The all inclusive food is disgusting. The food at the sunset restaurant is far superior.

Nice area. Good rooms and beach.

Very beautiful hotel and great service, perfect gastronomy. Very personally from waitress and waitress waiters to chefs. Also worth mentioning is the beautiful 3 swimming pools that are cleaned every day and the water is clean. The beach is about 50 meters away and there are many shops and shops around the hotel. Unfortunatelly I can't recommend this hotel: food no variety and objections enough, not enough sunbeds and staff let them be reserved day and night even there were nobody, no all inclusive drinklist, no all inclusive sunbeds in the beach, no animation daytime, in the dinner drinks available only in the pool bar. Not 4 star hotel comparing other ones I have been.
Good things: location, big and lovely sea view rooms, most of staff, cleaning, hamam, coiffuer and little bar beside enterance which have very friendly owner called Elvis.
I think with a little improvemend by management would make this hotel much better (at least let staff keep the money from tip-boxes so maybe they have more motivation to serve customers with smile during long working days).

I dont like it, bad service, the food bad too I cant eat their, no tissues in room.

Food is ok. Desserts as cakes are rarely tasteful. Breakfasts are the best. The good thing is that they are cleaning everyday rooms, staff are very polite and very helpfull. They have also open bar (for all inclusive its free), which works from 10am-4pm. In bar you can get snack and drinks that are included in all inclusive offer, or more. The Hotel has 3 pools, one pool has two water slides, gym in the garden, table tennis, volleyball net, football goals, kindergarten for kids, sunbeds and sunshade (umbrella for the Sun) are free but only in the hotel, not on the beach, even you have already paid all inclusive. They also have good course in the exchange. The Hotel has also bar.

Very poor food, the crowd at hotel is waitng for the food order as in the canteens for the por… and people are beaten for the same as they never eat… Very, very bad!

The hotel is on the shores of the most excellent place in Alanya. In the Bay of Cleopatra. The sand is marvelous. Hotel with three swimming pools. Room for 3 people with two rooms. The food is decent.

Not the highest class of course. But not as bad as it may seem. Nice friendly staff. 3 swimming pools. Vayfay. Kitchen norms. There's no gym. Across the street is the beach.

Had a rest last year! The hotel is on a solid 3. Very clean nice room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just scroll through all the cons. And remain alone + + + + + +. Very quiet street, traffic of cars is not so busy.

The airport was 3 hours away. The choice of food is very skimpy. There is no animation for children. Last year were at Titan Garden, also 4 stars and all inclusive-much better! More in this hotel ever!

Turkey holidays in Alanya we spent 5 weeks in February and March in the Royal Palm Hotel's apartment house with self-catering.
It was the 5th year in the winter and we feel at home here.
The hotel is located right on the Cleopatra beach with the best views.
Bus stop and grocery store Migros are nearby.
The staff speaks German and English, is always very friendly and helpful. The apartment is practically furnished with a small kitchenette and TV. Some rooms have been refurbished and now have washing machine and microwave.

Standard middle class hotel but that's better when you don't book an economy room. Staff almost friendly, food is OK.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and it is a very good hotel if you wish for a relatively cheap but nice place to stay. The location is definitely a plus with the beach less than 5 minutes from the hotel (possible the best sandy part of the beach too). It is also a short 10 minute walk to the main shops on the beach side aswell as the castle and the harbour bieng about 20 minutes walk. The staff are friendly and accommodating however room service only cleaned twice in the week. The food leaves a lot to be desired, quite bland and artificial tasting but the European folk seemed to love it (majority of the tourists here). The entertainment is somewhat limited with table tennis and pool and the swimming pool itself is small but you have the beach so close anyways. They also had an animation show on nearly ever night which was great.

The people who work here are not friendly, the all inclusive food is horrible. The rooms were clean though.

Don't go here. Food is like slop and the staff are all surly. It is meant to be a four star and is more like a two.

Great hotel. All inclusive if wanted. Big restaurant with buffet and a'la carte menu. Two swimming pools, one of them with waterslides. 24 hour reception, roomservice, minimarket, billiard, big garden. The hotel can feel too crowded and the restaurant is too busy, probably cause the neighbour hotel uses all facilities here (same owner). That takes one star away.

Rested August September 2017. The rooms are cozy, the food is normal, quite diverse (chicken, vegetables, fruit sometimes beef), sand beach across the street, on the beach is not cleaned (butts, bottles, bags) and local litterings are no less tourists. Of the minuses can be noted queue in the dining room (quite organized, no one climbs forward) and the main minus dirty dishes, sometimes even with pieces of food, clean plates had to look for a long while. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is generally decent. We tourists unpretentious but there were small but unpleasant moments for us. On arrival 3 people gave a double, but a two-room suite. In the second room there was a folding chair. Good we're all skinny, in the chair stumbled. It would be difficult for a full man to sleep there. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very nice and the staff were very kind. It's busy. In principle to sleep all was where, we and did not rowing. As for cleaning: for the 3 day required to remove, after that began to clean daily. Cleaning mediocre. The bed was very clean. SOAP products are also on demand. Food is delicious, good two pools, the child found friends and they perfectly entertained themselves on the slides and park area at the hotel. The beach is gorgeous, five minutes from the hotel. The hotel itself is located in the centre of Alanya. Of course, the little things, such as chips and grease on plates, rust in the bathroom, etc.

We had a lovely week on the hotel from the 28 may to the 3 june 2017, where we lived at the room 704. It was a nice room with view to the pool and close to the diner room. It looks clean everywhere, the pool was cleaned every night, and the food was really good. There was shows three days, and the atmosphere was good and the personnel was very nice. We can recommend the hotel.

Beautiful beach, city super. The hotel is not a star, the food is cruel. The remains of the previous day will be new, decorated. Staff is constantly understaffed, which makes itself felt in any way. Rooms are not cleaned, no fresh towels, etc.

Hi, so I was there 7 days and I can really try to discourage, this Hotel to visit… The food is not fresh, the Rest from the previous day is the next day 'offered' whereby only a very small selection, that one is almost forced again and again is the food. The salad, the tomatoes do not look like tomatoes, and taste also not like tomatoes. Also the salad is the Rest of the day before set up again. The staff is so unfriendly, I wonder how such a Hotel 4 stars can get and not already broke… For me are the 2 stars… The rooms are tight and small, and the rooms are not properly by the cleaners cleaned, behind the doors is dust and dirt. So I can this Hotel ONLY advise against it. The beach but is simply the Hammer :)

We were three in this Hotel (m 24, m-24 and m-25). It has to be mentioned that we have two Turks and a German were. First, I'll start with the room from us. The rooms were very small and cramped. In addition, the air conditioning does not work. The toilets were so low to the ground that the toilets Gang horror was. We were in this hotel with my girlfriend for 11 days leave and we can not complain about anything, it was 11 days super relaxing. Only recommend.

It's all right. Beautiful city. Port. Beach. Sea. Nice people. But the hotel the last fuck no service which provide no new glasses, no new towels. And you are smart not to be recommended.

Traveling with baby (1y), very happy with everything — food, rooms, staff very helpful. I would recomend to everyone.
