Fantastic hotel and so close to Pamukkale. Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean and serving excellent breakfast. The architecture and decor was also very authentic and beautiful.

Nice, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet surprisingly extensive for a hotel this size. Although small the rooms are causy and very well equipped with all that is required. An improvement however could be made on the Wi-Fi reception.

I loved this very modern and comfortable hotel with a large dining room and garden with pool and terrace in the room, very neat and comfortable taking care of the small great details, excellent breakfast, with all the variety you can imagine, juices various tastes, coffee tea Yogurt with a wide variety of cereal fruits, Turkish treats, masses and of course what is used in Turkey tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and other vegetables cheeses etc all you can imagine. Excellent attention!

Hotel was OK. The restaurant was a different story. Had to wait more than one hour for a sea bass dinner. This is not the first time this has happened in Turkey and seems to be a problem here. Will order simple to make meals from now on as being made to wait one hour when hungry is no fun.

The breakfast is superb, best one I've had in any hotel around this price range. We stayed at room 62, it was small but enough for one night, shower was good, effectively working drain, stable lasting hot water, only issue is there is a window in the bathroom which you can't fully close, we fixed the issue with covering it with a pillow, worked perfectly. There were some really loud guests in the hotel, long after 2 am, nobody warned them, so if you want quiet, maybe choose another partof the hotel. Overall very helpful staff, good food, ok rooms.

Not to be confused with the Venus Suite Hotel. Belong together, is a building complex, the rooms at the Venus Hotel are not generously large and also not always clean. In our mini cupboard would not be cleaned any longer and in the Minibad of the towel mount only the screw in the wall can be seen. Bathroom furniture look battered. The room 62 is still referred to as a deluxe room. Rather a thing that has come into the years, the price is correspondingly favorable to the facts.
Nice courtyard with pool. Staff speaks in part German. For 1-2 nights to explore the sights of the area, okay. No hotel for a longer stay.

Nice location, host and facilities. Was listed in Lonely Planet recommendation list. Free pickup and drop off service to town center (10mins walking), free drop off to the entrance of attraction. Pleasant stay in here.

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean. Rooms lovely — toiletries and tea/coffee provided. You can help yourself to tea and coffee from the restaurant all day. Staff very helpful and will pick you up/take you to bus station. They also give you a lift to the top of Pamukkale. Thank you Recep for all your help.

The town is a small touristic spot highly frequented because of the terraces of carbon minerals known as "cotten castles" or Pamukkale to the turks. Our hotel itself was ok and most of the employees were very helpful. Food is good but don't expect portions you would normal get at a local restaurant. There are two sections of the hotel with actually two different names but operated and serviced by the same staff. Venus Hotel is the older structure which has a warmer arabic style appearance. The newer section of Suites are more modern and rooms are bigger also. Our bad experience was not so much the place or food but at checkout! Our bill was for one incorrect, and after we braught it to concierge's attention he made several attempts at corrrecting it before he got it right. to makes a long story short check your bill twice and be a ware of the currency rate!

Overall good experience, restaurant in hotel is good but a bit expensive, clean and cozy hotel and people who works there helps a lot with planning and lifting to the south gate of Hierapolis. I removed a star cause when you eat there its a running bill + the room it makes huge bill and they dont take credit card, bring cash!

We were very happy to find this place in Pamukkale thanks to Lonely Planet. Lovely staff and very helpful. Clean and comfortable. Inhouse restaurant with decent prices and tasty food. Do it.

“Very good at marketing, not so good for staying there” We had been a bit suspicious about all the raving reviews by zillions of people writing just one review ever, but we decided to stay there just the heck. A mistake. The first room we were shown was a very large room but which was not ready. Once we agreed to it, we were then allocated a much smaller room, which had already been cleaned. As we did not want to wait, we agreed to the smaller room at the same rate. That room was fine, with a good TV with cable reception. Shower door disintegrated on touch, balcony door was locked, difficult to open windows. Nice pool area, food was ok.

These guys were so kind to us. They helped us learn some Turkish phrases during dinner and brought us all sorts of Raki-related accoutrements when we broke out a bottle we'd purchased.
