Cleanliness: The hotel and room were mostly clean, but the toilet had not been cleaned, and the toiletries and amenities had not been replaced.

All are Excellence.
Recomended, food are awesome, room area spacious and clean and the area are amazing.

We stayed here for 10 days as a couple and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

Ok hotel in useful location, but some issues. Stayed 4 nights, first room toilet seat not attached to toilet. Changed room, to better larger room.

Excellent location, right across the street from Ulu Cami. The hotel is quaint and nice, with a comfortable lounge area. I stayed twice.

The hotel is clean, organized, very quiet, and has an excellent location, convenient and close to the market.

We are five adults and a child. We got two rooms with breakfast for 2, 500TL. The rooms are clean and the receptionist is very respectful.

The first and the most important thing is very cleanly, and the behaviors of staff is very good also service is fantastic.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and could speak Indonesian, which made communication easy.

Since I've checked in I was surprised about the front desk, they treated me respectfully and over my staying in the hotel I've asked about few things like changing one bulb in the room and directions

We stay in Araz Apartment In Bursa and were so shocked at how amazing it was. The staff were so attentive. Helped us figure out where to go and how to get there. They were so kind.

This place is good to go for a family vacation. There’s a really good thermal hamam and its very hot. Thanks to all of the workers for their kindness and help.

I stayed at this service apartment for a night and I must say its a comfortable apartment. Though its Wi-Fi is little poor but its location makes it a good choice for traveler.

Cheap hotels and roof top amazing, rooms are small but good to stay.

I chose Waha Hotel to spend a night with my parents in Bursa and it was the best decision. The hotel's location is everything you can ask for. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
