Friendly and helpful staff.

Stunning hotel, not to be confused with it's sister hotel next door (Venus Hotel). It looks a little out of place with the surrou ding buildings, but once inside, you forget the dusty run down surroundings. Spotlessly clean, excellent rooms, well appointed, staff friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and tailored to many tastes, didn't suit all, but it was well maintained. Didn't have dinner at the hotel… wish we had, as the place we chose wasn't very good at all.

Great hotel! Beautiful architecture, nicely designed rooms. Very clean and the staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. All that for an unbelivable price.

We couldn’t believe the value for money at this beautiful hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. The staff all seemed to be family and all really keen to ensure their guests had a nice time. We just loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Rooms were spotless and to a very high standard. The pool was great and breakfast gave a large selection of lovely dishes.

Staff was great. Great welcome from the time we walked in. Free transport from hotel to thermal pools. Walking distance back from thermal pools and center. We booked a family suit (2 bedrooms). One bedroom overlooking the pool the other the street. Villa type hotel with an awsome breakfast. One pool operating while the other close. Will definitely stay again.

Good family run hotel and reasonably priced. Excellent rooms and swimming pool. Decent food but the beef steak was a little tough and the wine too warm so only 4 stars.

Can definitely agree with the previous comments now that this is the best hotel in Pamukkale. It’s extremely clean (compared to the rest of the dusty town) and the breakfast caters to everyone’s needs. The room is modern with clean bed sheets and they allowed us to check in around 9am as soon as a room was open. The staff are also very helpful with any questions, they know sufficient English and the hotel also has a free shuttle service to the Pamukkale travertines. The hotel restaurant has pretty similar prices to other restaurants in the town but the quality of food and portion size are larger at the Venus restaurant.

Amazing hotel, perfect service, breakfast and they take you to pamukkale for free. Also, they have two cute dogs.

Beautiful building, cozy room, gracious hosts, delicious dinner and adorable dog, Venus Hotel really has it all! A small trek from the travertines, but when we wanted to go, an employee happily drove us and her super cute little daughter came for the ride! We both lamented that we are only spending two nights here.

Wrap around breakfast that tops quantity only by quality and variety. Residential, village location adds to the charm. First class, 4 four star!

I loved staying here. It was one of the best experiences in Turkey. The room was nicely decorated, very quiet at night and the breakfast has various choices of food. At last, there is a little slow dog in the lobby! Strongly recommend to stay here!

Amazing place to stay. The staff is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and so many options from where to choose. The food is so tasty. The room that we stayed in was spacious warm and fuzzy and had a turkish touch. The cook was so friendly and was ready to take care of us at any time. Reception was great, ready to take care of any of our needs. They are knowledgeable and ready to advise. All in all the experience and the place had a home feeling :-) definitely worth the $. 10 out of 10

The Chinese people's gathering place, the service is warm, the room is tidy, the price is cheap, is the choice which you stay. The hotel has a free bus to send you to the tourist attractions, the hotel is very rich in breakfast, after a meal to enjoy the beauty of cotton fort.

Very good stay. Very close to the travertines. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Staff was friendly and speak good English. Rooms seems to have been recently renovated and are really good. Everything was clean and tidy.

Clean and decent rooms. The biggest issue here is the staff. Yunus, Selman and the third gentleman with the spectacles will make sure that they extract as much money from you for anything that they can. The tours, which are for 60-80 TL are 100-120 TL with them, the cabs, the spas everything is forced upon you and has a huge cut for them. It's concerning also because they get a lot of Asian tourists, and I'm certain they fleece them outright. It was a horrible experience. Really bad and rude staff.

Very good hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All is new and clean, great swimming pool. Breakfast is very good, many different products, can choose what you want.

Fantastic place to launch from to Hierapolis. Clean, classy and comfortable. Tasty food and friendly hosts with good English. Thoroughly recommended.

The Best Option in The Town. Reasonable rates with good amenities. Very cordial & helpful staff. Very Good Breakfast. (We stayed for one night only). Owners personally taking care of daily chores so quality of service is high.

Good hotel for trips if you aren't care with hotel facilities, beautiful but not elegant, and there are better choices.

Presumably the most popular hotel in Pamukkale. The room was charming and breakfast was quite substantial. We had a very delightful stay in this hotel! However the receptionist and the staff looked as if they were very bored. We recieved a poor welcome in the reception and during the breakfast the staff treated us as if they were forced to work there. However I would say that it is definitely worth to spend at least one night here.

Great overnight stay for the waterfall, well run and excellent food, would return if in the area.

It is a very comfortable and you have the choice to be in a common and traditional Turkish decor room or an stylish yet trendy suite. It has a pool surrounded by a number of sunbeds and a restaurant with a variety of traditional and delicious Turkish dishes.

Everything is fine but AC should be fixed. It smells when it is on. But, people are very kind. I recommend this place.

The best place in the area, really warm, professional and friendly service. A lot of thought put in everything. Great food, pet dogs and cats making the stay even better. Totally love it.
