➜ The best hotel I've ever been in. Incredibly good service, very friendly and accommodating staff. The location of the hotel is really top. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel is great for people who just want to switch off. The pool and the garden are really a dream. Super well maintained and very beautifully made. I really have nothing to complain about:)
We have just returned home from a wonderful 9 nights stay at Jade Residence and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is interested in staying in the Oludeniz area. The hotel itself is of a very high standard and is an oasis away from the busy promenade of Oludeniz. The staff in my opinion are the heart of this hotel and their kind hospitality make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A Special mention must be made of Deniz — a warm and engaging host who is always ready to assist and make helpful suggestions. Nothing is too much trouble for him and his team. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and presence. Bedroom- A large and comfortable room with a nice view of the swimming pool. The room could have had better lighting in the dressing table area for make up. The bath in the bathroom is pretty steep to climb in and out of. I would have preferred it to be a walk in shower. Air con is very good quality and was a brilliant escape from the hot weather. Cleaning staff was always friendly and helpful when requesting additional towels etc. Grounds of hotel- Absolutely beautiful, clean and well kept grounds. Swimming pool was a perfect temperature and a perfect chill out zone. Seating around pool is very comfortable and it felt like a home away from home when relaxing. Hotel are looking into a better system to access drinks in the pool area, which needs to be implemented.
