Arrived here today. Can't understand the bad reviews at Holiday Check. The hotel is fantastically beautiful and everyone who has booked it can look forward to nice staff a nice facility and really delicious food. We booked a deluxe room with sea view and were not disappointed.

Well, finally I moved emotionally away from this miracle rest and can write everything!
In a word, a NIGHTMARE! for what I gave 1 person 2200 dollars — I do not understand and will never understand!
Territory zero! One pool and immediately the beach! Dirty, dishes broken almost all as if on the garbage found! the territory and pillars are not wiped, that sit down to eat yourself clean the table, the food is so terrible for the first 5 days constantly hurt stomach, everything is not fresh, there is no book of complaints at the reception! no feedback! no one will help you! I felt so stressed from what I saw, so it was a pity for the money spent! it's not 5 stars but a maximum of 3! Now I need a rest after such a "rest" and by the way the staff does not know English! SHIT HOTEL!

Everything TOP. Buffet waiting times very very long. Really annoying when you have to queue for 1 hour to fill your plate. Otherwise, the hotel is highly recommended.

It was super nice and only to be recommended from food to staff everything super we had a family suite really nice the hotel anytime again gladly.

5 stars of me, we felt super comfortable from the first minute. We had a "junior suite" of course there will be rooms here too that do not have a great view of the sea. Otherwise great hotel, great pool area delicious food. Super thorough maid. Wi-Fi for all devices 2 x iPhone, 2 x iPad free to the beach, great evening programs.
The surrounding area around the hotel cannot be compared to the Riviera. Port city of Kusadasi is easy to reach and super great.

If we find a great offer in the travel agency we should book immediately the next holiday again here.
We fly at least 1 times a year to Turkey for holidays, never book under 5 stars and find this hotel by far the best of all we were in.

What an amazing 14 days we have had. No complaints just praises from our stay at Flora Garden. Our goal was to relax as our lifestyles are very hectic and always on the go. We managed to do just that, it was perfect. Anne really was the face of the hotel delivering an exceptional customer experience. She really understands that true succession is based on everything being at the heart of the customer.

Beautiful hotel, Turkish hospitality, food is really good, Spa is fantastic, beach view of the sunset is beautiful… But the staff are what makes this hotel so perfect, we have found our special place. Ann Poole (hospitality manager) goes above and beyond, we can't praise this lady enough. Her relationship with the staff shines through, and in turn the staff pay it forward to the guests, can't wait to return in May 2020. This hotel is 5 (if there was a higher rating I'd give it! )

Stayed there for a week! Great family destination! Unlimited ice-cream and great entertaining team! Big thanks to all entertainers, especially Mariia.

A snoome-triba for the top five. The spa is half-working. The room is cleaned at best every two days. Water is not delivered to the room. There are no Russian-speaking personnel. Bars open later close earlier. There's no choice with the end of dinner an hour. For breakfast juice from the packages. There are not enough parking spaces in the territory.

Nice little hotel. Pleasant staff. Delicious food. That's enough. Lots of foreigners. In Russian, who speaks.

We have been resting in the hotel since June 1, 2018, for 18 days, 10 more ahead, just fun, we are travelers with experience and can appreciate. Thank you to all the hotel staff, from security at the entrance to the manager, the people providing our comfort. The hotel has perfect order on the beach, wonderful animation, beautiful evening programs very diverse and delicious food and stunning SPA, administrator Veronica is just an angel, the smell of purity in the SPA and the aroma of roses, responsiveness and desire to create you cosiness soarin the air. Very mature style, stunning design, it is felt that the owner knows a lot about pleasures and willingly gives it to holidaymakers. Thank you all for a decent holiday❤❤

Great all inclusive hotel with decent food and very good service. Main attraction for us was cosy/comfy design of the hotel and its territory. True sand beach with a long narrow entrance. Water sports service were located right on the hotel beach, it had separate price list, but you do not need to go some other place to drive a jet ski, you can do it right there. Just remember to bargain!

Steep ramps for wheelchairs. Easy access to the beach including wooden decking that almost reaches the sea. Nice selection of food. My husband recommends the spar, particularly the shave which includes a mask and nose and ear hair trim.

Cool service. I only eat fish. For dinner and lunch — dorada or sea bass. That's a great number.

Super hotel! 5k at 100%. Seafood abundance, gorgeous sea, wide beach strip, all super, etc.

The hotel and staff are amazing, the manager "anne" was nothing less than a wonderful host. Food was all cooked fresh, the hotel was clean and tidy, the rooms were modern and bed were comfy. I will be back next year 5

The location is very good because it is right at the beach and the beach is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and there is very good service. I will come again next year because I really liked it.

We enjoyed our holiday here but we hadn't realised that we were the first ever guests at the hotel as we read so many reviews. So it was quite upsetting that the hotel wasn't even built when we booked it after reading these fake reviews. However the hotel is still very nice. Quite a distance away from Kuşadasi itself but there's a regular bus that goes there and back. The food is very bland and the rice was often hard.

Brilliant hotel! All the staff are extremely friendly and as helpful as they can be. This hotel is in a beautiful setting on the beach If your looking for a week away in the sun then this is the perfect place! The entertainment team are lovely and always looking to keep you busy throughout the day with activities such as yoga, volleyball, water gym and darts. The evening shows are good fun as well, mixing it up every night getting people involved or just putting on a brilliant show! There is a spa downstairs for those wanting a relaxing day with a range of things to be done (Turkish bath, massage or even just getting your hair done) My only downside I would say that there are no proper shops close by and do have to travel to get to them (not far mind you) but if you looking to relax then I would say this is the perfect place! Would definitely come back in the future.

Had an amazing time here food was lovely staff were very warm and greeting even down to the cleaners. The one person that bent over backwards to help you if you needed anything was Ann. Nothing was to much trouble for this lovely lady. Will definitely be coming back.

Very Poor Service of permanent change. The promised Animation does not often found. The room would only be cleaned defective.

My husband and I stayed at the Flora Garden for 14 nights from the 16th September. We have stayed in 5 star hotels throughout Europe and found no problems here. The staff from the managers down to the cleaners were excellent, the food was hot and good quality, we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a drink, the quality was good considering they are not well known brands to us. We stayed in a sea view room on the 3rd floor which was excellent, towels etc changed everyday, tea and coffee replenished. I would like to give special thanks to IHASEN who runs the lobby bar single handed, always has time for every customer and this guy could run any bar in any hotel and he enjoys it. Finally a super thank you to JULIDE on guest relations who chased up my father luggage after someone had taken off by accident at one of the seven previous coach drop offs. YES we would/will return to this hotel. Thanks to all the staff for an enjoyable holiday.

End of season holiday with many things on the wind-down for the year. Food is as expected for an AI hotel. Room is comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly enough. Outdoors is very tidy. Enjoying our stay.

An outstanding week away under the care of Flora Garden Ephesus; nothing was too much trouble everyone was smiling. The food was both plentiful and wonderful, and if anything ran out you simply had to ask and you would be brought some more. Quite honestly the only criticism I have is that the leaflet explaining the hours and locations for the all inclusive isn't the clearest, but staff were very helpful in providing clarity nevertheless. The level of quality in the rooms and public spaces was very high, and little touches like having enough sun loungers between the pool and the beach so you don't have to wait for one made it all the more enjoyable. The water was lovely (a few patches of seaweed, but this is the sea after all), and the local beer was rather nice ass well. Very sorry not to still be there! Special thanks to Ahmet, Vahap, Resul, Furkan, the spa staff, and the German lady on guest relations whose name unfortunately escapes me; we shall be back for another visit.

A very nice hotel, with a direct beach location. Would come back here anytime. In the immediate vicinity is Adonis Travel, where you can book cheap tours. Booked all our tours there. Very nice contact, the office is in a small narrow passage.

Generally a very relaxed and beautiful holiday. We stayed for 2 days in this hotel and it was all great, I can recommend it to anyone. Friendly service, very clean and varied. Very nice beach and beautiful grounds. I honestly cannot understand the bad assessment at all. Stand 30.08.2017

I don't understand these reviews. I was with my fiance to relax at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. From the reception to the cleaning lady were all great.
The spa area has been a dream, Hamam area very hygienic, massage and facial masks were very relaxing. Moreover, the location of the hotel is very convenient, direct access to the well-kept stand and 30 minutes by bus (which stops right in front of the hotel) to the centre.
This hotel is worth an absolute repeat!
I really recommend this hotel to anyone. There is something for everyone in the animation.

Hi all. The second day of rest in this hotel. Impressions contradictory. The rooms are basically good. Clean clean. But the restaurant draws only three stars. The tables are dirty and the appliances need to find and bring yourself. Glasses are dirty. Meals are not signed. You have to wonder what the prepared. Yesterday, in the restaurant there was a persistent smell of rancid butter. Staff practically does not react to remarks. Interest in the customer is zero. The service is very "nanayskiy". We go to Turkey. But such see for the first time. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars.

This hotel deserves only 3 stars. Who said the contrary doesn't know how a 5 stars hotel looks and the quality of the services. If you are a person who don't usually eat in the city on a restaurant you'll maybe like the kind of food who is serve here. The beer is available only at draft and the name is Troy. It tastes like pee, was very bad. The mini bar was empty everyday. We didn't have doze of juice and all the alcohol was only from local brands. Even the water had a strange taste. The rooms are modern and nice, but with dust in the closet and on the table. The food was average, with only one change in the menu in every evening. The tables were dirty, full of the leftovers of other people. The sea has waves and the yellow flag. The personal inclusive the reception desk don't know english at most average. The hotel is very far apart from Kusadasi.

Hello! I want to share impressions about the spent 6 days in this hotel. We rested from 12 July to 19 July, the days passed like a moment. From the airport and we arrived a comfortable bus, on time and quickly. Met at reception with a welcome, with a cocktail, quickly issued and we went in the room. He was tight since we were little, we put a crib, and the room became uncomfortable to move. For three of course it was crowded (. I went back to the managers at the reception and I was promised for tomorrow to consider the possibility to change the room. And really next day I was offered another room but we spend the night, decided to stay, anyway most of the time we were on the shore of the beautiful sea. About the beach I can say that on this coast he is best equipped, compared to beaches of other hotels (I was walking and compared). The only thing I advise you to pay attention to the hotel staff that the beach cleanup is happening in the evening and in the morning, arriving at the beach, it was garbage, after irresponsible campers. Had to go and ask for clean… Wi Fi in the hotel is very good anywhere in the hotel even on the beach and it worked great! Well done! I want to commend the work of cooks and waiters. Nothing to complain about — I enjoyed it! And pure, and tasty, and quickly! Do not wait, everything is fresh and hot. Once cooked all the huge tuna, which is posted in the hall — nice and original, and the meat fish cooked on the grill was just amazing!.

The rooms are fantastic clean well caps with a safe fridge TVs hair dryer and power shower. Food is good for Auntie fresh and very tasty the kids animation team or so do lots of work and show him the kids have a great time.

The hotel is pretty far from town, at least 15 minutes drive through the residential area and farms. It offers good sunset view of Aegean Sea, but we arrived a bit too late for it. Modern facilities but extremely poor Wi-Fi connection. Most visitors are tour groups. The buffet dinner offers good variety of food.

More money chasing the owner of the worst hotel you stayed before the end of the people doesn't want to spend their holidays in the construction. Shame Shame.
