Best value for money for 5 *. The food is varied and the main thing is tasty! Service as everywhere in hotels in Turkey, all is well but do not forget about tips and will become even better)

Hotel is clean. Alluvial basin is quite small. Food is OK. Staff is also OK. Room service is poor. The hotel is pretty overrated with five stars. Four stars are enough.

I'm just in this hotel with my man and daughter.   We have for two weeks All Inc.   Booked.
The hotel is in a good location.   Directly opposite is the sea. The view is very nice. For which you can give 2 stars alone. Unfortunately, I don't know what I would give more stars to. Therefore, I will simply share my experiences that I have experienced so far.
At the bottom of the basement there is a sauna, spa, pool, fitness, mini bar.   And from 18:30 basement is complete too.   There is no fitness and no pool, no sauna, unfortunately.
      Sauna is 2 times a day.   From 9 to 11am (2 hrs. ) Morning and afternoon from 15 a. M. To 4 p. M. (1 hour)  
      There are sauna towels (or   Pool towels) which can be rented from 9am to 11pm against a hotel towel card, then must return to the 18:30 again.   Can. Besides sauna is a hammam as we bring our daughter to bathe as it is pleasant temperature.   Just 7-8 meters away comes small pool (only indoor pool. 1, 35 m deep, beside is a children's pool with the same temperatures) where to go directly after the sauna or. Jumps in between the sauna. Unfortunately the sauna is so far not always hot at the specified time period.    Wellness is for a fee (of course) minibar is there, but unfortunately no drinking water.   When you get out of the sauna or. You have to bring your own water in. But hot black tea always offered there at the counter for drinking.
Fitness room is from 9 to 18:30 on.

The hotel is not in the center but very comfortable. Food, Porjozhka on fiver.

Location good. Bus connection to the city centre good. Beautiful views to the peninsula where ALANYA BURG is located. Shopping center about 8-13 minutes walk. Eating great choice. Different menu every day. Clean.

A great hotel, friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily. Food was good but you must like a Mediterranean diet lots of salad and Turkish food.

Pretended to be five stars hotel. Three stars actually.

Beach was not that great. Rocks in the water. And stones instead of sand.
The food was good. Plenty to choose from and grilled every night. The food was great.
Animation in the evening was quite ok. But did not go long. There was a disco tour every night. For a bit of money one was driven to a disco in Alanya and one goes back together.
The day was animated with various activities that were quite good.
Rooms were top. Clean!
The internet was a bit lame, but what the heck, you're here for vacation.
The all-inclusive at the bar was little bit of a choice for alcoholic drinks.
Pool was large enough. The slide was great.

We lost our suitcases's on our way here and the wonderfull people at the reception was the greatest in helping us getting it. Thank you so much.
The Hotel is wonderfull and all the staff are so friendly — so if you are looking to get a great Hotel in Turkey — this is where to go.

A great little refurbished and partly newly built hotel. Cozy and not as stressful as in many larger hotels. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

I can absolutely recommend this hotel. It's close to the beach. The food is very diversified and the whole areal is very clean. Only negative aspect was that our neighbors were too loud.

The Food was horrible and disgusting. It wasn't 5 stars hotel. Also person who working in info desk doesn't help me much! just waste of time!

The best hotel ever! The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room is bright and comfortable. The beach is very nice. We are still enjoying :).

The indoor pool was cold, but apart from that this is a good value five star hotel. The rooms are bright and very comfortable there is an English Channel on the TV it has a kettle. No bath in my room but a good shiver with plenty of hot water. The food is varied and very good. The omelette at breakfast is very nice. The vast reception area has a large seating area with leather chesterfield sofas. The large atrium bar area is a please to site in. The house cocktails are worth trying. The location is good just opposite their private beach. All rooms have a sea view mostly from the side. The staff are friendly and helpful. I plan to come back here again.

Loved the service and staff. Besides the 3 daily meals they provided cakes and coffee in between meals and soup at night. You don't have to buy any meals outside. It also has a relaxing spa and late night dancing.

The hotel has very helpful and also the staff are very friendly (Davut, Weli, Murat, Murat Serel) in any case to the tell a friend.

Up on the Embarrassing German, there are no complaints.

Just got back from the white gold. Rooms very clean, good service staff, beach clean very well maintained nothing to say only problem RESTAURANT: no diversification lunch and dinner chicken-chicken and more chicken to change is "UNWORTHY" to a 5 star Turkey.

We were in may 2015 to third. It was fantastic. The Hotel is clean, best location to the beach. The friendly and accommodating staff, especially the waiter Ibrahim. The food is very good. We have already for next year for five women re-booked.

Several times a fantastic holiday enjoyed.

Does everything but not this hotel that is don't you eat the hell unfriendly staff a star value once you two plates to eat from buffet will look already staff and although you never never never has all inclusive.

The sea is just across the street, the food is good, the rooms are excellent.

I've only been in White Gold Hotel and Spa for 2 days, and I already regret picking this hotel. The service is terrible. The bartenders don't smile, and seem angry, if you ask for a drink. Half the staff can't understand english. The beds are as hard as stone — and broken! The hotel staff need service training. The first rule; always smile. It's not that hard :) I'm almost afraid of ordering anything — as I might get a "talk to the hand"-hand or an angry face, as if I'm the most evil person in the world. They seem miserable and they take it out on the guests. The only thing I like about this hotel, is the spa. The spa manager is fantastic and knows how to service his customers — and so does HIS staff — but the hotel staff is horrible. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Gorgeous hotel right at the seaside. Good food and animation. Very friendly personnel. Only + — 5 different drinks are free at the bar, the others are priced. Trusted cash machine and cheap mini-market are available on the other side of the street.
