Excellent Hotel. Recommendation!

I can only recommend it, I had a hammer have a nice holiday. Staff very friendly, many speak German. Service is also very good, food more than adequate. Vacationing family of 2 adults and 3 children in October 2019 Came to the conclusion that no longer have to waste time looking for hotels in next Turkish holiday. Now the answer is — Cilicia. It is certainly possible to write that the sand is hot and the sea water is very salty, but seriously — there was not a single nuance which would have caused discomfort during your stay. I stayed for 2 nights at Kilikya Palace and I liked it. The hotel lobby and the public areas are very nicely decorated. The room was confortable and spacious. The food is ok. I couldn't say very good. I'm not really a fan of the food in the all inclusive resorts in Turkey (except maybe the one served in the 5*+ luxury hotels). I have to admit that I am pretentious when it comes to food. The beach is sandy but when you get in the water there are pebbles. It is recommended that you have water shoes. The hotel has a pier though, and you can get in the water through the pier. The views are amazing. You can see the mountains from the beach. The staff is very polite. i recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2017. The hotel is very nice, beautiful and groomed territory (lots of greenery, everything blooms and fragrant, red garnet, spice grapefruit, tangerines and oranges) excellent food. Lived in a two-storey room new building, in the room mini bar replenished daily (Pepsi, Phantom, Sprite, beer, mineral), the view from the balcony chic on the sea and mountains. Had the worse 5 star hotel experience ever! may be it used to be a good hotel but now it is sure NOT — — not even close to 5 star — may be 3+ started from the check in — rude and very unprofessional staff — they play game — not understanding the language — english — no, russian — no, german — no — well — I do not speak turkish — got check in at 3 pm! rooms — air condition was broken — had to ask to fix it — they say we will make a note — really — a note at 40 C — had to make them to fix roomservice — in 7 days we had our room cleaned 2 times! and we left each day a note to clean our room! we got check in the room with the view to the garbage and the road — great family sea vacation for 2000+$ internet — really — see pictures — no internet — edge is faster then their Wi-Fi… and I had to pay for it 13 euros! more to it — if you want to download a file over night — forget it — they turn the Wi-Fi off! free internet only in the lobby of the new building — and it is always packed as people have to stay connected! — this hotel management does not understand it! food — how do you like to eat meat substance? mackdonalds style — we had only chicken as a real meet and few times something like beef liver… went to the ala carta restaurant — they served salad that is rotten and not salad leaves but stands!

About the food a different story. It kind of is, but it is not. The soup of kilometrovoj turn. Almost no meat. Lamb meatballs we don't eat. We remember those years when meat was fed each day. All that is in abundance is the dill, parsley, cucumbers and tomatoes. Fruit is not one year so there was like this year. They are almost there. Apples, oranges, and loquat. Watermelon, cantaloupe and strawberries canopy of gold. Fish only rarely acerni mackerel and sea bass. Baking enough, but we went for the fruit. And now about the main thing. About Wi-Fi. Middle-level hotel-5 stars Of course it's nowhere near here. Hello. Only today 22.09.2015 came with the hotel. Was there for 7 days. The hotel is very pleasant, beautiful grounds, clean and green. The rooms are also cozy and beautiful (the new building). Good animation fun. In the evening always a program, the disco concert. The only drawback that I saw is the food. It was just monotonous! Only one kind of fish, 1-2 types of chicken and also with beef, potatoes and spaghetti. Two days and have nothing to eat because all too boring. Maybe someone is fine with it, just have something to compare. I think people who visit first time abroad, they all like it!
