Owners are kind BUT it can’t compensate the cons… It is located in a village where an intense bad smell of livestock disposal. Pool was in dirt. Didn’t allow my children swim. Room was very small we could barely move. Decoration was extremely kitsch, we could hardly bare. Breakfast was awful… In brief, keep away. It may seem cheap, but not if noticed above. I think ratings are somehow manipulated, otherwise it is impossible to be so high.

Breakfast is delicious, delicious, delicious! The equipment is novel with refrigerator, elegant environment, swimming pool. A 1 minute walk to the corner of the intersection takes the bus to Denizli (where the train goes to Selcolumn), 4 lira per person, cheap and convenient. Visit the lime shed and suggest a taxi to the south gate of the attraction, from a height down, about 2 or 3 hours, and then walk back to the hotel.

Amazing breakfast, location is great and near all the main attractions. The place clean, neat and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Would recommend people to stay here.

They make you feel you at home since you arrive. The receptionist provided full and helpful information on how to explore Pamukkale and the ruins, which is located walking distance from the hotel, about 10 minutes. A complete and delicious turkish breakfast is served until 10 am, but they served it for us at 11 am since they knew we were tired from the previous day and we wanted to sleep late. Ask for Julia, she was super funny and sweet and fed us as we were her own children. Our time here was just unforgettable, not only due to the wonderful sightseeing but because of the people. Everybody is so welcoming, helpful and happy. Their smiles and charisma will fill up your soul.

Well equipped hotel, well decorated and quiet in the circles of the Turkish camoagne. The breakfast was excellent and the food was great.

"A Home far away from Home" A home far away from our home. Very very friendly owner and whole family. They take extra care just like our family. Awesome food. Most of the things are home made. They serve you with love and care. Very close to all attraction.

Everything is perfect. Nicely located in the countryside of Denizli (easy to reach by minibus), 10 mins walk from main attraction Pamukkale. Relaxing and cosy environment, very clean room and comfy bed. Every extra request was satisfied. Highly recommended and worth to stay a night.

By far the best hotel I, ve stayed at in Turkey. Family run. Helpful. Food was all fresh from the gardens. Beer was good. Very cosy and comfortable. If your a Canadian visiting here you will love it.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel by itself very clean and well looked after. They even serve their homemade jams, honey etc. Would definitely recommend.

We had a really great stay at the Melrose House. The staff consistently went above and beyond for us, the bathroom seemed recently redone, and the breakfast was really large and delicious and taken poolside (we didn't swim but the area is really nice). There was a problem with the Wi-Fi during our stay, so the staff suggested we go to their sister hotel to get some work done — the staff there is also great and we had dinner there (Melrose Viewpoint Hotel) and it was fantastic. Overall, superb stay!

Very nice hotel with a nice pool and a good restaurant also the owner of the hotel and the staff was so polite and understanding and helped us to reserve a tour trip to Pamukkale Springs. Overall I recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for a nice vacation.

Nice Hotel with swimming pool, nice service and friendly staff.
They want the payment only the cash but they also accept euros and they make the exchange directly them without commission and with a good change. (Wanting on the road leading to the travertine waterfalls of Pamukkale there are ATM's)
I recommend to book The suite (it cost only 40 euros per night), it is very nice… Notice the water much cleaner than what I found in Istanbul.
You have to climb some stairs to walk because there is no elevator (but honestly I was not weighed)
At the restaurant you eat well, the prices are a bit higher than Istanbul but all in all we can be seen the prices in Italy.
I recommend to contact the hotel and to make you book the shuttle (common with other turtisti) from 25 lire per person to stretch. It takes an hour or so to get from Denizli airport to the hotel.
We stayed there 2 nights because we arrived late at night and wanted to take full advantage of it the following day. Once there (council to visit Heliopolis and the Spas beyond the Travertine cascades)

Lovely hotel. Friendly hosts, and a lovely pool surrounded by garden. Good food and an amazing breakfast spread. Must be the nicest place to stay in Pamukkale, and amazing value for money.

We booked this hotel in April 2014. After booking, we called them and informed that we will reach midnight from Cappadocia. When we reached Pammukale, the hotel was a bit a walk. On the dirty road, we found this hotel. We noticed another Chinese couple was waiting too. The hotel was closed… No one was at the reception. Called to the hotel number many times and no one answered. Finally, one staff member came and I asked to check in. He told us that no rooms available. I showed him a booking. He said, manager has given room to someone else and manager is sleeping and not available. We said that is not our problem. We have paid for the room and we want the room. We were helpless and tired and on road middle of the night. Finally that staff member called their other Melrose hotel and discussed. He took us to an other Melrose hotel, which was better than this hotel. I'm not sure what happened to the Chinese couple waiting for long. Anyways, I will never book with the hotel. Who gives no guarantee of rooms.

From what I could see, this is the nicest hotel in Pamukkale. It's a very small town. The room was clean, the owners were very helpful, and the breakfast was good. They even offered to let us borrow towels to bring to the travertine pools with us.

It isn't perfect but pretty. Some rooms are beautiful other not so much. Good restaurant.
