We took the double queen bed Room. Room was spacious and clean. Our receptionist was Joseph was helpful. He helped us find a great spot and gave us timings for the Aurora. Made it a successful trip for us.

This lodging used to be called Motel Nord Haven. My family of 4 stayed here a night after leaving Denali Park. This motel style lodge is 13 miles north of the park entrance in Healy. Since it is a little further, the prices are lower than lodging right outside the park. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. Hot bfast and Wi-Fi are included. The only downside is that the rooms do not have A/c but are equipped with fans (it was warm in early 8/2017 when we stayed here). Overall, this was a very good option if you are visiting Denali and have a rental car.

Very comfortable environment and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were nice, comfortable and it felt like we were tucked away into the woods. Close to everything.

The hotel was alright, but not great. It doesn't have air conditioning, and it was eighty degrees the night we were there. Even with a small fan and an open window, it was uncomfortably warm. There was a free breakfast with sausage and bacon which was a nice surprise.

Nord Haven was a phenomenal good surprise and value. Since it was the "only game in town" on May 4, we took a chance, but frankly did not expect very much. Not to worry! Our room was spotlessly clean and neat, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was very quiet and was right next door to "Rose's Cafe". Which was quite satisfactory. While the motel was basic, the attention to detail was evident-good carpentry, nice finishes to walls, floors, bathrooms. We would look no further in a repeat visit.

Very clean, comfy. Far enough off the highway to be peaceful without being a trek to get there. Continental breakfast would have given it that 5th star :)

I think we may have been the only guests that evening. It was spotless, no smells and felt very new and fresh. The front desk lady was helpful and pleasant. The rooms were plenty spacious with comfortable beds. There are even communal games and books for borrowing. Very reasonable price.

Great place with lots of outlets and great lighting. Friendly front desk Beds and pillows are great — nice and firm. Quilted bedspread is cozy and warm. Highly recommend staying here if travel takes you out this way.
