Very nice hotel like to come back here again and again.

I have always gone to this hotel for many years, until all of a time where the son took over the hotel, many long-term employees left the hotel, the service was no longer the same. Otherwise everything was always to my satisfaction.

Staff and food and everything.

The meals are very tasty and varied. The rooms are well maintained and in a clean condition, as well as the Rest of the hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive. What bothers me: All Inclusive is not All Inclusive. No Cocktails here, Are for the beach and towels must also be a day rate paid paid. The beds in the rooms are okay, but too narrow (I have normal body size). The pool area could be a bit more attractive.

Kleopatra Dreams beach hotel in a great location, this was a first visit for us. And why not the guests service agent Flora Soraya talks to all her guests and hope to make them happy. Everyone on the desk is friendly and helpful the food is good traditional Turkish breakfast with eggs omelette or pancakes and lots to choose in the evening soups are really nice. Location is good the beach is across the road. This hotel has an added bonus free air conditioning in all rooms ☺️Believe me you will need it. Thank you Flora for being as lovely as ever and organising b-days party. Hope to see you next year take care.

It was a nice holiday. The hotel, the complex and the catering are in a decent price/performance ratio. The hotel can be highly recommended.

A small good Hotel, small Pool, no green plants, the beach across the street. My conclusion: Hotel, food, staff good. For a family with children not so suitable.

All inclusive som är mera some inclusive. Men hotellet är fint, bra läge, rent och snyggt. Rekommenderas.

A nice holiday among friends. I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.

The hotel in itself is well… if you are already over 50, preferably over 60. For young people, nothing is.

I was with my girlfriends in May 2018 to visit the hotel.
An excellent service, the food top, there is a lot of choice and something for everyone.
The SPA area was best!
Ms Firuzan's organisations and scheduling were excellent. She tried not to turn anything on us, but instead we were served openly and at a normal price. The SPA area was definitely worth it!
We must also praise the staff and the management of the hotel.
For our part, we were stupidly imitated or unfriendly by the staff. At any time we were able to express our wishes, which were also implemented immediately — without forgetting a face!
In general, the hotel is definitely recommended. My friends and I will book this hotel again!

Beautiful hotel. Nice staff, clean, right on the beach, but be careful! They want to sell you an incredibly expensive upgrade to ultra all inclusive just on arrival 15 € per head per day. Extra power are free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach (otherwise 2, 50 € per day per person), safe keys, beach or pool towels and also imported hard alcohol. My recommendation: do not upgrade.
Update: The disaster is complete: Several Turkish school classes with teenagers are quartered for a few days. The result is scarce food, no more space by the pool or anywhere else, despite a ban on noisy pool splashing with shouting from 6:00 a. M. Noise deep into the night on the bright corridors robs you of sleep. With all due respect to the tense general situation in the tourism industry in Turkey, I have to withdraw the hotel recommendation.

Top hotel. Top location. Accessible everywhere. And very nice beach… we would recommend everyone…

It is a mega Hammer of a vacation. I have never had such a great Hotel. Whether it's food or support, no matter where. Beach Service Hammer. Very big compliment to the waiters and chefs. It's madness is what you see here every day on the legs. Big Respect.

Where to start… lets start with negatives as there arent many,. Zero daytime entertainment for children, food isnt for the fussy and not all rooms have a sea view… now thats over with its time for the good! Well the food tastes great and is served fresh and hot, the drinks on offer are good and can be taken to your room if you wish, staff very helpful and friendly, rooms cleaned daily to a high standard, lots of shops nearby, very close to the beach, which brings me on to a warning… the beach gets hot enough to burn your feet and make them blister so something like diving shoes are a must! the Wi-Fi isnt super fast but it is free and if you have any bother with it at all the staff in reception are more than happy to help (my phone was always logging me out but that was a phone fault not the hotels and they still helped! ) its definitely a place to relax and unwind without being over run with kids… if your looking for home away from home this isn't it but its the Turkish trying to please all cultures and backgrounds… that in mimd id definitely recommend.

We were super satisfied with everything. Had 12 wonderful days, the service and the hospitality were excellent. Always happy. Since almost three hrs back and I would like to return immediately.

This hotel has violated my right to free access to the beach and the sea. A hotel employee named Antonio threw our personal belongings, grabbed us by the arms. We did not use a paid lounger, but just sat on the beach. Between the sun loungers a lot of free space, but Antonio rudely throws out people, starts a fight with the customers of the network Feriahotels. Free access to the beach is protected by the law of Turkey. I do not recommend this hotel. This had a negative effect on the company's image in my eyes And guests from Turkey from countries such as GB, Germany and Poland.

The food was an experience, sadly not a pleasant one. Would not stay again no matter the price.

Great hotell! The food was great (though I didn't find the breakfast as good as the lunch or dinner). The hotell is just a minute or two from the beach and the hotell is very close to the city, you can walk for some minutes. I also recommend you to go to Hamam (spa) on your visit.

Best hotel we've ever been to! Food is fantastic, great pool, very nice private beach for the hotel. The staff is very friendly too. Will visit again for sure!

Was with my girlfriend here and we both were thrilled. The people are really nice, very clean and the food is very tasty. The beach is also excellent. And water just so. Unfortunately not exactly taking it with the cleanliness outside the hotel. But this is not only in Turkey so. It is worth to all cases yet to come. Was with us I hope not the last time.

Simply an amazing Hotel The staff is super nice The rooms re-done with marble tiles in the hallway and bathroom Leather on the wall behind the bed for the head Laminate flooring U. U. U. I was already the 2. Time in this Hotel and my parents even the 4. Times and we drive back there. Not only the hotel but also the beautiful sandy beach and the surrounding area (Land and people) is beautiful. Place a few pictures in. Conclusion. Cool. Horny. On the hottest. Lol. Grin.

I was with my mother there in the autumn holidays, and it was just suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper! The staff are super friendly, the food was super tasty, decor is very nice, location is very pleasant, and free W-Lan and a private device is also practical! The city was very varied and interesting, the Bus was super cheap, and and and. I could be so much counting! And of the sea! BOOOOMBE! Wunderwunderschön! Happy once again! :).

We bought a ticket for two persons all inclusive for about 20000 kr and expected a greate holiday. 12 of 14 days we were food poisened by the hotel food and the Detur travel agency I just STAY AWAY! they are rude! We were told by an old couple in a marked that when Detur came and bought food there they went for the cheapest food. And that they told us before we said what agency we traveled with. NEVER EVER Turkie for us again.
