One word… Awesome! I have had the pleasure of staying here on three separate occasions for company business and no complaints. This location is actually 45 minutes from my office but I prefer this staff, so I don't mind the drive at all. I absolutely fell in love with the night attendant Kel (while in town I usually pull 12+ he shifts, so I had more interaction with him. )

Great experience. Michelle was hands down amazing! She was busy busy busy, but took her time to take care of everyone. She is hands down an exceptional employee! Great hotel. Nice & clean. Easy check in & out. Highly recommend.

Have been staying here three years running for our regional convention. Love it here. Will be back next year too if the convention is booked in the same spot.

Great staff, breakfast spread is good for being free. Rooms are nicely decorated, and the beds are comfortable. Pool is open, looks great and they serve cookies Mon-Thurs.

Front desk clerks r extremely nice, great breakfast, good Java, nice room, fast check in, no 3 Rd floor ice. Good vending only on 1st floor.

Great staff, breakfast spread is good for being free. Rooms are nicely decorated, and the beds are comfortable. Pool isn't open and looks a little murky.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good for your standard free hotel breakfast.

First thing I noticed when I arrived is that it smells like cigarette smoke in the lobby. The front desk attendant was very friendly and thankfully it didn’t smell like smoke in my room. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and while there was a fridge in the room, it wasn’t cold.

During my stay on Friday April 6, 2018, The AC/Heating unit in my room sounded like a C-5 Galaxy taking off. The electric outlet on the lamp came out as I was using it. The left elevator, as you face them was stuck with the door open and the alarm was sounding. The certificate inside the elevator expired February 2, 2017. HUGE SAFETY RISK! LASTLY, while eating breakfast, a man was walking in the dining area BARE FOOTED! YUCK!

Very nice. Hotel was neat and clean very up-to-date and the staff was really nice also. Breakfast was great. Coffee was fresh always. The room was large and much up-to-date.

Breakfast was super here. Good omletes and potatoes. Fruit was good, not mushy like other places. Staff very friendly.

Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job cleaning rooms everyday. The breakfast buffet was great, too.

Nice Hampton inn but I had some issues with the TV and AC that we're an issue the first night. The TV blinked in and out constantly but I was too tired to change rooms. The AC is controlled at the unit and seemingly has nothing to do with the wall thermostat. I figured out both issues and my subsequent nights were much better.

Great hotel with clean rooms. Water was as hot as you needed it. Beds were very soft, comfortable and clean. For the price paid this is a great hotel in a good area.

Very friendly staff and good clean lodgings. Breakfast was good mix between a couple hot items and pantry items. Spa tub was large enough to fit two people comfortably.

Good hotel, accessibility is a little difficult. Getting in and out is quite a pain as the location it is in is difficult to get to the to construction on the roads nearby. Heating and A/C unit is very annoyingly loud.

Comfortable beds and AC, well stocked bathroom, pretty good internet, good breakfast. Front desk has cookies every once in a while. There were some ladybugs in our curtains though.

Not as many amenities compared to other Hampton Inns at which I've stayed. Location is conveniently near the Arsenal gate. No complimentary happy hour. Room was fine. Complimentary breakfast was worth 3 stars and served on paper plates.

Solid Hampton Inn. No fuss, no muss. Caters to the Arsenal crowd (I'm sure. ) Maybe a minor glitch here and there (age) but the price is right and the staff is first rate. The highway is under construction. Pay attention to the map posted in the lobby and it's no problem.

Nice clean place to stay. Close to lots of places. Construction on Interstate makes for interesting ways to get around but hotel is great. Friendly staff. Great breakfast!

We came from STL. Booked a reservation for two queens, the hotel was quiet but when we arrived there were no clean rooms. Gabby who was AMAZING is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. She found us a room at their sister property and comped the night. She was very friendly and provided excellent guest service. Shout out to Gabby!

The amenities were perfect for what we needed. The continental breakfast was good. There was cereal, waffles, omelettes, sausage, seasoned potato bites, oatmeal, bagels, biscuits and gravy, English muffins, and assorted breakfast pastries. To drink, there was apple juice, coffee, milk, orange juice, cranberry juice, and hot chocolate. The hotel has free cookies throughout the day. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. Our only complaints were that the air conditioner was loud starting up and the water took a minute or two to warm up. We would recommend this hotel to others.

Ask for the renovated rooms. Cleanliness has gone downhill since our last visits in 2013. Very disappointing. It's fine for most travelers, but I have severe sensitivity and allergies & I chose to Lysol sanitized the entire room, every item & piece of furniture, frig, microwave, hair dryer, full bathroom & floors, and the remote was pretty nasty. Vent in bathroom is full of debris and buildup. Tub slow draining. But, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS & HAS ALWAYS BEEN BEYOND EXCELLENT! Housekeeping really needs to step it up. We will not be returning to any Hampton Inns again due to neglect in housekeeping. Sad, but this one and the one we stayed in last night were both sub-par compared to our previous extensive experiences with Hampton Inn Hotels.

Modern and well kept hotel with a gracious and accommodating staff. My working team was bounced from another hotel closer to our client because they were overbooked and rebooked here. The Hampton agreed to keep us, for an additional night so we didn't have to move back and honored the discount rate we had without question. Nice breakfast and coffee.

Decent room. It was clean and updated. Breakfast was good and choices were fairly decent.

Rooms are nice and clean. Friendly desk service. Location is decent: not too far from downtown and the Southside. I had no problems.

This is my 4th visit and I was welcomed back like an old friend. Breakfast is good and plentiful and my room though showing some age is clean and comfortable. Slept soundly my first night which usually doesn't happen.

We got there fairly late at night as the Hampton Inn in Hampton Cove was without power so we were forced to stay elsewhere but even without a reservation at the Arsenal/South Hampton we were checked in quickly and received a reasonable rate. The staff was polite and friendly. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but it was nothing that would keep me from staying there again. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Clean room, close to good restaurants, convenient to Redstone Arsenal. Good takeout breakfasts.

Worst service I have experienced with a hotel I have ever had. I was there for a two week business trip in Huntsville and I stayed at this nasty hotel only because it was close to the base. The first few days I had been getting bites on my legs and on my back, come to find out that those were bed bugs or fleas the GM "didn't really know". The most positive experience I had was them changing me rooms. After my stay a few short days later I noticed that I got an extra $250.00 charged to my room, and so did my co-worker. This $250.00 fee was for smoking in the room, which I am not a smoker never have and never will be and neither is my co — worker. When trying to resolve this issue they told me they found ash in the room, which obviously was not true since we are not smokers. For two days I tried to talk to the GM Ms. Brown who not a truthful person. Ms. Brown was suppose to call me back, which she never did. So of course I call back the next day trying to resolve this issue and she refused to speak to me or my co — worker. All in all this hotel will be ran into the ground if Ms. Brown is still the GM she is rude, not trustworthy, and unprofessional! The rest of the staff we dealt with was great!
