The hotel is only partially recommended: Pro: — Many Europeans (especially Germans) in the hotel — Good sports program — Very clean Hotel Contra: — no jetty — 1 euro for every change of beach towels — service is ok, but not outstanding, which you can do, however, from a 5-star Ho tel would expect. I would point out the category rather than 4 stars — fitness studio is very old and the devices very worn out — no Hd TV — no orthopedic cushions, there are only hair dryer, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. That was the case.
— birds on the balcony, i. E. Continuous operation — Simple Turkish cuisine — lower floors are very noisy — Mini Tv in the lobby — The tea is not really good and the coffee tastes disastrous.
All together I have to say that I can only recommend this hotel to a limited extent. I don't think the value for money is okay. You don't get a 5 star service either. The employees seem to be trying, but very overwhelmed. The furniture is also in the years and there is no TV.

Turkish five star hotel. All inclusive. Plenty of choice to eat and drink. Only local brands of alcohol. Entertainment was not in full swing as it was still winter season and was limited. The place was absolutely spotless and the staff were very helpful. The beach and gardens were well kept with water sports available next door.

Super Hotel and a great property. Food is the hammer. The children are also cared for. Like to go back.

First of all, I have to say the staff in the hotel is so striving for its guests to experience something like this rarely started from the room service to the waiter in the restaurant for it 5 * but two star deduction because firstly the fitness space is very old and nothing special is for so e e In Hotel too have to be renewed Secondly we were at a time where a lot of people came from the neighbouring country and here to celebrate these have behaved so badly that I wanted to leave almost on the second day so something should not be tolerated by disrespect on The highest grade table manners as if there were nothing left to eat tomorrow.
Sorry but next time you prefer a hotel where not so many are.

Top hotel for a few days of relaxation and sun by the sea. Everything your heart desires. For a long time it is too big for me but 5 days in the side season. Every time again.

Good hotel, everything is there, for guests there is a gym, sauna, hammam, swimming pool, disco-bar. The first line from the sea. The food was excellent.

The heat is lightly cozy. Everything you need for recreational.

It doesn't have the 5 star style! It doesn't have private pier (other 5 star hotels have) The staffs are sometimes nice and sometimes no! The garden is really empty! Only a small bar (which is close now) and a normal open pool. For a person that come to antalya for the first time if she come to this hotel maybe she doesn't notice anything and everything goes well but for a person like me that I've been in another hotels before, compare to 5 stars hotel it's really not! And this hotel claims that it is U-All not All And the deference is that in u-all they should have at least one 24h bar and the restaurant should service at least till midnight but here they only have the bar. And again compare to other 5 star hotels, it's has the minimum menu and for the midnight restaurant that I said, after 01:00 AM they put about 10 ultra small sandwiches for the whole lobby. And also there are few who can speak other languages. But after all it wasn't a bad hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Great food, brilliant staff. Will be back as soon as we can! Would highly recommend it! Really sad to be going home.

This was our first visit to Turkey and what a great hotel we stayed at. The staff are so friendly and the service is second to none. It really is 5 star and the great choice of food is amazing. Will definitely go back.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Smaller than some it's neighbours it still offers a great experience. The rooms are of a good size and clean. Each bath has a jacuzzi system that adds to the experience. Food was good and clean with plenty of choice and available nearly all day. The bars were also good although the cocktails were often overly sweet and could vary in quality depending on who made them. The hotel has a large pool with a bar cafe, a beach area with a separate bar and small restaurant. The staff are kind and helpful. It is perfect for couples and families. The animation staff were ok but there were not so many organised events of any quality. The hotel has an indoor pool and good fitness centre, an excellent hamam and wellness centre and some squash and tennis courts. Overall we loved our time there and found it very relaxing. The only negative for us was the constant music playing at the pool and beach which seemed to just fill a space when some quite time would have been welcome. Would happily recommend this hotel.

After visiting Turkey numerous times, I can safely say this is a lovely hotel suited for couples and families. Staff are friendly and reception are extremely helpful. The sports reps are great, inviting although not forceful. The guest are mostly German and the entertainment is mostly driven to that audience.

The Hotel is completely overrated. A Maximum Of 3 Stars. The Hotel is sandwiched between two giant bunkers. A narrow stripe goes to the beach. The entire area will be tormented by either its own speakers or those of the neighboring hotel. Volume of 90 db (measured with my phone) Rob last nerve, and there is no Escape. Service is very friendly, the changes to the above mentioned Problem. Also the food in quality and presentation maximum class 4 star. Never again.

I found my stay at melas an ejoyable experiance, food was great apart from one of my nites at the alacarte when I found it hard to get a drink and part of the table service was vague! Entertainment was as best as cud b expected considering its not a large hotel! Hotel is spotless and staff are helpful!?

Great Hotel. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff who are constantly busy serving customers and keeping the place immaculately clean. Animation staff are keen and friendly, great fun if you want to join in.

Excellent on of the Best. I would recommend to everyone to come and enjoy. This is very family friendly hotel.

The beach is troublesome to walk. From the sea to come out is exhausting. A bridge would be very helpful. Otherwise everything is ok.

3. Times, an all-round Carefree package, from the very finest! We were in June 2016 to 3. Changes in the Melas and so long as health and purse, always happy! The best Hotel, cool plant. The food is super good and varied. The Pool area is small but nice. Staff and hotel are just super.

Its truly the best total I've ever been to. Foods good but desert could be better. Good facilities like shower, bed ect. Overall its fantastic and I will be going back. The staff are nice and friendly and Wi-Fi/INTERNET is free.

I really liked that food is super good, you can always find a lounger at any time dick at the Pool, the staff is very friendly. The pool area is quite small is a small Hotel — I feel better already — giant Rassenfläche — for what? two playgrounds, the Hotel is Top of the beach Flop. But would go there again I liked very much.

This Hotel offers nothing as a lawn. Was totally boring. I understand the 5-star the other not here at all, except you are a pensioner anyway only to eat and to the beach to hang out. I was really envious of the guests in the neighbouring hotel. So I went one day on your own cash in addition to, because I this Desolate Hotel, not endured. I know where next year I will go to. Look to the right of the Hotel itself.

08/15 hotel, nothing special. If you look at the neighbouring hotel (Royal holiday), you notice the difference. I would give up 4 star. A huge ground and hardly what on it. The oversized lawn is the only thing skin. The hotel beach is good, but unfortunately no bar. Beach volleyball field is present (not in each catalog in there). There are no rocks in the water, which is very positive. Wi-Fi is charged: €10 per week (all the nerve! ). Beach towel change will cost €1 per change. So but not all inclusive. Have had good experience with the Barut hotels. The Dolphin should be also very good hotels. There are both also in Lara. Travel time from the airport to Lara are approx. 15 min. The 98% reccomendation at Holidaycheck and the 5 * I don't understand reviews.

The food is class, and generally very nice staff. There be all totally trouble for the guests. The cocktails are delicious, the place is nice. It is much smaller than the hotel next door, I think it's good. As a very nice animation has said: "as one big family".
And it is also so. Only the swimming pool is very cold, but otherwise nothing bad comes to mind. Wonderful, great to the relax, and will certainly recommend. So if you are looking for a hotel, take this! My hear after you will find no better.

Very unfriendly staff. Internet is very expensive and doesn´t work all the time (although you are charged. ) I will not come back here.
