Review of Kleopatra Beach Hotel 4*

Worse hotel I ever been on. To take it from the start, as we check in they do hold on to our passports for 4 hours befor we are able to get them back. When entering our part of the hotel it's like entering a hole other abandon hotel. A empty reception and bar with only 1 working light so half the walk to the elevator is in darkness. After a trip in a very small elevator where you almost can't fit 3 persons with 2 bags you yet again enter a floor with very poor lighting only 3 lights was working. One over at the elevator one on the other side of the hall way and lucky for us over our room door. Entering the room we finde a broken lamp dirty walls, floors and glasses. A electronic box with a big hole behind it and wires stickink out and clear marks after a small fire. Telling this in the reception, they call a guy up to look at it. Here we are told that's its a old thing and it have been fixed and asked if the light was working. When saying yes I was told '' no problems then'' This is a all inclusive hotel but to get a normal size cola for example you need to order 3 glasses and if you want a drink better be sure it's one of the 4 type of bottles they have. Coffee is only from a machine and very bad If this is a bar then my home is a night club with the selection of drinks. Food is do you want pasta? Or do you want pasta very little to very poor choose in what to eat even to the amount where most of the o es who came with the same flight as us don't want to eat at the hotel. It feels cheap and like it's frozen food just reheated. As all do want to exchange some money we have lost a lot to the so call '' no commission'' that they say even tho the € is set to 1.4 less then it is meaning a good 12% commission pr 1€ Never ever have I had this bad a hotel this is no where close to a 4 star as they say but more a 2 star.
