Breakfast is good but anything else is disgusting apart from the cake it is really nice I have been here nearly a week and have only met two other English people
Hotel staff are rude extremely unhelpful unless you speak Russian
We have not been told when to vacate room on leaving or what time the transport to airport is or where to find out once the find out we are English they don’t eat to know. Weather her is fantastic but hotel is not one I would choose again. Saying that I enjoyed my holiday but was left hungry a lot.

Very unfriendly staff, only russian language they speak, food is every day the same and old. It's 3☆ or less hotel, but not 5☆. Never will be back.

It's a nice location with an OK beach — very small, but if you're not from Russia don't bother coming here, you won't understand much. I felt like I was in Russia, not Turkey. Very few members on the staff know very little English. Also the Wi-Fi is very bad and the power goes out often and sometimes there's no running water in the hotel. The rooms are not clean and a few things are coming apart. They have the menu on repeat, large verity but always the same. The children's program was in Russian and my child felt out of place.

Great place with all the staff very friendly. The entertainment team made the holiday for ourselves allowing all nationalities to interact and have a great time together.
The choice of trips is first class and the local area is well worth a visit.
The resort caters for all varieties of guests made more enjoyable by the fantastic warm weather we had.

It's a lovely hotel and to be fair we had a relaxing week which is what we wanted. The only down fall really is the food and drink. The food is pretty much the same every day and isn't the greatest and the drinks are all local and come out of a bottle. The Pepsi pumps you see at the bar are just for show. The beach being just across the road is a nice touch but we spent most of our time by the pool. The staff were really nice and helpful and it wasn't so bad being one of… few English there. You just can't be a push over in the dinner queue as others will push in. The room was lovely and clean and we upgraded for £25 for the week go get a room with sea view. There is a guy called Ali who owns a shop there and he sells clothes. All fake of course but you will find his prices are actually cheaper than in town. Overall I can't complain as it was a nice relaxing week.

Lovely and clean hotel, however I was very disappointed. No one could speak much English, very difficult to communicate with anyone. Some staff were pleasant others very rude. It was supposed to be 5 star. Bar closed at 11 pm and all the lights were put out. You had to use your phone for a light. There were no shops or resturaunts near. I was very very dissapointed. We had 2 alcohol drinks, went for another and told that we had a drink problem. I did complain to no avail. There should have been snacks available between meals. Ice cream and biscuits. There should have been 3 bars only one open and only one person serving, so long ques, you were only allowed one drink at a time. So we were a family of 5 and each of us had to go individually for a drink. The choice was beer, wine, vodka. If you wanted a cocktail you had to wait until 9pm. And as I said the bar closed at 12pm and lights out. I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great family hotel for families with children. The hotel staff is very friendly. To get a room overlooking the sea you have to give extra (40-50$) the restaurant is big enough places for the hot food at lunch and dinner there is a queue. Enough food, change the trays of food regularly, the food is hot, the variety is. Internet in the rooms is bad, but in a normal lobby. On the beach across the road has a bar with free drinks (lemonade, juices, cocktails) sunset in the sea with special cutting or pier. In the water at the pier there are fish. Sunbeds enough. The rooms have Russian channels and air conditioning. Great hotel.

If you are going to gain experience, and to escape from the city routine, then this hotel is an excellent choice. Of the minuses, well, except the entrance to the sea stony. It's not five stars! But the hotel is new and is a fat plus. The rooms are spacious, nice balconies, plumbing works, water is always there. The room has air conditioning, kettle, tea, coffee, вода1, 5L, flat TV. The beach is wide, sunbeds and umbrellas a lot, it's nice to lay on the small pebbles. There is a pier you can dive, but unsafe. The bottom needs to be cleaned for the comfort and safety of tourists. Beach bar none. Although everything is there, the drinks cold, hot, beer, national pastries. But "anyhow". I was in June. Grill not working at all. The restaurant was strangled with mackerel, chicken and beef heart. Hello! Rest in this hotel with 01.05.2018, today is 8 days. The hotel is in 5 pulls, you can put 4 with great tension. Upon arrival, the reception asked for a sea view, I was told that this addition will cost $ 45 without any hesitation… It was the beginning… In short, NO one would suggest this hotel. Rest in this hotel for the first time. The hotel like the large and modern rooms, modern appliances, even movies from USB drive on TV to watch, beautiful hall, delicious food, there are 2 pools on the street — one with a water slide and a large, indoor and heated, near SPA, gym, sauna and free from 15 to 18, Hamam, Spa, beach towels are free and changed daily, the area is small but beautiful and well-groomed, in the summer a petting zoo: chickens decorative, rabbits, parrots and someone else… Children's Playground, children's pool, the scene is for animation, the system all inclusive until 23.00. Clean warm sea even in November, there is a beach which is very convenient to go to sea, certainly will not hurt, quite a large beach, you can always find a sunbed, beach bar. The animation team is 4-5, but they finished the work in mid-October, and in the summer you could work out morning gymnastics, Zumba, Latino, Aqua aerobics, volleyball and Darts, entertainment every evening, fun shows and discos in the hotel or you can go to the clubs Alanya from 23.30 till 3am. In short bored here just once! Will be back for sure!

Alkohol not good. Weekend party's (Disco) organizated not properly, 11 o'clok everything is closed. To early. Every wants tips, without that even doesnt smile.

A fun family friendly atmosphere. Pros Beach is very close (2 minutes) and accessible with a bridge connecting the resort and allowing you to transverse the road without worrying about traffic. Bar staff are incredible friendly; the maids exceptionally so. Lots of choice of food with new dishes being avaliable everyday. Many different palates from different parts of the world. Bedrooms are fantastic value for money with great views of either the sea or mountains surrounding the area. Lots to do on-site with table tennis, darts, karaoke, volley ball and even a kids club. Cons I had the pleasure of going with a few friends arriving very late on the first night (due to flights and no fault of the hotel) the night staff were rather rude as much paper work had to be fillled and they tried to rush me and pressure me and were not considerate of my tiredness. One other issue is that their are some staff members who will force and to an extent harrass you everyday to take part in the off-site entertainment such as clubs near the city and not part of the all inclusive. Food is avaliable throughout most of the day with some gaps inbetween meaning if you miss lunch you could be waiting 5 hours. But their is a very small snack available for 2 hours after lunch but with first come first serve. Wi-Fi is available however it has limited connectivity and you will be lucky to have access for more than 5 minutes at a time.

The hotel is lovely, clean and cozy! Want to go back! I was 2 times in July and in September! A special ' thank you Katyusha (the management of the hotel)! ❤️❤️❤️

Nothing about that hotel is 4 star! its a 1 star hotel. Absolutely disgusting is every way. Dont bother wasting your time and money here!

Wi-Wi-Fi not in the rooms, can be found in T difficult to catch in the lobby.
The food is OK, the sea is great. Peschanogalichnyj Beach, bar on the beach sump, just a dump.

Be aware! The rooms in this Hotel are not clean. You have to wait very long to get something to drink or eat. Don't visit this hotel.

No medkit! Whaaat? Poor internet connection Poor quality drinks, especially cola was disgusting even if they poured from a CocaCola bottle. Staff is not likely to speak english Sea is dangerous and dont have any protection. Got cut in first day of holiday and real help came just after 2h after bleeding half of my blood. Staff works more than 8h so they are less likely to provide quality service. Not recommended!

I arranged everything, though it is not my first hotel in Turkey. Cleaned perfectly. The towels were changed every day and on the floor I didn't throw. Water brought constantly, even if it isn't over yet. Yes, weak WI-FI. But you need to consider the number of people. And you go there to relax, or sit in the Internet? In any case, to communicate with family was possible. I want to commend the team for Spa. Friendly and inviting to yourself, professionals. All staff friendly, smiling. The sea was gorgeous. Go through the road many do not like. But at least some physical activity after the restaurant. The animation team were constantly entertained by the people. Contests, charging, water aerobics, discos, night clubs. Kids cartoons at the amphitheatre show. And the restaurant food delicious. The menu I was quite satisfied. Yes, lobsters were not given, but fine and filling meal was possible. In General, those who are going to relax and not look for the cons, I highly recommend. Hope to come back here again.

So far only that noticed for half a day's stay here! Wi-Fi is working through the stump of hunger. Link is sooooo long. The restaurant had to stand long queues for food. The bartender was very offended that I asked for a juice and then the same again. The bar line was great. The tables are a little bit dirty. In the shower I had to ask three times to bring the third set of towels, as the room live three people. In addition to the towels in the shower there is no why. The third time got the shampoo. Location Small area, across the street, the beach. The hotel is quite simple, but it's still four stars. Don't expect to see a first-class service, but you don't call it bad, especially if you consider the cost of the trip. Conclusion: The hotel is worth the money.

From a 5 star Hotel, we expected more, it was still ok. Staff, with few exceptions, is very nice and attentive, clean, food is also ok. But it is not a 5 star Hotel, if you know there are other 5 star Hotels in Turkey. What we can recommend are the massages there. Have indulged any 3 full body massage and feel like new born. The pain is gone.

In itself it was a nice holiday. It is a 4 star hotel. You have to keep in mind that this hotel is still very inexpensive. Otherwise you would be disappointed.
