest I have seen. I work in the hospitality industry and I wish our standards we're this good. Kids would probably be bored unless you take them out. Not pool. Has laundry. Good hot coffee, hot chocolate, tea's available morning and night. Staff is wonderful, think it might be a family run hotel.

My experience with Highland County Inn was not good. The beds were very uncomfortable. We asked for more towels because there were only 2 in the room. We were told they didn't have anymore. We asked for an extra blanket and pillow and were again told they didn't have anymore. The air conditioner was not blowing cold air, and the room was hot and uncomfortable. The lady at the front office was very rude as well. This was an unpleasant experience and I would NOT recommend.

Good heating, basic comfortable bed, very reasonable price. Warm water instantly when I turned on the faucet! That's a big deal!

Our stay was a little pricy but it was a Fri-Sat stay. Good location and the room was really clean. Nothing special but we would stay again because of the cleanliness and location (and the proximity to Dunkin' Donuts! ). It's within walking distance to downtown.

Not that bad but you have the minimum for the price. No breakfast. Beds are ok. Bathroom could need refreshing. Wifi connections sucks.

The Highland Country Inn was nice, very nice. Directly across from the University and Such easy access to all the things in Flagstaff we wanted. The staff was helpful and engaging. They got us a room we wanted and it was clean, and our overnight stay was fine. The desk was easy in and out. The access to the driveway means often a drive to the right then around the block to hit traffic correctly. Flagstaff does seem busy around the University. We were happy.

The rooms were very clean and nice. They had TV in the room with some premium channels like HBO, also a small microwave. They offer coffee and hot tea at their office as well. Friendly staff.
