This is the place pretend to be luxury. It has good food, it has good building, rooms and other facility. But in case you look for service — try another place. This is self service place for good food. Everything in the hotel focuses you serve yourself.

Amazing experience. I'm not an all-inclusive resort type of person, so I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this place! The staff was warm, friendly and professional, and bent over backwards to assist or answer questions. There are several different dining options, and the food was very good with a variety of choices in the basic spots and a la carte restaurants. Rooms were modern, clean and spacious with a nice sized balcony. Mini-bar was well stocked with top shelf beer, wine and spirits. The grounds were perfectly landscaped and manicured. The main pool was large and had plenty of seating with on-demand beverage service. The beach was clean with ample chaize lounge chairs and towel service. They have overwater bars and cabanas to chill in with incredible views of the property, mountains and sunset. As a golfer I thoroughly enjoyed the immaculately maintained golf courses — Carya and National. I've played courses in Spain, France, Czech Republic, Singapore, US, Caribbean and Mexico and I must say both courses are a 10, but Carya took it to another level. One of my top 5 courses that I've played in the world. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be back!

Is very nice place for family, friends. Everything is clear, the food are delicious. Every day have programs for children and teenagers and grand show. The organization and all the staff are very friendly.

Service only works when you give money. The reception was very unfriendly. At the bar we were pushed away by a waiter while we were dancing just so he can setup a table for some rich guy all service staff focussed on all time… Funny though the celeb felt so hyper embarrassed for the behavour of Regnum staff he excused several times. Sorry but this is wannabe luxury lacking basics of hospitality!

We are staying for a short family trip. Rooms are spacious, very clean and fully equipped. Food is delicious and staff is friendly. I am very picky with regards of hotels and until now I was positively impressed by this hotel. This is a true five stars hotel.

2nd time in 2 years. Last time (2 summers ago) the rooms were much more cleaner. Everything was crispy. Now, there are a few things that could be repaired. 1st of all, the carpet on the rooms floor it's really looking bad. The silicon from the bathrooms looks really cheap and a few other things. Of course all of the things that are looking worse since 2 years ago, are just details. The hotel is great anyway. I will visit this place again. Y.

Its soooo beautiful hotel, rooms five stars plus with every thing that you need for women and men, resturant with so delisous food and deserts, confortable spa whith shower rooms and lockers with keys, hot swimming pool, games room.

We stayed in your hotel for the second time and were even more enthusiastic than we were the first time. We received special service from Erhan Jakarja at breakfast and from Burcu the friendly young lady by the pool.

I travelled alot for many countries, I didn't find like this Hotel all the activities you will find it in this Hotel, and the staff in this Hotel very supportive specially this guy ahmet Goktepe it really have good experience how he dell with customer relations, and do not missed the buffet food.

Incredible cuisine! Huge area in the Pines, the finest bedding in the rooms, cosmetics Bvlgari, a great beach club with comfortable sofas and a bar with premium drinks. Warm outdoor large pool. I recommend for VIP guests. Help with the choice of the tour.

Super cool hotel and service. But the prices are too high. Although there is everything for your convenience. On the beach, even walking worker who rubs you the glasses and gadgets — for free. If finances allow — only there. We did early booking for half a year — was a good discount. After staying there in another place I do not want (have been to many 5*hotels).

I was staying on 09/02/18 with my kids at the REGNUM hotel Unfortunately, the service this time was very bad. The second day we decided to convene a swimming pool with the children was a worker named ELENA who did not let us in because he was with my children SHARK for swimming and games, was very aggressive in front of my children did not ask us beautiful, and said there are very nice people here and do not want to disturb them as if we came From the forest. I want to tell the manager of the hotel that I paid a lot of money to enjoy my children and I respected them all with my children but your employees especially ELENA who works at SPA. She was not polite to us and was very agressive and not heavy on us. I mean, she spoiled our vacation and I'll never go back to this hotel because of her My children cried because of her. My wife cried a great deal because of her. I was very very disappointed and disappointed in the hotel, we even delivered the message GUEST RELATION and could not do anything even dare not come to ask for forgiveness. I do not recommend anyone entering the SPA even to REGNUM.

Suite in Turkey. Although, a lot of them are asking for their services. You can find hotels at a more modest price, with comparable types of services.

I was a honeymoon guest and I waited 30 minutes for my registration is done at the entrance and nobody helped me until I asked for help 3 times. For room cleaning, I had to ask everytime because whenever I came to room it was not clean. At the main restaurant, I had to call for waiter/waitress everytime. Service/Price rate is very low. I left one day before my visit finishes.

As world travelers with great experience, we do not hesitate for a second to say that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. There are not enough words to describe the perfection of Regnum but we will try : Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and food choice (one has the choice between Japanese, Brazilian, Italian, Turkish and Sea Food a la carte and yet, there is also an open buffet with abundant selection. Afternoons? You can have French macaroons or the best molten chocolate cake you will ever eat…) huge rooms with impeccable facilities. I did not count the number of pools. One of them even provides waves if you happen to like them… There is always space everywhere, you are never pushed or squeezed and it is never loud. While it is scorching on the beach, they come with little perfumed towels cooled in ice to freshen up the sun bathers. Every visitor is treated with love, respect and care. I found even beach bags in the dressing room which was a great surprise because I had forgotten to bring mine. All details, all major and minor needs of visitors are carefully considered and studied. Decoration is heavenly. After this hotel, it will be difficult to ever like another one…

I was in hotel regnum carea golf 3 times. Last time, from 22/06/17 to 27/06/17, I and my family. We really enjoyed this hotel, just a perfect hotel. I would like to thank Mr. TOLGA YILMAZ because of him I come all the time to Hotel REGNUM CAREA GOLF he gave us excellent attitude. I'm going to come to your hotel all the time. I and my family very much thank Mr. TOLGA YILMAZ for this attitude. The service and the food is especially managed at a very high level because we found a person like Mr. Tolga yilmaz. I highly recommend people to come to this hotel because the service from all sides is very, very luxurious. And also want to say a lot thanks to one of the GUEST RELATION team is one man with glasses He must know us but I do not know his name. Absolutely amazing place. We have stay here 3 times & still think this is the best hotel in Turkey. We will be coming back in September. We have been coming to Belek for the last 14years & the Regnum is just that more special.

Family with 1+ yo baby. Very nice place, good service. The information on website is either outdated, wrong or right they just don't care. Example: there are no baby cosmetics or bathrobes in room. Or Nespresso machine in suites. When you insist they give it to you … English language speakers are hard to find, especially among waiters and even front desk attendants. Good food but missing the spark. Poor baby food offer, actually the same as for adults. They offer to cook especially to your request but it is obvious that they got no idea of what baby food means, how to do it. Same diet food offer everyday, they got no idea about this as well. Overall a nice experience.

Nice new hotel with stylish rooms. When weather is nice, the atmosphere at the pool bar is super, in bad weather, I can recommend the sports bar.

The best luxurious hotel in Belek, first-class services, food, accomodation, beach, perfect conditions for sport activities. Architecture of the resort is really outstanding. If the hotel management will be able to keep and improve the level of service, it would be reason to come back again.
