We had a great 2 weeks here! Lovely views, staff, rooms, plenty to see and do!
The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated, the health suite is lovely with lovely staff and you get great treatments. That's my only good points of the hotel. The Jacuzzi bath was cold and not working properly, it smelt strange and I'd say it needed cleaned out, it had no Colerine in it or the swimming pool. Pool bar staff takes about people in their own language and laughes at them. Loads of flies around the bar there isn't any insect light to kill them. I got a dead fly in my food. They hardly ever clean the tables there too. Not a great choice of food at meal times and food is cold if you don't go when the restaurant 1st opens. It's supposed to be a 24hr service but you can only get food at times served in restaurant or at pool bar between certain times. There is a bar that opens 24hrs but not too sure if it does. I've been to many lovely hotels in different parts of Turkey but this is the only one where I have gave a bad review. People that was there at same time as myself had been there several times and said it had badly went downhill and wouldn't come back again.
