My room here was large and relatively well-decorated. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was somewhat impressive when compared to some other Holiday Inn Express locations. The only complaint I have with this hotel is the outlets on the lamps didn't work. I had to unplug the Keurig to charge my phone.

Will not visit this Holiday Inn again. The first room had black mold in the bathroom and the 2nd room had so much moisture being held in the bathroom after a hot showers showed evidence pf mildew starting to turn into mold. The ventilation system is not good at all. Totally disgusted with the quality of the rooms. Very relaxed staff as well as if they had nothing to do. Well I was some what okay with the manager not believing me and going behind me to check my mold complaint.

The hotel was very clean both the lobby and the rooms. The staff was very polite, friendly, and respectful. I will definitely be back…

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Quick check-in. The shuttle is a big plus! The beds are the most comfortable I have ever been in, the only thing I was missing was a big blanket.

The staff was amazing all around, from the people at the check-in desk to the maids… Extremely family friendly, their pool was closed when we stayed, but they have a 'sister' hotel next door, so she called and told them we were coming to swim. Very clean and nice rooms.

Can I rate this a 0? My husband was trapped in the elevator with an expired certification for almost an hour. Had to call the fire department for himself. No management or maintenance on site. And we have yet to hear from anyone! The worst!

Kim the front desk agent has terrible, customer service skills. The phone rang twenty times and when she finally came to the front desk. She looked at me and said one moment and picked up the phone and proceeded to make a reservation that lasted ten minutes. She never acknowledged me to apologize nor did she ask the customer on the other line of she could give a courtesy call back in a few minutes. Simply rude and then to find out that she's perhaps over the front desk! It's appalling… wow maybe Ascent Hospitality LLC should rethink that choice.

Love Holiday Inn express. Always stay there when we travel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was what I expect when I stay.

My friends and I enjoyed our entire stay! Anndrea and Khadijah was VERY helpful, nice, friendly and welcoming an we appreciate it! The complimentary fruits, cookies and popcorn was a nice plus for me. The shuttle bus to the casino was nice also. Beds slept GREAT, breakfast was GREAT, and Overall 5 Stars For Me!

Decent place. But, the room was musty smelling. I’d rather smell cigarette smoke than mold and/or mildew. Staff was friendly but I didn’t get my receipt under my door as usual.

Good for a hotel, and average for a Holiday Inn Express. Slight confusion at the front desk, but all was resolved. Clean rooms.

Check in was SUPER fast. Beds are extremely comfortable. Room was clean. I love that it’s a non smoking hotel. Great service!

Staff is Kind, they go out of their way to accomidate your needs. Breakdast is good and fresh, coffee, cookies thruout the day. Clean clean clean and pet friendly.

Overpriced but worth it. Front desk was great nice personality and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious although I was only there for 3 hours my stay was comfortable.

We just checked into our room here and Michelle was very awesome! However I found three hairs in my bed so I don’t think the sheets were changed, she did give me new sheets so I could change them, but also the room was very dusty, around the base of the toilet was dirty, and the floors were not vacuumed well. The amenities and little food shop was nice. Overall great experience for the value of money we spent except the house keeper must have been feeling lazy this day.

This Holiday Inn has almost all of the accommodations you would want for this price range. The staff is really friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Michelle the night manager was the sweetest thing. The girl running the breakfast in the morning was also fantastic. The beds are super comfy. All around a great place to stop off on my trip down and even stopped in at the casino which is across the street.

Room was real clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. Everything was fresh, hot, clean, and convenient on the breakfast bar. I loved the trays used to carry breakfast to your room to eat. A great place to sleep and have breakfast.

Look elsewhere — Went with the reviews on this website and thought this would be the normal, nice Holiday Inn Express. It was filthy! Hairs in the bed (did get them to change the sheets), dirt and dust and grime everywhere else. Breakfast both days was cold and overcooked. Someone smoked in their room and it went through the vent to our room. I know that isn't their fault, just a bad experience overall. There are several other hotels in the area — suggest you try them.

Great stay, pet friendly, free breakfast, and shuttle to casino. There needs to be rules posted about dogs being in the food area. Specifically not being picked up near the food.

The room was great. Breakfast wasn't bad at all. But, they had a shortage of towels. Which was kind of odd. Other than that, this is a great place to stay if you can't get a room at the casino.

I am a bit disappointed this time. The carpet has been cleaned but it's also wet. Not what you'd expect when taking off your shoes only to soak your socks. Yucky feeling. The sleeper sofa has a very big hole in it as shown in the picture. The receptionist was AWESOME and very apologetic. They had no other room to put us in. She was also kind enough to give us the dryer for the floor. We can't hear television right now, but we will survive. I don't want to stress over it, but this is not what I imagined after a long tiresome day and travels.

The room was clean. Turned the heater on and it blew dust everywhere. Extremely noisy whine. Had to turn it off at night. Ppl working nights were coming in at 2 and 3am and blaring their tv's. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in a nice location. Easy to find.

Pool was still warm staff was amazingly friendly we loves Brittany, Andrea, and Mrs. Carlee. The fitness center could use a little help but still pretty awesome. Loved that there were a few fast food places with in walking distance.

The room was nice clean and big it was also right by the elevator so I didn't have to walk far to my room.

Very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast is ok, could be better but not much to complain about though. I must really commend the staff, they were kind enough to wave the pet fees for us since we evacuated due to Irma.

Great rooms with a great bed and everything else you may need. A lot of food places right around the hotel as well and it's right across the street from the Wind Creek casino which is great.

Needed a room last minute, Michele at the desk was awesome. Smiles made me feel welcome even if it was almost midnight. Room was very comfortable, clean, and location was convenient. Attention to detail was nice like the pillowcases being labeled firm or soft and all actually matching the firmness of the pillow. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice and cold and clean when we arrived and the pool was clean and nice. Wake up call at 4:30am as requested. I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn express again. Close to the airport.

The hotel was easy to find the habitasiones Stephen group I the service excellent.

I loved the hotel, the employees were very nice and helpful. I loved the way I could take my poodle with me. The beds are the greatest. If we are ever in the area again that is where we will stay.

Well for one, I'm a night auditor there, and I give 100% to assure you're comfortable and have all you need. I make breakfast early for workers and early departures​, about 4:30, not 6am. We have comfy cozy rooms, great southern hospitality is shown by myself and our front desk ladies. We offer 24 hr shuttle service to and from Wind Creek Casino​. We are what you're looking for, for leisure, pleasure, and business.

A very clean, efficient Holiday Inn. The rooms are new and clean. The staff is efficient and professiinal. Breakfast was a quality continental breakfast with hot and cold options. On the night I arrived I was greeted by a member of management who was inviting guests to a reception with pizza and beverages. Very close to the local Casino (right across the street) and dining options. I would go out of my way in business travel to stay here again!

Pet deposit says $50 at check in (actually $57 with tax) and Internet says you get $25 back but they said its all non refundable when you pay?! Not a huge deal but should say it's refundable if it's not. We literally stayed overnight to sleep so that was a bummer. Breakfast was great! Rooms are nice and clean. Refrigerator doesn't really work in room.

Overall experience was good. I booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out sofa sleeper to accommodate my family comfortably and upon checking in they said they did not have that room type available.

Check in is at 3 well I got here at like 12 and got me in to a room the staff is AMAZING! The front desk ladies was super nice the best front desk ladies I have ever meet drove 7 hr all by myself and when I got here I was already ha ring a blast just walking in the door of the hotel had me laughing I went up the elevator looking for my room (I couldn't remember what room I was in so I was looking for my room key) one of the staff members was trying to help me find what room I was in the room was extremely clean well taken care of I love this hotel will definitely put a highly highly highly recommended hotel for this area.

Its a nice hotel, but the staff seems very untrained… I booked a room about 1 hour before arriving at the hotel. Paid in full!. Went to check in and I and my 3 young sons were made to wait about 45 min before getting into my room.

Non smoking but front door CLOGGED with smokers. Disgusting.

Very nice, clean, and quiet hotel located near I-65, restaurants, and the Wind Creek Casino. Room was spacious with a king bed, couch, and new TV. Continental breakfast had lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.

It was ok just needed a better shower like a walk in shower but the room was ok.

Wish I could give no stars. Stayed there on business a few days ago, and while it was decent enough, the fact that they are incapable/unwilling to provide me with a receipt of my charges is a huge deal to me, since I need that to get reimbursed by my company. Just about soured me on Holiday Inns in general.
