The suites are incredible but what makes Grandma's and Country Inn stand out is the exemplary service you receive. Such friendly, helpful people! Dalton gave me my own coffee mug for my stay since this is home for 8 days and always has a kind greeting. Reanna always checks I have extra coffee and sugar and is so pleasant and cheerful. Marge, who I knew from my many stays at Country Lane is the hardest working person I've ever met. And keep in mind, all this in the first day of my stay. I really cannot say enough positive things about these 2 properties and the employees. They ALL deserve a HUGE raise! ‍‍☕

Grandma’s feather bed is tres adorable! so cozy and cute! we stayed two nights — they gave us a two great free big hot breakfasts — with choices of 3 items each. The diners are great! had terrific halibut and fantastic crab raviolis! but — we absolutely loved their deserts — especially pecan bread pudding a la mode — with special secret sauce is light and extraordinary! THE STAFF OF LEZILLE, CLAIRE AND KSENIA ARE OUTSTANDING!

Beautiful building and rooms, comfortable beds. The large tubs are a plus and the hot breakfast every morning is unbelievable! Loved our stay and can't wait to go back! Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is the best place to stay in Juneau. The staff are friendly and the place is always clean and full of personal touches for the guests.

Excellent place to stay! I have stayed at this location twice now! The customer service is great and the rooms are great. I'd stay here over and over. I recently stayed at another location in Oregon and they were great as well.

Cute place to stay. I never saw grandma. The breakfasts are very complete. Having the shower/Jacuzzi across from the bed makes the room a bit steamy. That is solved by opening the window. If you call the front desk your call is transferred to their sister facility. They have the front desk call you. The shuttle service is convenient.

I loved this cozy clean hotel. It is an old style that gives comfort of the Southeast region. I would definitely stay here again. Bonus shower experience was amazing with multiple jets (I first was disappointed to not find a bath tub, but the shower was more relaxing than a bath! )

Very cute! Room was lovely. And someone makes the exterior look very pretty with those hanging baskets! Shuttle service to downtown and to airport was prompt and efficient. Staff were friendly. My only slight disappointment was that while it does have a restaurant (and the food was freshly cooked and good) it does not have a license to sell alcohol apparently, so no glass of wine or beer with dinner. I thought that was a bit strange. But really, it's a cute place and we would go back. After our first night we ate out elsewhere every night so we could have a drink.

Charming hotel with a personable and warm staff. Hotel shuttle was vey convenient as was having a pretty good restaurant right on site. Found a nice little walk through the woods nearby. We stay in Best Westerns all over the nation. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. No hesitancy recommending.

Our stay at Grandma's Featherbed was fantastic and the employees went over board for our comfort, very accommodating. We felt like family and would highly recommend them for your visit to Juneau. They really made our vacation and first time visit to Alaska most enjoyable. Thank you again staff.

They say the best things come in the smallest packages. Gramma's is the smallest in the BW chains and the best! It has all the modern ammenities of others and then exceeds. Walking through the door to check in I was greeted by an effecient, friendly staff who throughout my stay made me feel as if I was Grandma's favorite. Including the big bowl of candy. From the in-house restaurant for guests you can choose made to order meals that rival the finer restaurants in town. Breakfast was included in the stay. Lunch or dinner for a very reasonable price. Any meal could be eaten in the homey dining room or brought to your room. The decor felt more like an antique BnB. Each room uniquely decorated. There was a fridge, microwave and Kuerig in each room. Except for the ADA compliant room with a walk-in shower, each room had a spa tub. Ahhhhh-wonderful after a long day at work or hiking and sightseeing. The bed was not too soft, not too firm, just right with a cozy duvet and quilt. I was there 4 nights for business. I didn't use the Wi-Fi because I brought my own but did use the business center to make copies. I had none of the usual malfunctions I've found in other places. There were plenty of outlets in the room for my devices to charge. They accepted a Fed-Ex delivery for me and put it in my room for safekeeping while I was out. Highly reccommend getting spoiled at Gramma's when visiting Juneau.

If you are heading to Juneau this is a great experience. Not good for families as I believe all suites are only one bed but for one or two people, really fabulous. The staff, the breakfast (included in stay) and the atmosphere is worth every penny you spend.

The room and service were amazing, the food was also great. We will definitely recommend this to everyone, it was a good experience. And the Biscuits and Gravy are the best in town!

Very cute and comfortable place to stay. The bed was extremely comfy. The jacuzzi and shower head were very nice with plenty of hot water. Pricey for me, but worth it for a treat or if I have the time to sit down for breakfast in the morning. Bluberry pancakes were delicious but bacon was burnt. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hard not to like the place. It does have the "grandma's" feel to it, but also a chain hotel. I stayed in a small room, likely their smallest, on the first floor. Arrival was rocky, as I called for shuttle and missed it, so I waited a bit more before checking in. Caught it next time, and I likely had just missed him rolling through the taxi lane. Asked the shuttle driver about dinner and he told me the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes. He called and they stayed open for me and I placed an order when right when I arrived and had it brought to my room. That was awesome. The food was good too, crab ravioli. The room was nicely setup with modern amenities and a grandma's atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not flat, and it was clean and smelled nice. But the shower. The shower was worth it alone. Super good water pressure, large shower head, hand sprayer, and 4 body jets and tons of room. 3 total knobs to turn, 1 being the temp valve, but I'll leave the rest for you to decipher and laugh about. Very very nice. After settling in the front desk lady came and told me she was reducing the rate on my bill because this was their smaller room, at no request of mine. That is always good I'd say. Breakfast was good, continental with a kitchen option for $10. Food was better than typical hotel expectations with real milk for the coffee and tea. Enjoyed my stay, and my shower, and I think you would to.

Very unique rooms with big jetted tubs. Not a fancy place. Clean rooms, friendly, accommodating staff and great cooked to order breakfast included. Shuttle took us downtown, to marina and airport, available 24 hours. Definitely had a grandmas house vibe with the decor and smell of the place.

One of the best hotels in juneau if you can get a room they only have 14 all suites with jacuzzi tubs.

This is a very nice place. I stayed for 11 nights. The owner and employees are very welcoming and friendly, and the free cook to order breakfast is very good. This is my first time to Juneau, and this place came recommended. The room that I was in had a jet tub, micro, and a frig. High quality furniture and a homey environment. The only this was finding the hotel. The sign was not your typical BW sign, so I drove right by it at first. The internet worked good most of the time, but had to be reset one time.

Wonderful room, great service from the staff and better than average breakfast because of made to order instead of just continental breakfast. Easy access from airport and to get to Mendelhall Glacier.

Good location near airport, staff accommodating, shuttle service is great to get not only to/from airport but also to downtown Juneau.

I love to go here just for breakfast. The staff members are all courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and the food is home cooking with a professional presentation, though the menu is small. There is always a quaint yet varied and fresh breakfast buffet in the center of the dining room. Great place for a sit-down with friends and family alike.

Nice hotel close to Juneau airport, although about 10 minutes to downtown area. Free shuttle provided. Very good breakfast included (not just a continental breakfast buffet). Very quaint and more like a B&B than a hotel.

The staff was really great, with the exception of the $190 security hold (which I had to wait 5 days after check out to get back). The jacuzzi tub, coziness, and town shuttle made up for the security hold inconvenience.

The room was amazing, the services was excellent. The food was great, we had steaks with mashed potatoes and it was delicious. The room was very clean and they brought us breakfast to the room. We now plan to go to this place for every anniversary.

I travel approx 200 days per year and was so impressed by this place. Staff was amazing, food was excellent and accomadations were above expectations. I was only there 2 nights but from what I experienced was very impressed. I don't usually comment good or bad but this place deserves recognition. Will definitely return and recommend to others. Keep up the good work.

This is our first trip to Juneau, and the staff at Grandma's has made us feel like family. Tonight the chef went out of her way to prepare salmon fish and chips for us using her own recipe. It was the best meal of the trip and the best battered fish we've ever had.

I don't know why this is only rated two stars. The room was roomy. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious jacuzzi. The breakfast that came with the room was fantastic. The staff there are wonderful. This is our favorite anniversay B&B to stay at.

Nice rooms and affordable price. Me and my family are Looking forward to our next stay there.
