The food wasn’t good at all.

Vacationing in early September. Satisfied. Cleaned every day, food is also OK. Beach had no problems, went to Icmeler and less than five minutes from the hotel there is a nice beach, saw the turtle. The centre 7 minutes by bus. Nearby a lot of shops. The staff is polite, responsive. Animation-no, we were not needed. As we went on trips. Took the tour at uncle Pasha (near the beach promenade) in cheaper. Took 3 tours Aegean Ostrava, Ostrava Cleopatra (better to take with a guide) and Ephesus very much. If you want to take away the good memories, take trips. They are not expensive.

Vacationing with 31.07.2108 — 9.08.18. The whole family (my husband, 1 adult child 14 years of age, 1 child 4 years). We took a family room (two rooms) located in a separate building. The location was good. Without disco's and entertainers, but we be suitable. We arrived at 10 a. M. And populated with 14 h. We left the bags at reception and Breakfast (although Breakfast until 10 hours, and we've never been expelled). Walked right on the beach. In 12 hours we have already placed in the family room. The room was on the 2nd floor of 5-storey building. Room very much. Two of the rooms had a balcony, where you evenings sit at the table. The bathroom had everything we needed — shower gels, shampoos, towels, toilet paper, but there wasn't a potty, as it turned out, the previous guests it brought. The hotels has 2 swimming pools for adults and children, as well as water slides (they have 2 times a day — morning from 11-12 h after lunch, 15-16 hours Children after the sea swam in the pool. In hotels the staff are very good-natured. Administrator Natalia — excellent Russian girl. In the restaurant the food is OK, has everything you need — vegetables, fruit, meat, chicken, Turkey, fish (for dinner). There were also free alcoholic drinks of local beer, Cola, Fanta, etc. In the room refrigerator had 4 bottles of water, which could be supplemented by water from the restaurant.

The rooms offer a great view to Mediteran Sea, friendly personal, good food and a very clean hotel. I recommend it!

Fab hotel. Staff were friendly amd helpf. Great beds. Spacious room. Plenty of storage space in room. Food was delicious. Right bt the beach im a brilliant location Hotel facilities were great. Nice and clean hotel. The gym was not as good as it could be bu the sauna and turkish bath was excellant followed by a massage.

Been coming here 4 times and loved it… Not anymore, the worst food, all-inclusive but apparently that means some included. Nothing for the kids vodka or gin, they ran out of gin, ran out of juice…
Head waiter Alex was acusing us of causing trouble over no gin… Until after 30 min he found out it wasn't us. Russian kids shitting by the pool, using the spoons for the food to put in there mouth before all of us afterwards had to use it, same for the juice machine. Wrecking havoc without parents or staff doing anything. Aircon not working Promised it would bee fixed… Did not… Dont go there people… They got 19 complaints the 1 day we arrived.

Good service. Clean rooms. Varied choice of food although the resort has the best eating places I have ever used and so cheap that I would never go all inclusive here unless I had children.

Good hotel, I liked it much. Everyone is very friendly. Only the Wi-Fi was very bad. You can connect, but the internet is very slow. I mean, that you can't load single page even if you wait few minutes. But everything other is great! I recommend!

Good service and food and very nice personal, and the room was very nice.

Had massage turkish bath and sauna, was great, thanks very much to everyone.

Great location, good facilities, nice pool, reasonable price but for sure cannot beconsidered as 4 star.

Cosy, cheap hotel. Friendly staff, cheap prices in the bar and restaurant.

The service is very nice. Breakfast is with alot of different food. Nice pool and pool for the kids.

The hotel was a great place to stay.

We booked a 4, 5 star hotel and got disappointed, this is more like a 3 star hotel. It's clean and the rooms are okay but that's it, there is nothing special about this hotel and the food is both expensive and tastes like heated deep frozen. The Wi-Fi is so unstable it's basically non existing… You can see that this hotel has been really classy some years ago but all that unfortunately seems to be gone now, we do not recommend this if you look for a close to 5 star experience…
