The worst hotel where one can be! Staff is extremely non helpful, ignoring costumers. Why you take such a service?

We loved this place until we tried to order pillows and they said each person is only allowed one pillow. A girl called Nabila who works there was so rude, she said "why should I give you pillows when there's only 5 of you? " The pillows were so flat, we needed to double it but they were so rude that we didn't even bother explaining. Really bad service from this girl. The only person that made it a good experience was Mahmud, he was very nice and very helpful, it was a shame he finished at 7pm so we couldn't talk to him.

We had already booked the large 4-room apartment for 3 weeks in August 2017. Yesterday it was cancelled for no reason. Inquiries from the operator were unsuccessful. We suspect that the operator wants to rent the apartment for more money, because we got a great price because of our early booking. According to their booking portal, the apartment would now be 2 to 3 times as expensive. Gangster methods!

The pictures of the hotel were very decieving. It looked more spacious and luxurious. The staff made the stay more pleasant though as they were very freindly and helpful.

I'll tell you what?
Cons: Checked into the first floor 1 + 1, it was very cold. So a whole month and lived (it was 14.01.18 to 14.02.18) Very uncomfortable with the complex to go out and enter the territory of the hotel-Kvartinogo complex, as the cards WMO. And exits are issued only to permanent residents.
Obkurennye Smoke rooms. Stated in the advertising prospectus and photo Room 1 + 1 Obmachivaja and does not match.
Never found the promised pool, fitness, hammam and other charms of this complex.
In the room Zadyhaeshhsja, there is no elementary ventilation, (the whole month sniper always was open and that kaput) Pros: In the room was almost everything for stay as previously stated suppliers services.
Close to the nearest shops, to the sea, the product. Market, bus stop, etc.

Rested company with 24.11.17 for 02.12.17 in Onkel residense residence. The apartments are smart to have a comfortable stay (comfortable furniture, good appliances, beautiful crockery). Responsive staff, ready to quickly resolve any issue. The hotel has a Hammam, sauna, two pools (indoor and outdoor) restaurant and Playground. So for lovers of active rest there! Around the hotel are many grocery shops and cafes (for every budget). You can easily rent a car to visit all the coast from Alanya to Porridge (which we did! ) Thank you Onkel residense for a great vacation! Happy to be back!

Wonderful in all respects, nice clean apartment, nice owners, great pool, Spa nice, polite staff.
