Some spot, less than 24 hours but I know it is going to be brilliant, everything is top quality.

We have been on vacation since September. The weather is very warm! and the sea too! the hotel is in a very good location. Has three accesses to the sea! we lived in building B. It's quieter there. We got a room for four people with two rooms, although we lived in three. We liked the food. Animators are good. Strongly encouraged to play and participate. We met Russians, Germans and French in this hotel. We ourselves are from Lithuania. However, we only met two compatriots. We recommend it for families, for a quiet and active vacation. ☀️☀️☀️

I've never seen a hotel worse than this!
The animators are disrespectful! I was asked to have sex with one of them but is this normal? The animators are clingy do not let go in addition we left in a party organized by the hotel that we had to pay apart from this and normally the animators are not supposed to drink alcohol during work this is not the case no respect I touched my body example my arms my back claps on my buttocks oulala I did that cry in this hotel flee you from this horrible hotel hotel that I would never return again and neither my loved ones!

A great hotel, surrounded by three private beaches. All staff from cleaners to management were very friendly and helpful. My special thanks to Gulnara xanum for her care and attention. And I will definitely recommend visiting hairdresser Hasan for a beautiful hairstyling. Harika bir tatil için teşekkürler Gold Island team! :)

Very unprofessional and racist people are managing the hotel. The head of guest relations prefers to serve better to their guests who are from western countries and do not appreciate Turkish guests. When I was sitting to complain about the issues we had she kept calling the guy I was talking to and insisting to take care of the French guests who came after me because they were French! If this is not racism, what is it? They changed our room 4 times and every time when we entered the room we saw other people's belongings! They work together with a Baskent universitesi Hastanesi where the doctors do not know anything but only think about how much money will go into their pocket. The hotel sent us to this hospital which is private without informing us that this hospital was private. When we arrived at the hospital the "doctor" said we needed to stay overnight and pay 1000 euros without even checking how my daughter feels. This is a shame! Shame on the doctors and on the hospital! Shame on the hotel as they are benefiting from this hospital and cheating their guests! I will never be back to Alanya and will inform all my connections about this horrible hotel and hospital!

Unfortunately very dirty. Rooms and toilets dirty. The furniture is run down. Food fine. The location of the complex very good, beautiful sea. Staff unfortunately unfriendly and slow. Especially if you can't speak Turkish, you'll be ignored.
All in plus I don't understand as minibar costs extra and no international alcoholic drinks are served at the bars.

Hello, I can really recommend the hotel, the staff is very friendly (especially Emin😉) Hotel service every day fresh bed, fresh towels. < br / > To the buffet: mega delicious there was a lot of choice. The desserts are definitely not as extremely sweet as you know it in Germany. We had a table reserved & decorated for Emin's farewell, very attentive 💪😉😉☀️

Very dirty rooms fungus everywhere, dangerous electric kabels, dirty matress. Food and drinks discusting. Unfriendly staff! We stayed one night but have to leave for our own health.

A nice hotel with the friendly staff. The food is very good. The beach is just gorgeous. But you should look very carefully when booking, in which block the room is: so I would have saved myself a lot of stress and disappointment. The Internet is rather bad, in the room hardly reception. We had our balcony right in front of the pool and night bar, so neither at night nor during the day we had rest. The crowning glory was the restaurant under the balcony, the kitchen smells we could feel from 4 o'clock in the morning.

Good food… Nice staff… great facility… beautiful bays… cozy room.

We just got back yesterday and had an amazing holiday in this Hotel. Great staff (emin) what a sweet sweet man he is. Great animationteam (Ruby and Carlito) a special thanks to jou 2 tot all the laughs and fun (pas op he Marianne) we will go back to this Hotel for sure.

Just got back yesterday from Gold Island, can't fault it much, top service from start to finish, entertainment and kids club is really good and staff are great. Food options are amazing but they could do with more options for kids such as chicken nuggets or fish fingers. Mehmet Demir and cetin keskin stood out for me but so many I could name as they are all helpful, also if you like a nice cup of English tea like my mrs take some tea bags, otherwise your getting Turkish tea with milk and it ain't the same. Free meal at Al a carte restaurant is also really good, hospitality from Emrah Durakan and team was top class.

Just got back after spending a wonderful week here this hotel is amazing staff are grate and a credit to the hotel rooms are spacious and kept clean but the amazing cleaners I would definitely recommend this hotel I’ll definitely be visiting this hotel again I would personally recommend the bbq on the pier it was amazing.

It is very nice hotel. We spent there super holiday. We were in Turkey first time and it was our best holiday at all. Comfortable room (clean and beautiful). Food so good and tasty. Beautiful beach, great view, so many comfortable sunbeds. Nice and very cared garden and flowers.
Staff (everywhere) very helpfull and kind and professional. And our special thanks to entertainment team, they did our holiday funny, interesting and the best — SUPER! Thank you very much, Gold Island!

After my stay so far in this hotel I would recommend don't bother unless you want an eastern European holiday with Turkish with. They cater more for them food and entertainment wise very little English or Turkish shock on a Turkish holiday and get a few meals at dinner and undercooked too the kofte where pink in the middle. But if you can sustain yourself on veg, fruit and dry over cooked fish this is the place for you. First night room wasn't set up for us we had to do it, upon setting it up we found a crusty pair of female knickers behind the bed. So all in all finish quality on my room was poor the mirror that ran along the wall was chipped at the bottom, excessive amount of glue in seams for flooring the cabinets are wonky meaning poorly put together or maintained. Air conditioning is poor doesn't go lower that 18 and barely feels like it's on when it's running. So when you're paying 2000 pound for a holiday in a 5 star hotel you expect it to live up to everything you expect and unfortunately it's a hit and a miss on this occasion. Plus the one thing all my other lesser star hotels have had is freshly squeezed orange if it ain't fried concentrated or cheap I've not seen it been served in the buffet halls. With the size of the hotel having only 1 a la carte restaurant is weak. The travel agent will tell you you get one visit a week but in reality it's one visit for 5 or more nights stay.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for 10 nights, here we go. The hospitality is good they greet you with a smile. They don’t have a double bed or kingsize bed in the whirlpool rooms so if your a couple thinking to book a whirlpool room be ready for heavy back pains when you wake up cause they join 2 single beds into one and put a mattress over it that’s not even a inch thick you literally have to sleep on the sides or your sinking into the middle on top of that they give you duvet for a single bed not a double, I won’t expect this from a 3* hotel let alone 5*. The food is disgusting And this is coming from someone who is not picky with food I only enjoyed one meal there and that was the creamy pasta which did not include any meat cause the meat tastes like your eating food that’s been left over from last year. So prepare to bring extra cash with you to eat outside the hotel cause that’s exactly what We did. This hotel does have the best beech in this area as I have explored different parts. They speak English and many other languages so communicating with them won’t be hard. Sentido hotels are a big known company across the globe this hotel was once a part of them but this hotel could not meet up to standards of them so sentido pulled back there contract with gold island hotel. So even this shows you why this hotel has many errors. I heard that this hotel is going to go up to a 7* Maybe you can buy your stars in turkey ;).

Nice place, nice rooms in in Block A, nice staff. It would not be a trully 5 hotel but definitely a good place to enjoy your vacation.

The hotel is really nice. There were 13 days together. Delicious, varied food. You can't see the children practically. Lots of beaches (3) pools everywhere.
Of the cons: limp cleaning rooms (can score two days), and the quality of cleaning is very lame. Even though we always tip girls. Even with poor cleaning.
Disgusting waifai in the room. Each room has its own waifai router, which just does not load anything. The speed is an average of 32kb/s, which is simply unbearable, given the needs of the modern person on the Internet.
Therefore, on the ground floor, in the lobby you can find people who watch movies or just work on laptops.

The hotel is super! They lived in the building B 253 number. Loved! It's all clear, it's not sloppy. The room is new, everything works. The staff are polite. The beaches are super. The food is high-quality, meat and fruit in abundance. The internet is fast. It's clean everywhere. I'm ecstatic. Be sure to come back!

We stayed at the Gold Island Hotel 1st to 15th June 2018. Looking to book next year once hotel have their June 2019. Prices. Everything amazing stunning spacious rooms spotlessly clean Facilities food helpful staff they all work hard to make sure you have an amazing holiday.

Loved the hotel. Fantastic design. Three beaches. One beach is shallow for kids the second beach is already for children older. And the third beach for adults. On the first two beaches the breakwaters do their work and the waves are very small. On the third beach The open sea is simply fantastic. And the main sea is clear clean and the beaches are always cleaned. Animation Super kids from them in awe, but also adults are great… I personally liked it. The food is great. Two restaurants in 2 buildings. Almost the same food. We liked in our B case as it is more convenient and habitual.
From the minuses can be said only about the mini-bar it does not update… For 10 days nothing, we had a drink with three kids mini bar in three days the remaining seven days just looked and waited… Answer never. But it didn't bother us any bars work till late… No more negatives at all. About the mini-bar It's out of the category well at least something fault.

I'm in the Gold Island Hotel for the second time this year. The hotel's rooms of service and food are again better than last year. Here, every wish is read from the eyes. The Gold Island is recommended for all who want to enjoy peace of relaxation and a great service. 3 beaches to choose from right outside the door! The pool spacious and modern! I'm going to come back every year now! first-rate!

Very nice hotel. Lots of space, few people, foreigners 10%. And the staff is 5 +. Especially the spa. Massages do on the conscience.

The hotel is quite interesting, not large, but large grounds. Due to the birthday we were given the Islands rooms, although booked block B (they are on the seafront, something of a bungalow), which is certainly very nice. Gold Island is far from the road, which, of course, more useful, as the air is cleaner.
On the territory of the hotel there are 3 beaches and one of them with red sand (later I will show it). All the beaches are on the first line, no need to go down, climb. The sea is warmer by a couple of degrees since it is "as it were" in the bay. The hotel has the most Russian, Germans and Turks themselves. A lot of rest with children well and pensioners. For children a couple of playgrounds with slides and swings (slides with wooden handrails and there my child caught a splinter, on this there is better not to walk, or at least follow), as well as water slides. Animators all speak Russian language.
Food. Initially we were told that there are kids menu, but in reality it was not. When I asked for a blender it was not given to me, only at the end of the rest he appeared. And then I had to wash it myself. And so the food is a lot and delicious.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Calm, quiet rest.

As a member of a party of 10 ladies, we have just had 2 weeks at this hotel and couldn't fault it, so much so we are hoping to go back next year.

I went to Gold Island to join my two friends who had travelled there 2 days before. The transfer took about 1-2 hours. I had booked the trip via FTI Touristik in Germany. Arrival and Reception: (2/5) Arrived at the hotel, I was told that there is a block B where I should stay although my friends were in block A. My request to stay with my friends was denied. Stay in Block B: (2/5) My room in Block B was very inferior in quality in comparison to rooms in Block a. I had booked an economy room but had expected a bit more of a five star hotel actually. The room‘s design was ok with a small balcony and I had enough space but in the first couple of days I had to fight with several problems: 1. My door didnt close on the first night, so anybody could have stolen my stuff. 2. The safe didn‘t have battery. 3. The water in the bathroom was very weak 4. Constructions workers in front of the balcony were making a lot of noise, 5. Cleaning ladies were making a lot of noise in the mornings at 8-9 am, 6. I didnt have any bed quilt (got it after requesting about 5x at the reception) etc. To sum up, I couldnt sleep well any night and didnt enjoy the room. Food and Drinks: (5/5) The food was very tasty and the selection was great. 24 hour drinks excellent. I enjoyed eating in the restaurant and drinking at the hotel and pool bars. Staff: (4/5) Most of the staff were very kind. Greats workers at the bars, disco and excellent animation team.

I want to briefly describe my impressions about the hotel:: I, never leave reviews about the hotel, where I had a rest, as there was no good experience, and about bad write there are no desires.
So, about the hotel; I liked the hotel in all respects.
The hotel is in the European style, the room is very comfortable, white, the condition of the room is good, no complaints. The territory is large beautiful, divided into 2 buildings: a friend-a friend does not disturb rest, sunbeds are free, there are 3 beaches, but the best for me it was the beach, which is located in block B: as it, the open sea, the sand of amazing brick color) ) : on other Beaches yes, shallow, but, this bay, for children This is a good option.
Towels are clean without extraneous smell (for me this is a very important part of the stay as the bedding should be ideally).
Dishes varied for every taste, a lot of fruits, ice cream. Tip: Before eating drink "Mezima" or analogue of it), so the stomach is poorly struggling with a variety of tasty dishes and plus a lot of sweets).

I can't understand the people who rate with a star. We 4 people) were in the hotel at the end of November and had a very nice time. The hotel is great! Room huge, quality of food best, facility top! All around a successful holiday with the work colleagues!

Good but could be even better.

Beautiful Hotel in a unique Location on a Peninsula. The Room was very generous and clean. WI-FI was easy to use. The Food was replenished again and again and was always fresh. The Selection was very extensive. In addition, the Beach and the Pool Landscape are beautifully laid Out. Only the Steam Bath/Sauna and fitness were a bit gogglike and Dark. You don't want to get involved here.

The hotel itself is really good. Food is not bad rooms are also good but my mother was stolen there. On the departure day, the suitcase was opened in the hotel and the jewelry was stolen. What a pity…

Only just arrived but what we have seen so far is fantastic. The views from our balcony are out of this world.

Quietly located beautiful 5*Hotel. Rooms are clean and well insulated. So not clairvoyant, which is already rare in other hotels. Attentive service and good food. On some corners, however, there is a need for renovation.

Output hui, inside pfui! Unfortunately, the first positive impression in the interior is supplanted by many small deficiencies. The buffet is imaginative and the service acceptable. Total 3 out of 5 stars.

Staff really not nice.

Very nice hotel. Food taste the best I've ever had in a Turkish hotel. Cleanliness is always such a thing in Turkey … that was ok, but not outstanding. I draw a point for that. The location is just mega! The stand is in a small bay to us because the water is always a bit warmer than on the other beaches. Sandy beach! Was really a very nice holiday!
Oh yes: We were in Block A, which is the round building and generally more popular. There's still Block B. That's behind it. I can definitely recommend A!

Great location on a peninsular so beach all around, the lit up dome is fantastic to look at. We have a room in block B with whirlpool and it is spacious and modern. There are a few pools around the hotel aswell as bars, snack bars and fridges for water.

Very good hotel, but bar open only till midnight, so you have nothing to do after.

Very nice hotel, varied food, nice rooms (in) with a balcony exit to the pool, great sandy beaches (3 beaches), near market, very cool location on the Cape, view of the Bay of Avsallar. Recommend.

Hotel is in a nice area with a nice setting. The stay here was off to a rocky start with no towels in our room and struggling to get reception to provide these this was the only downside of the stay so far. Food and drink was good especially in b block. Rooms were nice and clean and cleaned regualry. Hotel management were quick to react on concerns regarding our room which was very welcome and made the stay feel special. Highlights were the evening entertainment and animation team alongside great service from the evening dining team in b block.

The internet is really weak, in the case in the rooms in general is lost. On Russian service on 2 +. The room was clean. 3 beaches. 4 swimming pools One of them is indoor. Good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The negative is the unpleasant smell near the lobby bar in the elevator area in block a.

Brilliant place, great for families, couples, groups, always something to do, food is brilliant. Cannot complain at all. Will come again, when I have a spare 500 notes.

The hotel is nice! But far to it to 5 stars. Sheets holes, glass marked, splits break, in the lobby is hot, tourits weak. Not all inclusive…

We have a Premium room with a gorgeous view from the window. The sea is warm and without waves. The room has all the amenities. Very nice pools and beaches. Food is good. I recommend this hotel. Next year we will come here!

Great location. It has its own private beach and also has direct access to public beach. The private island villas are good if you need privacy and want to be next to the water. The sea facing rooms in the main building are good for views. Very friendly staff and has good water activities during the day. Live music entertainment in the evening. The buffett food option is good but needs more varieties as its almost same food everyday. We had a great stay at this hotel.

Fantastic family holiday. Spacious rooms with great views. Maintenance of rooms could be better but hotel will fix them if notified. Food is mainly Turkish and sometimes repeated but if you want a change the pool side bar offer up a range of Snacks. Staff were friendly and great with the kids. Would definitely visit again!

Staff were great. Facilities excellent. There is an adults only pool also if you like quiet time. The food was varied and there was nothing I did not like. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the beach. We liked it so much we are going back again in a few months.

Staff, entered immediately on special requests.
The rooms were clean and the hotel complex
housed in a well-kept condition. The food was very good and versatile. We like to come back!
PS: to criticize only the behaviour of some guests, is what
behave like small indigenous — take in slippers (yet
worse this Gartenglogs), jogging pants and unkempt in the
Place restaurant and the guests who have no table manners, full cut the plates themselves are even worse and then… off to
the garbage. It is not all-inclusive these guests would not even order a water with meals.
Great compliment to the kitchen — an always loving and super buffet!

I have the suspicion that the good reviews here are fake! Our stay at the hotel from 01.11. Until 06.11.2015 1. The Worst was the rude, aggressive, and bossy staff. Finally, we have the contacts with the staff (especially the bartenders at the Pool, I think his name was Mohammed) simply shunned us and only on our departure excited! 2. The "All Inclusive Concept"drinks were terrible. For a "Turkish" Mojito, they wanted 7 euros! Of Margerita, Caipirinha, Pina Colada, Cuba Libre has no one heard anything. 3. The food was inedible and we have stomach problems (I have the first Time such a bad experience in Turkey). 4. The towels and bathrobes looked like old cloths (grey and many holes). Also the mattresses were cheap and not good. 5. The "welcome drink": A strange, green Limonadenstand in the Lobby with a paper Cup, next to a huge trash can from an organic box! 6. How can such a nice Hotel only because of the bad staff and Manager to ruin? It was my seventh trip to Turkey. I have until now never something to complain about or had a bad rating, but this time it was really bad! This is equivalent to any 5 star Hotel!

Got this Hotel with my wife at the "Neckermann"-Belgium for 8 days with luxury rooms, shower, toilet, balcony, air conditioning, sea view, All Inclusive", Annulierungsversicherung and visa booked. Unfortunately my passport is only valid for Europe, so that my wife go on that journey alone had. On your arrival against 24 at the Hotel rather than the luxury rooms only a small Abstellzimmer on the ground floor without sea view free (probably because she was alone! ) and me then communicated that to your room until the next day. Not alone, that my/your Holidays "ruined" is, I find the behaviour of the tour operator and the hotel management is scandalous and would like all my friends, Acquaintances, and potential new customers about this case with "Overbooking" to be informed. This tour company this Hotel? No Thanks and never again. Expect an official opinion from these two companies!

Just a very good hotel!

Here is simply right everything. Stay in the summer of 2014. I can recommend it. Also the rooms that are not DIRECTLY in the hotel, but the beach (bungalowähnlich), are class.

A very great Hotel we were there in September 2013. Looking forward to our next vacation there again in October 2015.
