Were Whitsun holidays 1 week at Arabella. We had a family room but for 5 people it was too small but otherwise it was ok every day the cleaning came. The food was good a balanced mix. Pool was also clean, thanks to bartender Can always fresh cocktails :-).
The spa is highly recommended and be sure to book a massage with the pre-massager Mustafa. And if you had problems with your back looked at by Mr. Olcay and had them treated, I did and since then no more pain Thank you.
So it's worth its 4 🌟 ;-)

This was a last minute holiday so we didn’t read the reviews. How we wish we had. We went as a family of four. The room was very small with 3 beds and an unsafe camp bed. The hotel advertises as all inclusive. This doesn’t include snacks or ice-creams for the children. The restaurant only serves limited salad and vegetables, no meat or fish. The same for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. The entertainment was non existent apart from a lady pestering you to buy excursions. The staff are very rude especially on reception. The hotel itself is on a busy main road with nothing around apart from a couple of mini markets behind it. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. The beach bar serves soft drinks only. No snacks or ice cream. The hotel is listed as a 4 star, I’d say more like a 2. Avoid this place.

We were the 4th. And last time in arabella world it got so bad. Eat the same thing almost every day, hardly a choice. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Hardly any staff speaks german… some tiles at the pool already protrude out that you have to be really careful where you walk. I could write hours on. Not recommended.

Pool way too small … paper cups coffee for breakfast … always eat the same and cold … Russian guests behaved with all dignity and no one did anything about it.

The hotel is not bad for its stardom, but it is not pleasant to spend the holiday with food poisoning. In hotels two buildings the main "old building" and the new where to settle for an additional fee. In the new building restaurant, and there's everything your soul wants: dirty plates, dirty forks, spoons. The glasses were disposable. The food is superimposed by the workers themselves "in connection with the pondology" And when you ask to change the plate pretend that they do not hear you, had to repeat several times to change the plate. Terrible dirt even on the hands on the tops where there is a layer of dirt. The food is repetitive for lunch so generally all week it was the same thing, chicken with mushrooms. I was certainly ready that it's not a 5z, but I didn't come to you for free. And for my money, I want to get a normal vacation, not lying around with diarrhoea in bed.

The hotel is spotless and there is staff cleaning constantly although we slept on top of the bed because of the heat our beds were still fresh made the following day. The entertainment is ok the private beach is stunning and there's plenty to do and things on the hotel to do are all really good and quite well priced. Fully stocked shop tattooist hair salon gym photographer. The only thing I wasn't over keen on was the food. It was all may fish based. Good variety though just not to my liking. Daytime snacks where good and the bar is well stocked for an all inclusive. All in all I have really enjoyed every minute here and would recommend to others.

Very good hotel, lived in the building B, cleaning without complaints, and it's in the 4ke, before that lived in 2017g in Stella, Okrujlar. I ran for the cleaners there. I am not paranoid in cleanliness, but there strained workers with their detachment:) The food is good, convenience too, to the beach minutes 6-7. No need to occupy sunbeds and tables. They are enough. And there are no people who like to leave their belongings in advance on sunbeds and tables, as in the five above. The only thing to remember is that the check-in from 14h in hotels. They had a smooth brain to met in 12 hours Stayed in June 2018g. The guide is good in Cappadocia was Lepropeller. I recommend it, as well as the excursion to Cappadocia.

We booked All Inclusive 2 day for 2 day which have no whisky, reason was just finished.! For all the cocktail, the money demanded …
On the beach we didn't get any alcoholic beverages.

The food was unpalatable always the same mostly in short time all gone. Very bad hotel crowded with Russians, which are so noisy. It ruined the holiday for us.
We give the matter to our lawyer.

For 4 Super Hotel. The food is varied. Fresh. Had a rest in May 18 G. There was even a strawberry and a mushmullah. Mushrooms, meat. Everything is delicious. The staff is friendly. The area is tiny. The pool is clean. The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day, change of linen once in 2 days. To the sea minutes 5-7. Through the tunnel across the road. But for us it is a big plus. Do not like the sea at once, it is better to walk. The only minus is the elevator. They are 2, but slow and small.

Hotel is fine for the price the staff are friendly you just have to watch out in the lower shops since you get counterfeit money sometimes fast but for that the hotel can't do anything as the private shops are unfortunately are very many Russians as they have no behaviour when eating there w Ethen the plate made full up and then the food is left standing.

Cheap. The beach is Sandy. To the beach 600 m on the half-parked road without sidewalks, along hotels and garbage cans. The food is monotonous. The staff is unfriendly.

I was now in Arabella World for the second time and felt very comfortable again.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The care of the German guests is excellent.
The rooms are cosy and spacious. The food is good, rich and versatile.
I can only recommend the hotel, as the value for money is also right.

DONT TAKE NOTICE OF BAD REWIEWS! We have been here 3 days so far and cant recommend this place enough! A lot of ppl just like to complain for nothing … food is turkish/russian/dutch it is what it is ffs but plenty to choose from, all staff are friendly may all not speak great English but animation team help … great pools indoor and out. 5 min walk to beach and shops, kids club and plenty entertainment during day/night … Negative ppl will leave negative feedback simple as that! Love it Love the turks Love this hotel … now going to enjoy rest of our holiday and looking forward to booking here again very soon …

Kübra from the reception is super great, she is for every problem the solution simply indispensable for the hotel she is grade for the German guests an absolute win, always before comment and super polite. The hotel is very nice and in a good location (close to the beach, shops and markets are just around the corner) a large pool with 3 slides is also available. Conclusion the hotel is good. However, grade the Russian women are an absolute NO Go in this hotel.

Well, for those who found it bad here, they are kings and queens. This place and this hotel are the absolute hammer. Grade the Kübra from the front desk is simply class this woman is cordial and always responsive and takes care of everything immediately.

The hotel is good, the animation guys are well, some dishes are prepared in the view, very tasty, lots of fruit, alcohol) The beach is not quite far away, one minus Wi-Fi works only at reception.

Good hotel for 4 stars. Delights in the diet will not find, but do not stay hungry. The beach is too far away. Wi Fi is no good — slow and overloaded constantly. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

We rested at the beginning of season 2017, it's Sunny but the water is still not warm at this time.
We did 2 rooms, one on the 4th floor, see the pool and the sea, and on the 3rd floor looking worse, but also see the sea
On the first day the roller coaster was not working, but on request at the reception, we turned them on, and we lit a Threesome in an empty pool.
By the end of the week populated almost entirely the hotel and the animation became more active, pool, Darts, Polo, table tennis. Good pool bar.
The sea is quite far away. But the beach is very clean, entrance to the water is easy and the sand is good. On the beach poskuchnee, with no animation. Just pure relaxation. Maybe in the season and there will be animations.
Hamam and sauna are good. Several types of massage. I highly recommend Olcay, truly Golden hands, diagnosis, massage and manual therapy.
And beautiful Ellochka, conducts a mini tour of the hotel for newcomers.
The restaurant is a good four. Bar on 4+.
Wi-fi flies periodically, but generally works

In short, the declared value corresponds to quite a.

Not even a star merit, disaster we were there at the end of the season and were allowed to feel this too
The food was inedible, every day the same food. Not even fries get the chefs totally cold and hard.
All inclusive was a joke, there was no real cola or anything like that
The drinks were mostly available in the cardboard or in dirty plastic benches
staff so on tipping.
Room with safe for 2€/day. Bathroom was stinking all day
Rooms are very cold and not to be warmer with the climate
There are only 2 thin blankets although wipes would be the better word for it.
Hotel is absolutely not recommended.

The hotel is quite ok the staff is nice ok the pool facility is small but it has water slides the beach is also good except for which you have to walk a little further, the food is delicious but little.

Great hotel very clean nice friendly staff. Food was very well prepared. Room was very nice. Beautiful beach. Would recommend and would defo stay here again. Entertainment every evening and great reps. Had a lovely time.

I would not recommend this hotel for a family or a group of friends. Although the facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful the food was shocking. The hotel served fries for breakfast and 2 day old chicken niggles for lunch. The menu had no variations and was lacking in flavour. When you go on holiday, the food is something you expect to be amazing. This was far from the story. The rooms were very well fitted and had AC and a balcony with room service everyday for fresh sheets. The pool was adequate and catered for children with water slides. The drinks were limited and all from vending machines (free). The staff although limited in English were helpful. The Internet is shocking. No Wi-Fi was avaliable through my week stay and the Internet connection was strongest at 3 to 4 am. Calling home proved difficult. The promotional team were a Haste. Every night they would pester our party to go out for a night out and we explained we wanted a early night as we had excursions in the day time. Overall not a good experience, if I could have booked again I would have gone for a 5 star hotel and self catered.

Awful food, the worst Wi-Fi on the planet, useless manager, harassing entertainment/animation workers.

Rooms are spacious and food is nice, the pool is large with good slides.

In April half term I took a group of 16 people & we all had an amazing time. The hotel staff were friendly & very welcoming. I agree not all staff could speak or understand English but we had no problem with that. The hotel was very clean & rooms were cleaned daily. Facilities were great & me & my group would like to thank the reservation Manager & Param & Kubra who always had a lovely smile whenever we entered the reception area & the dining staff Bairam wz very funny n always greeted us nicely not forgetting hussayn & vulcan who also worked hard in the dining area. & what food do you expect to get for the price you pay. Food was average & all the adults enjoyed the variety of salads, hot food & desserts we got & for the kidz who wanted something different was takeaway round the corner or pizza place jst down the road which was also great. Thomom wz a luvly lady who worked in the kiddies zone area & wz very friendly. The beach was jst a few minutes walk away from the hotel. All in all we loved the place & would definately go again. 5/5 for the hotel & staff. Thank-you once again to all the team. P. S. Please don't believe all the bad reviews you read about this hotel & staff. Because I was also nervous after reading all the bad comments but in the matter of fact it was just the opposite. We had no russians or germans pushing in queues at the dining area. Everyone just seemed to get on with it.

Low season from 23: 00 nix loss only what to have for people that their calm. Slide the wide caution got the back hurt and the bathing suit was broken. Reason the distances of the slide is not right. Swimwear has been replaced. No animations. Super nice food good people. Rooms only 2 stars because bath water out and TV ran defective device. Beach is well accessible unfortunately no alcohol most beach but cola u. S. W.

I was there and must say they are very unfriendly and the food doesn't taste good at all because of the food there, by case. And the sea is not as described in the Internet couple of meters but is a piece of the man must be! by an underpass of a main road and right all down the street the disability so for people that have nothing.

When we arrived everything are at night approximately 23:00, from Germany to Turkey/alanya with a reservation and service in the look okay… There was no food offered when we asked there just soups, bread was rock hard since days left… food etc was served every day right… We have eaten something from out there because it was not consumable in the hotel! was in the room where we were new to the blanket blood…! We down on the service asked, it was a cheeky reply given "to that at night there are unfortunately no cleaning lady only in the morning, please they sleep at night so this and next day will be renewed… " totally unsanitary! Never again in such a hotel cheek then still 4 star hotel, there's another really beautiful hotel example (gold Iceland) I would not go my recommendation after no change always the same and hidden costs!

Absolutely nothing I liked the food the last schweinefrass food was three days in a row, warmed up children's entertainment is zero One star still too much.

The food is good, but it would be good to teach everyone to speak Russian. Many Germans in July. The beach is close, Hamam good, but bred for money (I have found the displacement of the vertebrae in 2 places (as I dance for 10 years) ) sometimes when cleaning trash. But dining room… Super! The animation is not Russian for the most part. We went from Anex tour-5+.
