We Love the indoor pool! Very nice and the staff is great. The rooms are lovely.

Travelled solo. Nice clean king room. Courteous and friendly staff. Wide array of breakfast foods, hot coffee, and a "corner store" well stocked. Lovely and restful 2 night stay.

Stopped in for a quick overnight stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and perfectly sufficient for what I needed. The breakfast was a little basic but freshly made.

We had a great time! Food was good in the mornings! I didn't catch the ladies name that check us in but she was super adorable and pregnant! She was super nice! This was our first trip in 4 years alone without children and it was so nice to have a clean place to stay! PLUS the casino was right across the street so super close! The only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because we asked twice for more towels and the housekeeping guy said " they didn't have any because they were all dirty" the way he said it made it sound like an excuse. I have a feeling he just didn't want to go get any. And then after we left we were charged extra. I called they said it would come off in a few days. SO we will see about that. But as for everything else it was great! King sized bed was super awesome!

Hotel was very nice. One of the nicest Fairfield Inns I have ever stayed with. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Pool area was well kept and clean but pool is extremely chlorinated! The main draw back of this hotsl. Is the overall location. It is fairly isolated, but does have a few fast food restaurants near by.

This is the quietest hotel I have stayed @. It was awesome. The bed was comfortable. The room was a little bit smaller than I expected but it was big enough. The room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was pretty average for a hotel. One con is that the bathroom door didn't close all the way.

Room are nice and clean. We have a great breakfast ever in our 6 days road trip. Stuff are very friendly and pro. Highly recommend!

Very clean! Comfortable beds! There's a gym, an indoor pool, and friendly staff. Also it's the very best complimentary hotel breakfast I've had yet, lots of healthy options. I will be looking for Fairfield Inn on future trips!

Very friendly front desk and breakfast bar setup personnel. Housekeeping personnel need guidance. Room amenities were not replenished properly during the entire multi-night stay. Yes, as I have read, it is difficult to locate due to the traffic pattern, but that is shared by every business in this immediate area. Upon arrival, there were multiple pickup trucks in the parking lot with individuals outside them openly drinking beer & being loud. We thought it was an incidental thing but discovered it happened EVERY afternoon over a multi-day stay here. You had better enjoy fast food because there are no restaurants in the immediate area except for the casino across the road. When we booked our stay during the week, we were told a fixed nightly rate. Upon checkout, we found they charged us a higher rate for Friday night. Response was because we fell into the weekend rate. I understand but you shouldn't have quoted me a standard rate then jack it up as we leave.

Very quiet environment. Indoor pool is nice and big. Very clean hotel. But I am an outdoors country girl. The best part of the stay was walking around the big lake that is in the back of hotel. They planted grass beds and stocked with fish. Soon it will be some good fishing.

Blow dryer all melted, real scary looking. Nice lobby otherwise average.

Stayed here over the weekend (11/25) the room was supposed to be a KING suite but the KING was smaller than what we have at home and any other king we have slept in. Called to make sure it was the right room of course we were told it was a KING. Next problem, my husband let out the sofa bed for our daughter as I was getting ready to put the sheet on it I saw it was dirty. It looked like cheese puffs or Cheetos were wiped on it and NO it wasn't washed. Last problem, I went in the bathroom I noticed hair on the floor and in the shower so that means the housekeeper didn't clean the bathroom. I would have took pictures but my daughter wasn't feeling good plus it was late.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend it!

Cleaning crew needs to step up. Dirty floors at checkin and check out on ground floor. Room had toilet seat lifted upon entry to bathroom as if left from previous guest. Two towels were actually visibly dirty with one having a brown smear on it. Shower curtain had visible stains on it and no liner so when showering the bathroom flooded. Around toilet there are multiple scratches and scuff marks along with wallaper that is stained from toilet issues. Toilet sits too close to wall to sit comfortably and toilet paper holders create more issues with their odd placement. Cigarette ashes in floors multiple places in lobby areas. Scuff marks and dirty stains on uncleaned floors in lobby around elevator and check in area. I booked a king bed with confirmed reservation and was told that it was no longer available. This hotel has beautiful details but the cleaning crew needs to do their job.

It's a comfortable hotel just off the highway. Plenty of places nearby for a snack. Hot breakfast included. Plenty of parking outside.

Very nice and comfortable room. The staff was great.

No TV connection and cable person wasn't due till the next day. Needed to do laundry as we were half way through the vacation but the front desk had no change for the machines. We were told to go down the road to the gas station. Wanted to pay in cash but your hotel doesn't allow cash only credit. No Kleenex in room. To top it all off we stayed on the 3rd floor and upon getting ready to leave the next morning your one and only elevator was out of service! It was the hotel from h# One of the worst hotel experience we've ever had and they would not discount anything.

Everything about out stay was great and beyond my expectations. Breakfast was delicious, the beds were very comfortable and three staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Excellent service, friendly staff. Good location just off I-65 and across the street from the Wind Creek casino. They operate a shuttle to and from the casino for hotel guests.

The room is nice, and the view out of the back of the hotel is beautiful. Three ladies at the front desk are awesome. The ladies at breakfast are also very attentive. The room service is not all that great, however, which is a big part of the stay.

Was disappointed in the staff and rooms appeared to have details of simple cleaning missing. Ice bucket was full of water like it hadn't been emptied. Breakfast was okay but coffee at the breakfast bar was thin you could see the bottom of the cup will be avoiding this hotel on any future trips down. Very disorganized.

The initial reservations were great. Once we arrived our rooms were waiting for us. As the night progressed things got worse. One room of three started to leak from the sealing. When we advised the front desk we were told "sorry for YOUR problem". This happened to be the room 2 small children were in and at 10 pm they had to move rooms to the secons floor. Once they got to the room they discovered urine in the toilet and what looked like facial shavings all over the sink. About 45 minutes later the phone rang to inform them the room charge had been refunded to the visa card, well a visa card was not used so they refunded someone elses room. When they told the front desk this they said to trytry and find the person who got refunded and see if they will pay cash to them. The next morning at 645am one of the other three rooms had knocks on the door for repairs to the room, but it was not even the right room for repairs to be completed. Got woken up at 645 to tell them wrong room.

Nice and new hotel. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Eggs weren't replenished and they were out of fruit. The fridge with the milk and yogurt didn't feel particularly cold. The coffee was terrible — weak with coffee grounds. Had to go to McDonald's.

They were able to get us a room on short notice. They even brought up a roll away bed despite being swamped at the front office. Although we didn't use them, there were two nice TVs in the room.

Atmore is a small town off the beaten path. The Fairfield Inn was built roughly 8 months ago. The room was fresh and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but we did notice that the dining area and preparation was quite nice.

We checked out a day early. We could not sleep. For a new facility there are a few broken/and or ill repaired items.

Veniamos of past the town of atmore, alabama, and we arrived at 22:30, elpersonal the frontdesk were very helpful, the room was very clean, had towels enough and the weather working perfectly. The beds were comfortable. The. Breakfast the next morning was very complete and taste decent. The price was competitive vs the rest of the market, which was located in that area. Stayed biem satosfechos.

Very disappointed. Just stayed here. The breakfast was gross. The smoke detector in the room periodically went off. The bathroom in the room had hair in the bathtub. Just very disappointed for what we paid. They play rap over the speakers near the elevators which I thought was inappropriate for younger guests.
