Rooms are ordinary, unpretentious — split system, TV, shower, sink, toilet, there is an elevator in the case "B", near it and in general in the courtyard on the 1st floor of the building smells of sewers. Feed-breakfast: cheeses, omelettes or pancakes, vegetables, dry breakfast, watermelon, for lunch hot or all sturgeon, or mine, meat portioned, from fruit melon-green, dinner! Here look at both everything that was given for tomorrow and lunch will be and for dinner — you can grass cucumbers, tomatoes, salads, dressings, all this mixed in the form of salads or likeness and served to you! Therefore, it is better to take tomatoes, and cucumbers separately with greens, fruit plum and watermelon, and from drinks tea, coffee aparat, sweet water — Do not recommend "Uppi"! and just water, bread only white loaf, sea of products at all.
On the territory just smothered all sorts of exotics — orange, banana, and many more trees, there is a large pool, and a bar, free but drink especially uncego — beer diluted, sweet drinks from the machine "UPPI", wine cash drink is not possible, the truth is there fan, cola, sprite and mineral from bottles the only thing you can drink, well, vodka, gin, tea, water — that's all. Currently staying at this hotel and we have had the worst experience ever. The staff are horrible and dismissive they are unhelpful they cut the reception line each time We call to ask for help. I have been told they have no food options for my dietary requirements even though this was paid for already, meaning I have to spend more money on food. Our room is below average standards of cleanliness. But most of all they made us uncomfortable because of our race. Management of this hotel need to sort this out.

This the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, ALL INCLUSIVE, LOL, No Tea I could drink, no coffee my girlfriend could drink, no fresh milk, 1 Bar, 3 ALCOHOLIC DRINKS, Beer, served In 200ml plastic cup, vodka and gin served in paper cups 100ml, orange, coke and water also serve in these paper cups, (a mouth full) you can't take water of hotel put in bottle, and it's free out side Hotel, food, breakfast hard boiled eggs, pancakes, cheeses, no breakfast cerials, 1 type of meat spam, and salad, same salad all meals (no meat or cheese) main meals only 1 chicken, next day, chicken liver, next day chicken legs next day sausage meat, nothing at all for kids food wise, nothing at for kids full stop, no entertainment at all, no even a big TV, I was there when World Cup started, rooms very basic, no kettle, shower head broken, you not allowed to bring room towels to pool, holes in towels old, this hotel is alive with Mosquito I got 20 bits in the 1st day, they don't care about you, mattress had springs sticking up, but they did change after I went to Reseption 3 times, Avoid, this hotel, unless you just need some where to sleep, and don't mind being eaten alive and don't want tea or coffee or breakfast in the morning! The mosquitos are the hotel fault as they have unkempt gardens, stagnant water, smell of sewage, Avoid!

Worst hotel we ever went they give drinks in paper cups. If you went drink second time they ask you to bring back your used paper cups. No lift in half of the building then you have carry your own suitcase up and down very poor breakfast. Food just warm. Staff can't understand English and rude I won't recommend this hotel to enybody keep away from this hotel if you can.

Nice Beautiful Hotel, there is a small garden on site. This year was the second time at this hotel in May. In may the price is very cheap. Near The pool music jazz, want to sleep from her. Lots of English and Germans. The room was very clean. Food is good, especially dinner. The Meat is not enough, but the vegetables are tasty cooked. For a small price I recommend if in the evenings to have fun and leave the hotel.

What can you expect for a weeks holiday in Turkey for£250, the food was poor and the bar had beer and vodka only, the bathrooms were a bit yuk but the staff were really friendly and leniant, I would go again for a cheap break, just don't expect too much.

Constantly jazz plays. Contingent is so-so. Mostly Germans. The Russian language knows very badly. The kitchen is average. Wi-Fi is expensive. The room was very clean. In the center. The sea is across the road. Suitable for those who do not plan a lot of governors to spend in the hotel.

Price performance is really top at this hotel! The breakfast buffet is suitably varied, the lunch buffet and evening buffet are mostly rather tasteless (liver, sucuc etc).
The towels are cleaned every 3rd day and the room about every 2nd staff is very friendly and escaped. The hotel is located close to the beach. For at night, I would recommend earpax for those who have a light night's sleep.

Decent hotel, but it is not worth the money it asks for, for the price you can find in Alanya much better hotel. Meat is practically not only soy cutlets and for dinner chicken, there is no fish at all. The doors from the old times do not open the first time. Good location. Wonderful garden, to the center close 5 minutes by bus. Every day cleaned. If you want to go here, just for the location.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. But the minuses of the shaft-disgusting attitude of the staff to tourists, the food is constantly very spicy, under the hotel bred chickens and rabbits (smell in the yard is terrible), bed and towels are changed once for the rest, the pool sprinkled with chlorine directly at tourists and when windy all Flies on people. In general it is possible to enumerate endlessly. Definitely not recommended!

It's just dirty gardens because of traffic and it is old rooms.

Bad service they don't care about the guests.

I will pay reward money to whoever poisons the damned mutant grasshoppers in this vampire den of a hotel, their decibel levels put the loudspeakers to shame and keep the entire neighbourhood awake all night!

The hotel is centrally many shopping facilities.
The food in the hotel was lean more green stuff one came up with the time before like a rabbit. Breakfast/Abendbrot a sort of sausage and cheese, scrambled eggs. The cornflakes or how you call that stick hard.
2-3days There was no butter then bought us even in the shop next door. They told us they had to order butter.
The food was often repeated in the 10 days when we were there.
Staff rude up to 3 were always very friendly. They did a great job.
Cameras while eating you were already very watched, even so one was always looked at the plate or; How much you ate it.
The beach is right next to the road no 100 meters, pebble Beach attention injury risk have cut our feet.
We made the most of it to have a nice holiday.
However, we would not book this hotel anymore.

Absolute superb location right at the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the very city centre — but still in a quiet location.

I really not recommend this hotel to anyone at all! My friend and I came on September 21, 2011 and we couldn't wait to leave, like a jungle and smells like you no double bed, leak in the bathroom awful and smelled awful, shower was cold and the water smelled disgusting. If you all inclusive go at the end for food and drink to pay, because the food is there diabolically designed specifically for the English. There are a few good things, as the cleaning staff were very good and the staff were very friendly and easy, along with but that was to get ok, who was swimming pool but had not clean any MOSS grow round the sides and at the bottom. Alanya itself is a nice place to visit, good deals and a breathtaking view, people in Alanya are also very nice and friendly. But I rate sees anyone in this hotel, please read my review.
