Great rooms with sea view.

Great customer service, we needed a charger for our phone and one of the front desk employees got for us. The sunset from the 8th floor was amazing. I’m very please with everything, I really recommend this hotel!

Lovely friendly hotel. Nice food and ammaculate rooms. The foyer area is so homely, it's like sitting in your own living room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and very friendly.

Rooms are quite small and basic for 2 people, would be ok for 1 person. Very little storage space, no tea or coffee facilities in room. The room we had had a constant smell in it especially at night of sewage. Don’t know if it was coming via the air conditioning as when we had it switched off the smell wasn’t as bad. On a positive side the hotel is in a good location but would still opt to go to a better hotel next time. Staff were really nice and helpful at all times.

Receptionist Ms. Ecem is too rude, training for proper customer service is recommended. We arrived in the hotel at 12:30, since the check-in time is 2pm we waited. At 2pm the room is not ready yet and receptionist said that if we cannot wait we can look for another hotel, no apologies at all. We requested for Wi-Fi while waiting since it's already 2pm and got declined again, saying that internet cannot be access until we check-in. Not great experience.

Central location by the sea with clean, modern and spacious rooms. Breakfast was tasty and the staff very friendly. Fast wlan. All in all, perfect hotel for a city trip to Izmir.

One of my favorite place to stay in the view is amazing breath take. Surrounded by restaurants love the adana Kabab in the restaurant which it's a few steps on the left hand corner next to the hotel and it's open 24 hours. Also it's near the ferry station and near the attractions just in the center of the city facing the ocean. Your like will encourage me to write more reviews. Give it a tone if you benefit from the information.

Quality 4*. Everything is new and modern. Great beds, good Breakfast, helpful staff. Smoking is not suitable. There is no balcony. But everything else is fine.

Good New looking Hotel, reception service could be improved: — the staff was delaying our checking with 2 hours … we was able to checkin at 16:00 and had to wait for 2hours at the receptions with 2 small kids. — the staff was giving misleading information about the parking infront of the hotel. + The location is very good — just infron of the Izmir river and some hundred meters from Konkak Pier + The hotel is new and looks very clean and chik + The breakfast is excellent on the rooftop with impressive view.

I’d like to admit the highest level of professionalism and well manners of all specialists of the hotel. At some other hotels it can be a special attention to women especially “Russian” in Turkey. Here warm welcome and good behaviour of the hotel’s stuff comforted my stay. A terrace for breakfast was cute. All belongings and towels were regularly checked and replaced. The only thing I’d recommend Park Inn İZMİR to add wardrobes for the guests of the rooms. But smiles and professionalism of the personnel deserve the highest appreciation.

Staff was super friendly, the security in the Hotel is perfect without a card you can have day and night security staff, it can only Breakfast recommend very much to choose from.

Located near the most touristic places, the room was clean and with an impressive sound insulation. Despite the noisy zone caused by the intense traffic, I didn't hear anything. Excellent staff, highly cordial.
