Staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms are very clean and comfy. Love the kitchenette… full size fridge! Pet friendly also. Ask about the pass for the bigger off site gym!

Aside from being bothered by staff despite having the DND on the door, this place was reasonably clean and well-kept. However the maintenance crew who were installing new window treatments (the reason for being bothered) appear to have used the recliner in the room as a "ladder" and broke it.

Lovely rooms. Great service. Just unfortunate there is no breakfast.

Serviceable. Nothing great but nothing terrible. Probably one of the best places to stay if traveling with a pet, only a $15 pet fee.

Had everything I needed. Really comfortable beds too. They have like a mini store with an honor system to put money in a slot. I would definitely stay again!

Everything you need at a low rate. Allow pets for very small fee. Clean, friendly. They don't make up your bed every day, but you can get fresh linens any time you like. No free breakfast, but a mini kitchen that you can make your own breakfast in for less.

Great location. Right near bridge street and lots of food. Top golf is nearby as well.

Arrived after a 5 hour drive to find out my room had been cancelled. Chalk it up to technical difficulties. Bothersome, but I'm easy. "Stuff" happens. Unfortunately the room I had been assigned was right next to the welcome desk, not recommended unless you like to overhear conversations with newly arriving guests or the small talk as other guests walk in and out. I didn't mind though. I was awake early enough that it didn't bother me. What did bother me is that for the two nights I stayed the Sasquatch in the room above me felt it was necessary to alert me anytime "it" was awake. "Its" heavy feet pounded the floor anytime it was walking around and the occasional this as if it was asking too much to place something on the floor instead of dropping/throwing it. THIS is what woke me. Not the random conversations outside my room or even my alarm… Sasquatch. Other than that the room was clean and bed was comfy, oh… and the volume down and channel down button didn't work on TV remote. Perfect. Side note: not sure what the pennies on top of the framed photo meant, but I added to the collection.

The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Dan at the front desk was especially awesome, he even helped play a friendly practical joke on a coworker! I travel full time and it's rare to find such outstanding customer service!

Hookers circling the place and staying in the suites, pretty sure they work *for* the hotel. Things missing from the room after we would leave and come back. The tubs don't drain, the water pressure is awful, and the cleaning staff don't clean anything. There's never clean towels ready. No breakfast either (they have a pantry to buy junk food but no *real* food) and the coffee sucks.

5 stars because it is exactly what you expect from a Candlewood. Nice sized clean room, functioning AC and appliances, comfortable bed, good-sized desk, etc. Small fitness center but with multiple treadmills. Only down side was shower water pressure was low and it really isn't walking distance to anything.

Get what you pay for but in a great spot for activities.

The Manager was so helpful, the staff displayed remarkable customer service skills, the ground were manicured, building interior was clean and quiet. I would stay there again and recommend this location to family and friends. Much Thanks to them. Their kindness was appreciated.

Very pleasant staff, my room and bathroom was clean. I had a studio apartment style room and there were more than enough amenities and the half-kitchen was great to have. The hotel is far enough away from the highway not to hear it but close enough to hop on and get to several attractions in Huntsville. Full fridge is a great addition. The only issue I have is that the walls are thin. Heard conversations next door but no worse than any other hotel. The check-in procedure was okay and at the price of $95 a night (through Priceline) it is a bargain.

Won't get too detailed over some issues I had here but there are better extended stays in huntsville for alot cheaper and cleaner I would look around first before picking this place.

The room was clean and there was plenty of water pressure. Front desk staff was friendly. This was my first visit here. I did not like the lack of options for sleeping arrangements. All rooms have a single queen bed. Some have a pull out couch which is not ideal for shared rooms on business travel. I was annoyed that the hotel has no ice maker. The in room refrigerator generated only enough ice over night for a single driving glass.

Excellent room experience. Clean, comfortable, fully loaded suite. The only issue is the drapes don't cover the window so you can't block out the light or keep people from looking in your room. Otherwise it would get 5 stars.

Great rates. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. There's nothing bad at all to say about this hotel. Highly recommended!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! It is a DUMP! No cleaning service at all. Hallways are dumped with air freshener and smell TERRIBLE. They even want you to take the trash out. The only thing good about the hotel is the Wi-Fi connection. If you are paying for a full service hotel, why am I doing all the work? Makes no sense. Went to the front desk and the clerk wouldn't even come to the counter. She asked me from 15 feet away, where I can only see her forehead, if I needed something. If I didn't need something, I wouldn't be standing there. The thermostat in the room doesn't work. Mold in my sink and on the AC. Totally unacceptable. Surprised there aren't bed bugs! Stay FAR away if you can. There are CLEAN places that offer kitchettes. Stay in one of them. You will thank yourself and be much happier. They can't even offer complementary coffee! I have NEVER seen a hotel charge for coffee. Disgusting.

Stayed one night in support of a family event the next morning. Check in was quick and informative. Room was very comfy and clean. Very quiet and felt as though there may have been sound proofing in the walls. Check out equally as efficient as check in.

Employees were helpful and rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

The actual room was a most pleasant surprise of comfort and style. Everything in the room was very clean, neat, and cozy. I would have given five stars however the entry when you first come in and the foyer was not as clean and had a slight stench in the air, a slight odor. But once I got in the room I was very very pleased.

Great staff, quiet location, on site gym and laundry available at no extra cost. Kitchenette in every room (that I have seen) and spacious enough for up to 4 people in a room.

I enjoyed that they had a full kitchen area and a very large bathroom. I really enjoyed that you could rent movies for free, games, and whatever else that you needed for your room. I would return and plus everything was very clean.

The set up for the room was nice with good friendly service from the staff! But, the room itself had a terrible odor! That was the only thing that bothered us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and a decent location, it's a very nice place to stay if you're here for an extended stay. They don't serve free breakfast but the full fridge and the accommodations are nice enough to make your own breakfast. Haven't had to deal with any noise and the staff, again, have been very helpful. Would stay here again.

The room was exactly what I needed EXCEPT. They place handicapped room all the way at the end of the hall (quite a ways with a walker) and the room key that was supposed to open the outside exit close to room did not work at all, so had to make that long walk multiple times. And only handicap parking is at front door. The key barely worked to open room.
The staff was friendly, the bed was sooo comfortable. Quiet area so no highway noise. Except for key and room location, was a great stay.

The hotel is in a semi weird spot but very nice. The staff was friendly and the room was big and well set up. Good job folks. I'll be back.

Helpful desk staff, centrally located near major access highways for Huntsville and Madison find seem to be recently renovated always a good night's sleep.

I cannot say enough good things about candlewood suites. The staff was phenomenal. Everyone from the front desk workers, the maids in the hallways and the people on smoke breaks behind the building. Everyone was incredibly nice to us. We had our 10 month old daughter and miniature schnauzer with us during this stay. While I was at work the staff offered to help my wife with getting the baby and dog to the car. They went above and beyond. Great place to stay!

I did not stay but my brother did and I visited. Loved all of the suite features, the large room, the color, and the optional rental store in the lobby for games and movies!

Do know, this is more of an extended stay hotel than the average hotel. With that in mind, our stay was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient and the price was reasonable. Since it's geared towards extended stays, there is no free breakfast and no daily maid service. You do get a small kitchen with several appliances and a full fridge with an ice maker. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Do check this place out!

Problems with the AC. Took the guy 2 times coming to the room to fix it and it still doesn't work right. There is no free breakfast but laundry is free. The kitchen only has 2 of everything like spoons, plates and such.

Decent, clean hotel. They do allow pets however, so u spent my entire stay listening to yapping dogs. Free laundry facilities if needed, no continental breakfast.

We were very pleased with our stay here! We only stayed one night in a one-bedroom suite (three people). The bed in the bedroom was comfy as was the pull-out couch. Two of us were running a local race, and our other friend stayed in the room to work. He got a lot of work done because the internet worked great and it was nice and quiet! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the water pressure was awesome. Last of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The girl who checked us in was particularly nice, and we enjoyed chatting with her. Highly recommend this place! It's close to some good shopping and the Space Center.

We were absolutely blown away by the quality of this place, especially for the price. I'll never stay anywhere else in Huntsville.

Business stay — nice rooms, kitchenettes available with grocery nearby, friendly staff, felt safe, would stay again if I came back.

Home Away From Home. Rachel at the front desk was very friendly (to say the least). Enjoyed my eight night stay, felt like home with all the amenities. Will stay here again on my next tour through Huntsville, AL.

I stayed here on an extended business trip over the holidays talk about impressed. The staff was so friendly and helpful free washer/dryers and you could actually get to them the room was clean and modern I had a little problem and the Manager was all over it and took very good care of me. I don't see how they offer so much at such a great value. I Travel a lot on business and this was by far the best bang for my buck ever.

I don't think it's worth the price you pay for a suite. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that had complimentary breakfast, TVs that had good picture quality (a few of the decent channels were to dark to make out and could not be adjusted), and washing machines that didn't stain my clothes. The location is not bad. It's located near Redstone, Defense Acquisition University, and a shopping center with some food options. Overall, my next trip to Huntsville will be in a different hotel.

The people that work the front of this hotel need to go back and take a course in public relations! I've staying in hotels all over the south and Midwest and theses are the rudest and overbearing hotel management I've ever came across! Who ever came up with the system for giving out towels and toilet paper, and paper towels had to have severed time in PRISON! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY TOWELS, PAPER TOWELS, OR TOILET PAPER UNLESS YOU HAND THE OLD TOWELS AND THE CARDBOARD ROULETTE FOR THE PAPER! The rooms don't get cleaned everyday and when you ask for a vacuum cleaner, and brooms and cleaning supplies to do it ur self they act like what the hell do you need that for we come around once a week! THE VERY WORST HOTEL I'VE EVERY STAYED AT AND AT HOTELS 300+ says a year so I've seen them all! Don't even pull in the parking lot of this place to turn around stay on the street! They might suck you in with a tracker beam or something! Run.

Haven't tried this one, but the Candlewood Suites in Indianapolis, IN was one of the best Hotels I have ever been to in my life hands down. The staff was extremely courteous. HBO channels. They do not charge extra if you grab the water and popcorn in the room. Beds were very comfortable with awesome scent refreshing sheets. If there are any bad roach reviews of the one in Indiana, then those folks are taking the roaches with them.
