Cleaners don't do their job. I had to go to the respeishine, ask for toilet paper, change towels. The toilets stink of pipes, terrible. With food compared to 4 years ago, noticeably decreased, it's about hot. I don't think we'll come here again.

Suitable for families. Large facility with air to the top. Food was good for us but there was something else satisfied every evening, it is a bit satisfied around the clock.
Cleanliness in the complex good except the toilets. Drinks Minus point always warm the ice cubes are melted before you are at the table. Super waiter Mustafa in the restaurant, reads the wishes from the eyes. 5*
W-Lan worked great were in the main house with Blich on the slides.

Service not so good. Clean is different. Too few toilets in the complex. Whereby the facility itself is beautiful. Beach not clean. The jetty is again very nice. Lobby bar very noisy with children playing with Yasin doing his best in the lobby bar. In the house itself, the dress code is missing a little. Eating is a matter of habit. Personally, I find it cold and always the same.
Drinks are often too warm from the fridge.

A really nicely designed hotel complex. Winding outbuildings with balcony. Main pool with slides and water bar. Relax pool quiet and close to the beach, so you can switch back and forth. We felt very comfortable and safe here. The service in the restaurant absolutely perfect. Always quickly cleared tables and everything clean. Suitable for people with handycap as there are ramps everywhere. We will definitely come back sometime.

Rested this year in September, the expectation was very large (as in looked about Sapphire a lot of good reviews). The rooms are small, cleaning is zero (for 9дней removed 2 times), diet 3 (crayfish even poisoned), though the territory deserves great credit.

I love the hotel, it has great facilities and great food choice.

It is just gorgeous here, The whole ambience is great, from Service, friendliness, cleanliness. The food is fabulous and lovingly prepared. We are extremely satisfied. And come here for the past 8 years here, because you just feel comfortable and welcome feels like a second home with lots of love and warm people.

Had a rest in Turkey for the first time! Loved the hotel "Sapphire", food, Parking, staff. Well, and the animation is out of competition! We are going to go this summer to this friends. Booked back at the beginning of the year, paid, confirmation came. It Remains 1 month before the rest. Was in this hotel from 17 — 30 may 2018 super food 5+++++++ fed for slaughter, even my children are the fussiest of eaters and the eaten. Animators well done I would like to thank them. The last show was for adults it was just super I really liked it. Only Yes the disco has grimaila at night is not allowed to sleep. But you can stay closer to the sea villas. I want to add that children's animation is also great. In General who is looking for feedback I want to say that hotel at all 5++++++++++

A great hotel with friendly personal, good food, sandy beach, entertainment and everything for reasonable price. Have been here twice and don't regret.

A nice place, very green, staff very efficient and pleasant. Holds lots of people but its not too crowded, lots of various food, hot food is different every day, loads of green vegetables and sweets, loads of free drinks. Only two things I did not like here — loads of russians so a lot of people — including the staff — just talk to you in russian expecting you to understand. Even the animators who stand at the doors of restaurant in the evening saying hello and introducing the night programme talk just in russian — it got so annoying at the end of the stay! And internet… It's slow and to conect you have to go to reception for them to set it up for you. And then if you dont use it you have to reconnect again and again and again…

Large area. Lots of greenery. Private Beach, access to the beach from the territory. Great Animation team. The Food is delicious and varied.

I loved the Saphir. Very beautiful, large, well-kept garden. Several pools for adults and little ones. Refrigerators with soft drinks are in the garden. Animation for children and adults. Most liked Zumba in 16.30. The hotel has spa s Hamm-Am. Massage is done by professionals. Go for it. Masseur Zyja very competent and works his money on all 100%. This hotel is more for Russians and Lithuanians than for Germans, although the staff speak all languages. Pebble Beach-take appropriate slippers. I was there twice, 2013 and 2014.
Everything is very good, except that there are not enough beds on the beach. Most of the times, I had no snag.
That's why I find it hard to book again.

We Went in August 2017 pancake we so liked the food is perfect (especially peas), the rooms are nice (there is even a view on the construction), but it is not a minus, of course the villa is not quite ideal, oh what an animation is just a bomb! There are 3 pools 2 long blue and short wide, there are 4 even more pools: I will tell about 4: One with slides pool, the second behind the bar in the pool, the third on the territory of Villas, and the fourth next to the third only for children. There is another slide she leaves from the pier in the sea.

Beautiful view, swimming pools, private beach, and the food is very good. But the internet is impossible.

Beautiful large complex right on the beach. A modern new room, which may be smaller. Good and streamable Wi-Fi in the complex. Delicious and varied food.

Great place to visit together with your family. Big variety of food & drinks, polite staff, everything will make you to feel comfortable.

10/10 For looks. 2 Reason why I have given 3stars is one 95% of workers don't speak or understand English so if you come here either able to speak Russian or German. Another reason why 3stars is because the shift manager in the out door restaurant specially in the evening with the name of (Cosmatick) is Racist and Disrespectful reported to Reception manager and still waiting to hear back from hotel senior manager (2Days after report). Beside that hotel is amazing and am very disappointed with the lack of English barrier and No feed back.

The villas are very beautiful from the outside. Not so nice from the inside. If you want to be on the sea, under the shadow of a umbrella, you should go and put your towel around 6am … otherwise that would not be possible. They is not enough room for everybody.

An excellent hotel. Rested there for many years polrâd. Points deducted. Good for the little ones, is where retire. For older children a great animation! Service without gripes on all 5 *. Pure. Tasty. Beautiful territory. It is a pity that this year we are not going there to relax. I hope everything will be solved and we will fly again in Turkey.

It was just fantastic! We come back this year guaranteed! All were very friendly and Nice. Especially the management! The system is very extensive, park-like and very well maintained, just great. At the swimming pool what this quiet secluded swimming pool until water park with slide and animation as well as a water bistro is simply class for everyone! There is a playground at the Mimiclub and one on the beach, the children's entertainment is just great. The animation is very varied, Wasseball, football, shooting, sports, aerobics, etc. The evening show, with mini-disco and then the Disco is simply class! The SPA area is very nice, Hammam, massage. Something for everyone here! We had not so good food, everything is very tasty (like when Mommy) and the buffet is very varied. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are pleasant. It was a great too short holiday. Many thanks for everything.

A review from a holiday on 05/05/11 to 10/05/11 Hotel was very clean, food was very Turkish and Russian but the quality was excellent, just not for the British palette. Hotel staff speak very limited English due to the fact it was 80% Russian guests and 20% German, we was the only British family there. Be careful of the polish guy who runs the wellness clinic, you will see him walking about looking for victims on arrival days, he will talk them into a costly massage that he will offer for free, which then turns into a full charge if you do not book a coarse, after first massage he will tell you that you have a serious problem and really need to have 6 to 10 massages before it gets really bad and ruins your holiday. Scammer! Beach is not pretty at all, mainly stones and grit. In general the hotel was very good, but the area I would say is mainly for the Russian tourist, you will not be disappointed if you choose to go, but there are better places in Turkey to visit.
