Great hotel. 100 m to the famous Kleopatra beach, 500 m tp the city center, plenty of local stores and restaurants. Excellent and helpful staff that will do everything to satisfy everyone's needs and requirements. Hotel's own beach is 900 m away, but sunbeds and shade are available on the entire Kleopatra beach for 20 TL (2 sunbeds and one shade) which is approximately 3, 3 EUR/3, 8 USD per day. Few disappointing things are the Internet which is available throughout the entire hotel, but the speed definitely cannot satisfy all the guests, maids are a bit lazy, towels are unfortunately not changed every day and the bed sheets should changes every third day, but that was not the case.

We were at this hotel for 10 days at the end of June 2018 and we are very satisfied. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are very nice and clean. Great location of the hotel, close to shops, museum, damlatas caves, kleopatra beach, etc. Hotel for recommendation. I'll be back to you again.

It used to be a luxury hotel a while ago. The location is still good — it's situated in a quiet environment and within a walking distance to the sea and attractions. The cuisine is good as well. However, customer service, cleaningness and room condition suck.

Great place. Location is a lucky place-near all attractions-Cleopatra, Cave, Fortress. Nearby is a bazaar where there is always something to be found.

For those who do not want to cook only in the hotel-it is! The hotel is nice! clean, quiet, Comfortable. Probably quiet due to the fact that the hotel has long had the concept of 18 +, that is, without Children. And by our arrival in May 18th children were very little. The kitchen in the restaurant then pleased, then Upset. But they say it used to be better! ;-) Cleopatra Beach is 5-7 minutes ' walk away. The beach is not only owned by the hotel, but it is very good. Animation in another hotel (5 stars (a-la "feel nishhebrodom") ), to it to go decently-15-20 min.! For those who love urban tourism as we are certainly suitable.

Hello, I liked everything from check in to departure, excellent food, a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, always ready to solve your problems, came on Friday in 21.30, in the fridge there was 1 bottle of water (1, 5), Saturday and Sunday are not cleaned and water is not brought, decided that the weekend, on Monday came from the sea, the same picture came to them and asked what was happening until my husband and I had dinner, cleaned everything, brought 3 water bottles and even the bows of the covered built, just turns out you need to click before leaving the key near the entrance with a request to clean the room, we now do it, clean it every day, but everything else was super, the bar is very decent drink, I especially liked the Baileys, but with children in this hotel nothing to do, clean city hotel, which is located in 3 minutes from a gorgeous beach and the main street of Alanya with all kinds of shops.

Everything is super, very close to the beach and attractions, not talking about shopping area. Free shuttle from and to the airport should be ordered befirehand but works well.

This is the worst hotel we ever stayed! The service is bad and no manners at all. We asked for a manager to talk because we had problem with rude staff and we want to be transfered to another hotel and pay the extra and we been told that the manager is gonna be at morning and we gonna be stransfered to other hotel with is same star rate for extra 10 euro a day. So we were happy with that and ready to pay extra money and we comeback next morning to see manager and the person at reception said sorry the manager doesn't want to come out and speak to anyone and if you're want to be transferred to other hotel you'll need to pay 60 euro extra for every day instead of 10 euro. We tell them this is unfair and we want to talk to a manager or get in contact with our tour operator and we where totally ignored. We don't recommend this hotel to any European travellers because this is absolutely discraceful and really rude and uncomfortable. Strongly not recommended this is not a 4 star hotel this is not even 3 star. Strongly not recomended!

The desserts were not good but the localisation and the rest of the foods were good.

The hotel is very good, beautiful and convenient. Friendly staff, great location, wonderful service, Porter, the smiling waiters in the restaurant and bar have made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Room cleaned every day carefully, too, was a daily change of linen. Rooms in pleasant colours, good underwear. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. Really liked the outdoor bar. The food varied and for all tastes. Booking a simple double room, upon arrival, we got to his surprise two-room Deluxe Suite with a large bed, a large balcony and sea views and Ich kale. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach of Cleopatra and the main streets of the city with shops and restaurants.

Conveniently located small hotel of high level. Very comfortable room, good service, good (though not overly diverse) feeding. Is very close to the waterfront with discos (that winter is not rabotaûûûûût: (: (: (), Cleopatra Beach and climb up the mountain to the main local landmark is the Castle. From unpleasant surprises-no indoor pool (though it is announced), and no Internet except in the lobby.

I do not advise to those who don't speak foreign languages to solve conflicts, I pity that came here, never again, the restaurant sometimes meat dishes served fresh, not fraught with digestive disorder for a few days.
